Rosallie in Winter Garden is a hidden gem that feels like a winter wonderland the moment you walk in. We ordered two luxury hot chocolates and they were genuinely delicious; rich, indulgent, and perfectly made. It was $13.05 for both, which felt like a great value for the experience and quality. It’s always busy and the line can be long, but it’s worth the wait; the interior is beautiful and intriguing, so waiting doesn’t feel like a chore. There’s also a tucked-in-the-back, intimate seating area that’s perfect once you have your drinks. The staff were very friendly and courteous throughout. If you want a cozy, elevated hot chocolate stop, this is it.
This place was SOOO DELICIOUS. I drove up from broward for the theme parks but I had this placed saved in my google maps. As soon as I saw how close I was to it I made the extra 30 min drive to winter garden. This bakery was very French authentic and took me back to the French bakeries in France. The pastries were made well and exceptionally beautiful and so yummy. I loved the indoors decor and ambiance. The outdoor seating was also giving lots of French corner outdoor seating vibes. They also had a great wine selection. We had the breakfast platter and any pastries. We also got the s’mores and Nutella lattes. The service was great. It was just the wait time that was a bit overwhelming. We were there at around 10 and once we sat down and waited for our food the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. There’s lots of seating outside and around the shop. There’s also seating inside and all the way in the back of the place as we only saw it once we left. I highly recommend this place and the surrounding street.
Rosalie is a beautiful place and definitely worth visiting. It was very crowded during our visit (holiday + Sunday), and the food arrived cold, but I truly believe it was an isolated situation due to how busy it was. We spent around $120 for a family of five (three main boards, desserts, a latte, and juices for the kids). Despite that, the experience was still enjoyable, and we will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very cute cafe! I loved their decor, vibe, interior and the dessert collection. My personal favorite was fruit cherry tart and pumpkin tart. Would surely recommend. They have indoor and outdoor sitting as well. Also, the staff is courteous and friendly. I will visit again to try out their brunch menu!
I was passing through the area and decided to stop for a bite to eat at this cute cafe. Great vibe and decor. lots of seating available both indoors and outside on a covered wraparound porch/patio. The line was out the door so I assumed this was a good choice. you have to order at the counter and then get a number to bring back to a table to sit down and then they bring your food to you.. It took quite a while to reach the counter to order. The young lady at the register was efficient and very friendly she gets 5stars. I ordered the quiche Lorraine and a "signature" creme brulee coffee in a large mug to have in there and a quava pastry to go. Found a seat outside quickly and awaited my treats. The first to arrive was my coffee- in a paper cup. when I asked why there was no mug the young man told me there were none at the moment. I told him I preferred in a mug which is how I ordered it he begrudgingly took it back quickly returned with it dumped in a mug The creme brulee foam flat and the mug swimming in spilt coffee in the saucer. I lifted the mug and showed him the mess asking for the coffee to be made properly. he took it again and stomped away. A young girl returned with the coffee made correctly I thanked her, she said nothing and walked away. The same girl returned with my lunch and dropped it on the table and walked away without a word. I spent almost $40 for lunch so I think asking for my $8 coffee to be made properly and not to be served in a paper cup or floating in a saucer is not a lot to ask. Besides that small issue I highly recommend this little cafe. quiche was delicious and eventually so was the coffee. 😁
Came here for the first time today and will definitely be back. I came in November and it felt like I walked into a Hallmark set. The interior is gorgeous and cozy. The staff are super friendly and fast. I got the Nutella Smores Latte and it was amazing.
We ended up here after our original plans were changed. This was such a happy accident! I absolutely love this cafe. My latte was delicious, as well as all the food we tried. The service was so friendly and the atmosphere is cozy, like a warm hug. We will definitely return.
