We have eaten here twice in 7 days. Excellent service and best food. Only costs around $20 more than going to ponderosa or Golden Coral. Best steak around and kids love the desert.

Perhaps the most important aspect of this Longhorn restaurant, is the location. Located next to the Advent Health hospital and the Winter Park Shopping center, at Storybrook exit. Good size steak. I had a T Bone steak and it was delicious 😋. Their Strawberry Cheesecake is incredible.

Dinner started with a showstopping Dragon Fruit Margarita. The drink was as bright in flavor as it was in color. Then, we ordered the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms and seasoned steakhouse chicken wings for appetizers. These were filling and fun-to-share. Unfortunately, my Caesar salad was saturated with dressing, causing the lettuce to wilt. However, the main course, a Renegade sirloin and baked potato, exceeded my expectations for dinner on a busy Friday night. We also had the flavorful lamb chops. Although the salad left more to be desired, the appetizers and main courses turned what could have been a generic dinner at a chain restaurant into a delicious dinner at a family favorite spot.

One of the best Longhorns in the area. Always busy and the steaks are done with care and if you don't like something they will fix it for you. However recommend some floor and bathroom rooms renovations.

I live 4 minutes from this location. I love to order food for pickup on those lazy days when I don't feel like cooking. I love the food 7 times out of 10. The problem here is consistency. Most of the time the food is cooked to perfection. Everything is fresh, hot and delicious. Then, the next time, possibly the next two or three times the the food is under cooked, cold, and flavorless. The manager has been very receptive to my issues and willing to make it right. Which is why I'm a loyal return customer. Please work on being more consistent with food preparation to ensure the customers are getting consistent good quality food. I don't like playing Russian roulette with my food.

Worst service we have ever had, but it was the day before Christmas and busy. The Togo orders were very busy, we sat at the bar to relax, but the service was terrible. It took a while to even get acknowledged and we had to ask more than once for drinks. Not the best experience. The asparagus was so over cooked it tasted like it came out of a can. The chicken salad was lacking dressing and so dry, but the waitress never came back and asked us how our food was, we had to get her attention to ask for something besides the asparagus, since the broccoli was out. Apparently she was having a bad night or didn't have time for us. This steak was cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese is very good. The burger wasn't very good, we didn't even eat it all. 3 stars is gracious, knowing it was a busy night and the server could of been having a bad day. Unfortunately didn't help our night leaving so disappointed.

I’d say my experience was pretty average. The steak and burger were both alright — not great, not awful, just kinda in the middle. I was expecting a bit more flavor, but it wasn’t bad enough to complain about. Just one of those meals where you leave thinking, “okay, that happened.”

Place an order online 1/23/26. I received notification that my order was ready. I get there and receive my order get home & the dressing for the shrimp is missing, I drive back to retrieve it. I understand it was busy, but more of a reason to ensure the customer’s food is correct. I get back home & open the container for the baked potato & it’s a sweet potato. I call the restaurant & ask for a manager, I’m placed on hold for 6 & a half minutes. I hang up & call back & was told I could leave a message! Extremely poor customer service!!!!

Very disappointing! The overall quality of the food has declined noticeably, and the beverages were particularly disappointing. One finds oneself paying a premium price for cocktails that are unmistakably watered down. This establishment was once among my favorites, but it has regrettably fallen short of its former standards. The diluted drinks, lackluster cuisine, and subpar service made for a thoroughly disheartening dining experience.

Where do I start? Each time I order a baked potato it looks and tastes like it was left over from the day before. The asparagus doesn't seem to be steamed properly, like it was dipped in hot water and placed in the container. The crunchy brussel sprouts were exactly that because they were undercooked also. The seasoned rice pilaf was not seasoned at all! It was super under cooked and cold, well my entire meal was cold but i did order it at 3:19pm and i didn't receive it until 4:13pm. I did not wait for them to bring it out at first, but after 50 mins of waiting in my car, i went inside and the lady running the to-go register displayed her nasty attitude with me because i was waiting for 50 mins and decided to ask about the food i already paid for, including a tip. Lastly they don't pay attention, don't care or don't understand english. Several times I have requested the rock grilled shrimp to be cooked well done and they never are. Half of the shrimp were still grey looking meaning they were under cooked. How longhorn is still open I have no clue. They need a health inspection.
