I took my wife here for her birthday because she loves sushi / sashimi and I am glad to say that it is the best sushi / sashimi my wife and I ever had! Everything is so fresh and melts in your mouth, worth of the Michelin rating! The customer service was great, our chef was very knowledgeable, guided us, and open to discussing anything about their food and history. The atmosphere of their booth is amazing, however, the stalls around and the people walking behind does get loud and also conflicting smells from other vendors can seep in a bit, but that I would say that is nitpicking for sure. We will be coming again on a special occasion for sure in the future!

Quick review of Norigami’s “More Omakase” experience! Secured a last minute reservation at Norigami in Winter Garden last night. Decided to order the Toro Carpaccio and the More Omakase experience! The More Omakase lineup includes 14 pieces of beautiful sushi, one hand roll, and one soup! At $110, this is arguably one of the best bang for your buck omakase experiences I’ve ever had personally especially considering the amount of quality pieces you get. And that Toro Carpaccio is one of the best bites I’ve had during my time in Orlando! This place is unreal and I highly recommend trying to secure a reservation ASAP! There are only eight seats available and reservations go quickly! Shoutout to Chef David and Chef Austin for all of their hard work and dedication to crushing it! P.S. The dude sitting next to me came all the way from San Diego just to eat at Norigami and Sticky Rice lol! He was RAVING about how great the sushi was! It’s great to see people coming from all over to try it!

I’m extremely picky when it comes to seafood and sushi/nigiri, but I had a genuinely pleasant experience with the chefs here at Norigami. I don’t eat anything raw, so I went with all aburi (torched) selections. Here’s what I tried: • King Salmon with Truffle Cream and Miso Sauce • Torched Hamachi (Yellowtail) with Ginger Scallion • Torched Toro with Teriyaki Sauce • Torched Scallop Dobanja • Colossal Shrimp with Cajun Mayo • Torched Wagyu • Torched King Tuna • Isaki Everything was beautifully presented and balanced in flavor. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the scallop or shrimp because of their textures but that’s just personal preference, not a reflection of the chef’s skill. Overall, Norigami is an excellent spot for a quick yet elevated tasting experience. Even if you’re cautious with seafood like me, this place won’t disappoint.

Truly incredible and unforgettable omekase experience. The menu is thoughtful, creative, and expertly executed. The rice is the perfect texture, the variety of flavors on the larger tasting menu lead you on a journey, each course more delectable, fresh, and packed full of umami than the last. The hamachi with popped sorghum, sorghum cream, and scallion emulsion was mind blowingly delicious. Chutoro and Parmesan; the essence of umami. The Cajun aioli on king salmon has me licking my lips two days later. Truly worth every penny, and I’d pay more for a dining experience on this level. The chefs were kind, and knowledgeable, and answered questions generously. I could honestly go on and on. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys high quality sushi, and wants a more intimate tasting experience than your average maki/tempura Americanized sushi dinner. I didn’t take many photos because I was so enamored by the experience.

Amazing omakase served by talented and friendly chefs. Crazy this great sushi spot is found in a food hall! There's a beer garden, dessert shops, and other goodies in the food hall for before and afterwarfs. Make reservations and enjoy this unique experience found in Orlando.

Incredible experience. The omakase experience is a great value. The quality of the fish and wagyu is top tier. Chef David and his staff are very hospitable. Loved every minute.

An Unforgettable First Omakase Experience – Perfect for a Birthday Celebration! I chose Norigami to celebrate my birthday—my first-ever omakase experience and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I sat down, the intimate counter seating and the chef’s quiet confidence signaled I was in for something extraordinary. Every piece of nigiri and hand roll was a masterclass in balance and freshness. The chef’s expertise shone through in buttery toro (fatty tuna), sweet colossal shrimp (my absolute favorite!), and perfectly seasoned rice that complemented each topping without overpowering it. The More-Omakase offering delivered an exciting variety, with each bite offering new textures and flavors to discover. Beyond the food, the rhythm of the meal was flawless as courses arrived at just the right pace, and the chef’s explanations added depth to the experience. The attention to detail, from presentation to hospitality, made it clear this was more than a meal; it was culinary theater. For first-timers or sushi connoisseurs alike, Norigami is a must-visit. As a birthday treat, it was perfection—and as a shrimp lover, I’m already dreaming of that colossal bite. I’ll absolutely be back!

Great sushi bar with friendly staff. Each piece of sushi was carefully thought through with unique toppings. We had a great conversation with the sushi chef assigned to my party. You can even order beer, wine or sake from Crooked Can and they'll deliver it to you. Make reservations first!

We went to Norigami for our wedding anniversary and we're now thinking of making it a tradition to celebrate there. The cuisine is out of this world. The flavor pairing is delicious and the service is impeccable. We will be back for sure.