Not only is this place incredibly beautiful, the waitstaff who work here are also very very nice and patient. They only had 3 people working and made it work so well. The food was incredible. The quiche Lorraine was the best quiche I have had in my whole life, the eggs were like butter. The pastries are also delicious and worthy of a French bakery. Highly recommend and will be coming back
Outstanding bakery. Giant selection of desserts and pastries as well as numerous food and coffee ☕️ options. You can get a nice breakfast there or get an after dinner sweet and coffee when you go downtown for dinner.
great coffee! ☕️ got the hazelnut praline I believe, it was on the sweet side but still a good taste. Loved the shape of the cup as well. French toast was of course amazing, same as the eggs and bacon. Wasn't a huge fan of the yogurt. However the whole experience was enjoyable, great decoration on the inside.

As a 1st timer, I really like this place. Both the girl at the register and server were very sweet. My mimosa was so refreshing, the food was yummy and more than I expected to eat! My nieces enjoyed this spot too. Glad we found this place. I’ll be back.
I love this place! Supervisor was kind enough to hold some gingerbread for me and my sis and it was the best we ever had!!!! Love the ambiance, totally hallmark, festive vibes.
The food has always been excellent but today I got amazing iced tea! Andrea has magic tea powers I swear — she made the most wonderful fresh Moroccan Mint iced tea enhanced with extra minty syrup 🩷 Absolutely superior where most cafés fall short.

This place is like it was taken out of a movie scene. Its BEAUTIFUL and the woman who take care of me and my husband this evening it was our first time there and bought out all the crème brûlée crossiants was SOO sweet. You can come here to study. To ready to just spend time with friends. Its SO nice in here and is worth the drive. I will be FOR SURE coming back ❤️❤️ and when we finally got home and tried everything and it was DELICIOUS! Cannot wait to come back and try brunch
Wonderful First Visit! This was my first time here, and Robyn made it such a great experience! Her warm personality and genuine care instantly made me feel welcome. Her recommendations were spot on, and the latte she made was perfectly delicious. She even came back to ask how everything was, which really showed how much she cares about her customers. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Thank you, Robyn, for the exceptional service — you made my day! 🌸☕️
Amazing French Cafe in a nice area. Quaint charming. Seen this place (and prices) explode over the years here and elsewhere in Central FL....but this is a wonderful family friendly place. The desserts are amazing, the food executed with a lot of quality ingredients and care. The people are cool...just be careful of the bees 🐝 😉
This place is really good !! Everything was very clean and its beautiful ❤️ Yes it is a little pricey but for once in a while when you want to treat yourself and have something different this is the perfect spot. I had a Ham & Cheese Croissant and it was delicious it is served with your choice of parfait or salad, I chose the parfait and it was so good. We decided to grab some pastries to go, a Chocolate & Almond Croissant and a Palmier they also were delicious. I can’t wait to go back.
My daughter and I brought my Mom here yesterday for her 75th Birthday. This was our 1st time here and we loved it! The restaurant itself is cozy and comfy with plenty of room inside and outside for all. The food was excellent! Mom had the Quiche, my daughter the Prochuto sandwich, and me, the Grilled chicken chipotle sandwich. All were excellent and the service was great, too. I can't wait to bring my husband in soon as well.
Loved this place in Winter Garden. The food was delicious. We had Brunch outside. They have a good amount of outdoor seating. Pastries were presented beautifully. You felt like you were in a cafe in Europe. Highly recommend. I ordered the French Breakfast Board and it was so good. I also ordered the Creme Brulee Latte. I will definitely go back, can't beat the location either. Close to quaint shops and restaurants.
It was a busy Sunday, but my visiting family wanted a cute place for a quick lunch. Rosallie's did not disappoint. We had been to Rosallie's for coffee and pastries in the past, but never lunch. Two of the for of us ordered the PETIT DÉJEUNER FRANÇAIS - which turned out to be the star of the show! A variety of food for a great price! Another one got the CROQUE ROSALLIE which was small but good, with a side of yogurt parfait. And another one ordered the CENTRE sandwich, with a side of salad greens which was delicious! Our visitors raved about their lunch and how delightful the place was. We will be back!