The food is surprisingly good! We ordered Omakase, 10 pieces sushi were served one-by-one. They are not the traditional Japanese style, each one has more flavor. The ginger was also very tasty. I really enjoyed it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After so many attempts to try Norigami and never being able to get a reservation (it’s always fully booked and for good reason!), today I had the most unexpected surprise. I walked in without a reservation, and by pure luck, there had been a last-minute cancellation. I finally got to experience Norigami, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic. This place truly lives up to its reputation and its Michelin Stars, earned for three consecutive years. I had the opportunity to try 8 different types of sushi, and every single one was outstanding. I honestly can’t pick a favorite because they were all spectacular in their own unique way. On top of the incredible food, the attention and service from the chefs were impeccable. It felt like more than just a meal. it was a show, an experience from start to finish. Norigami is a must visit, whether you’re a local or just passing through. 100% recommended.

Reservation only and for a reason! We chose the More Omakase option and it was well worth the price. The fish options were diverse and good quality, plus the experience itself was fun. You can tell thought was put into the nigiri menu they created because each bite was flavorful but not repetitive. We will definitely be back.

EXPENSIVE! But, worth it! We got the More Omakase and wow, I see why they got the bib gourmand. Four stars for atmosphere only because it's a food hall and the smell of popcorn next door was out of place. Wonderful, attentive service. Reservation was only a week out so not too bad, I don't think you can pull off a walk up seating. Certainly worth the drive (1 hr, in the rain) for us.

One of the best omakase experiences I’ve had in Florida. For $68, you get 10 courses and a miso soup. My friend got tier 2 more omakase option where you get 14 courses for $108. The fish was really fresh and some of the cuts were flown in from Japan. My friends and I weren’t fans of the mustard seed and Cajun mayo flavors. Our chef was knowledgeable of each of the cuts of fish. I really enjoyed the overall experience considering you can order beverages from the brewery and have someone bring them to you. The restaurant itself is a sushi stand with a couple of seats. I’d recommend making reservations in advance.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have secured a spot here today without a reservation. We tried their Nigiri and were pleasantly surprised by how each piece of sushi just melts in your mouth. It's exceptionally flavorful and fresh! It's no wonder table reservations are necessary at this small venue, as they truly deserve the Michelin star they have. We would definitely love to return!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff were fun to talk with, and good chance your seat mates might be in the same mindset as you. My only regret is I live 2000 miles away so another visit is challenging.

I visited Norigami yesterday with my family and it was absolutely superb. Hands down easily the best sushi I've ever had in my life. All the fish tasted so clean and fresh, even my brother who doesn't eat sushi or fish had multiple nigiri's and said it was delicious. The executive chef David so great to me and my group as well as Austin. This was our first time dining at this kind of restaurant and they answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. There was a third chef there who wasn't friendly to my group like David and Austin were. Chef David recommended the popcorn hamachi and we were so glad we ordered it. It was one of our favorites. The hamachi tasted so clean, the plate was well balanced with the acidity from the avocado and sweetness from the popcorn cream. Who would've thought to make cream with popcorn? Absolutely crazy but after I tasted it, it's genius! Chef Austin was great to us as well - he gave us all the Shimaji with scallion puree and matcha salt on the house. One of the best bites of sushi I've had in a very long time. This one is a must order just like the hamachi. The cucumber salad is also delicious, highly recommend! I could keep going and going on this review but I'll save you time, just make the trip and you won't regret it. We can't wait to come back, we will be back very soon. Thank you Chef David and Austin!

Norigami is an absolute gem! Chef David and Austin provided an unforgettable dining experience that my wife and I will cherish. I indulged in the 10-course Omakase, which is meticulously curated by Chef David. Each dish was a revelation, with flavors that exploded in my mouth and textures that melted like butter. Chef David even took the time to confirm our preferences before starting, ensuring a personalized experience. My wife ordered off the menu, and each bite she took was filled with delight. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients were impeccable. This is a culinary adventure everyone should experience at least once. Trust me, once you visit Norigami, you’ll be eager to return. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had always been curious about Norigami since it’s so close to where we live, and we finally decided to go for a special anniversary date celebrating as boyfriend and girlfriend again (even though we’re already married 😊). From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The atmosphere felt intimate and special, the service was excellent, and the sushi was truly the best of the best fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was incredible and you can really taste the quality and care in the food. It made our anniversary feel even more meaningful and memorable. Norigami completely exceeded our expectations. The only “downside” is that now we know we’ll definitely need to get a babysitter more often so we can come back and enjoy it again lol. Highly recommend Norigami if you’re looking for exceptional sushi and a wonderful dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

Fresh fish melts in your mouth. Tried many fish that were new to me that were simply incredible. Thr staff was attentive, kind and made their sushi approachable without ego although they every right to do so with the amount of accolades they achieved. . Unique sushi presentation on origami paper added to the experience I previously had Uni (sea urchin) at other places and could not finish it. Norigami's uni was fresh, buttery and decadent. They set the standard. Norigami's miso soup is pure and brilliantly simple in its preperation. Almost like visting a Japanese grandmother I never knew I had. Seating is limited and intimate so go with guarded hopes of sitting.