Every time I’ve passed this place it is always packed! We arrive pretty early, and the place was starting to get busy. But that did not stop the great customer service and the amazing food that was hot and fresh. My latte had great flavor and was very well presented. You can tell the croissant was buttery, flaky and made fresh. Very pet friendly as well and it makes you feel like you are in a piece of Paris paradise . I Definitely recommend and will return.
This location is the cutest; and their food is delicious! I have only ever had brunch here but can bet the rest of it is just as good! Enjoy outdoor seating - first come first served- depending on the time of day these sits fill quickly. You’ll have to scout out the seats and leave a friend at the table so it’s not scooped up. Indoor seating is available too, same deal Their aren’t any servers taking your order. You’ll have to get on line and order yourself. The line might be short or long it depends. You’re given a number and a server brings out the food and cleans the table. P.S. it’s dog friendly ♥️ Love this place! This review is my own experience, I encourage you to make your own assessment.
The poached egg was incredible! Their yogurt parfait is my favorite with a drizzle of honey and crisp cruise every time. Homemade croissants are the way to go! Excellent variety of lattes and espresso flavors, but honestly, their French press is great as well! Pictured is their white chocolate latte and their hazelnut praline latte! Great nook to study in the back or gather with a small group.
While strolling around downtown Winter Garden this morning this place looks packed from inside + outside setting..Then the curiosity kicks in - we had to stop by and check them out! Sure enough, it’s freaking damn good…Now, another place added to our favorites for lattes and great pastry cravings. We will be back, that’s for sure! 🤩🫶☕️

I want to thank Victoria at Rosalie Café for making today extra special. Every year on this day, I come here to honor my dad’s memory with a pastry and his favorite drink, a tradition that means so much to me as we shared our French roots and love for these simple joys. Today, Victoria went above and beyond by offering me a beautiful dessert and serving my dad’s favorite drink in his honor. Her kindness and thoughtfulness touched my heart and made this day of remembrance even more meaningful. Merci, Victoria, for your warmth and care — it’s moments like these that remind me why Rosalie will always hold a special place for me.
My wife and I came to Rosalie’s for the first time a few weeks ago and we were blown away by the cozy European vibes, the amazing service and staff and the extraordinary food. This has become our new favorite breakfast spot. Today we were assisted by McKayla and Micah who were absolute sweet hearts. They went over above in beyond during their busy hours to ensure amazing service. Our food despite of being super busy came out in just a few minutes and we had the best Lattes in town by McKayla. Honestly if you are looking for an amazing breakfast spot in the Winter Garden area, there is no place better than Rosalie.
My grandmother, who is no longer with us, was from France. This place brought back so many memories of her and her cooking. She would make tgis salad dressing that i had resigned i would never have again, until today. From the pastries to the coffee to the quiche. 10/10. A little pricy but worth every moment!
Exquisite to say the least! I’m a Parisian who moved over to Florida 10 years ago and I just felt like back home in Paris! The food is incredibly tasty and satisfying, I wish I could try a bit of everything but I’ll have to come back for that. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is really cozy. Would recommend to anyone and I hope they plan on opening cafés in more locations!
My husband and I were celebrating 29 years. After seeing a post on Instagram we decided to stop on our weekend getaway. The coffees we both ordered were delicious. I got the white chocolate truffle and he got a coconut white chocolate. We bought 4 pasteries for our weekend excursion. However, we ate the tiramisu there and it was delish. The other 3 we split and I loved 2 of the 3. My hubby loved all 3. This place is a definite must go back too. The only small negative I have is that they are advertising a special called Bloom & Brew (which was not on the post I saw). This is when you buy a specialty drink and a signature classic pastry and you will receive a little bloom a flowers. It would have been great for them to have honored there promotional. Especially since it was our anniversary and we had mentioned that to them as well.
Found this little gem while traveling. We stopped and had breakfast. I had the french toast. It was so delicious. It did not need syrup. The fruit and cream were fresh and delightful with it. It appears to be a local hotspot, and we did have to wait a little. (Worth it.) I had my regular decaf coffee, I have not had a problem at most coffee shops, my coffee did taste weak. They did redo it, it tasted somewhat better. My daughter had a hot chocolate and it was delicious! This was a little bit off of the beaten path for our trip, but I highly recommend the detour. It is a very charming little town.
Rosalie’s in Winter Garden has become my go-to spot for meetings with notaries, friends, customers, and family, so much so that I can’t resist capturing photos of their amazing food. While it’s on the pricier side, every visit has left me thoroughly satisfied and never disappointed. My usual order includes the liked plate featuring Greek yogurt and fresh berries, accompanied by a delicious quiche, orange juice, and a selection of pastries alongside a perfectly brewed cappuccino. Each item on the plate is crafted with care and consistently exceptional in taste. During my visits, my son has enjoyed the eggs au gratin, which were rich and flavorful, while a friend opted for a salad paired with a pastry-based flatbread, both of which received rave reviews. The ambiance at Rosalie’s is delightful, reminiscent of a French bakery with traditional tables both indoors and outdoors. The rear sitting area adds a homely touch, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for lingering conversations. I particularly appreciate their dog-friendly policy, making it an even more inviting place for pet owners. The staff at Rosalie’s are incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring every visit is a pleasant experience. Despite the higher prices, the quality of food and the inviting ambiance make Rosalie’s worth every penny. I find any excuse to meet there and enjoy the wonderful setting and exceptional cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a charming dining experience in Winter Garden.
I loved it! Had the veggie quiche with yogurt and it was so good. Their chai was amazing and the atmosphere was so cute. Had brunch with a friend and the music was not too loud that we could have a normal conversation in the atmosphere was really nice. It is very crowded in the morning so it’s good to go in the afternoon. The Christmas decorations are so much I couldn’t look at everything in one sitting. Felt like I was in a Hallmark movie.
Great atmosphere and delicious coffee. Juli gave us excellent service—she was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. I will definitely come back!
Always love an excuse to go to Winter Garden and stroll Plant Street. Today was a first to stop at Rosallie Le French Cafe. The line was long going through the door but it gives plenty of time to explore the menu and salivate over all of the tempting pastries that are wonderfully displayed. The prices are not for those looking to find affordability, but the food was terrific. I did an almond croissant, the quiche salmon and mimosas for the table. All was very good and served pretty promptly considering it was very busy. I will definitely be back for coffee and pastries.

Great French pastries. The hot chocolate was a nice way to warm up during the cold front that came through with temperatures into the '40s and '50s. The tea also was excellent and highly recommended!

In town from New Orleans and was super excited to try this place after seeing it on Instagram. The Petite Déjeuner Français and the La Provençale were very good. The Quiche Lorraine was excellent, very creamy and not "eggy" tasting at all. The pastries were just average and I would probably recommend skipping those. They were very pretty though. The coffee was very good. Service was just okay. We had to wait a bit for our food, which was understandable as they were fairly busy. We were almost finished with our food though before our coffee and tea were brought to the table. Glad to have tried it and would visit again.
Such a cute place , pastries are yummy and pretty ,picturesque, hot drinks could be served hotter , all hot drinks ordered was Luke warm & I heard other customers state the same (was busy and close to Christmas maybe why) i would still return & ask for hotter next time , no worries
We wanted to have something different and decided to take a drive out to Le French Cafe. For our first experience service was great although it took forever to order due to glitch with there computer system. Second for being summer time ventilation was kinda poor. Coconut white chocolate coffee was a hit and The French Board was not bad, but my wife's Brisket was pretty good. The pastry Palmer was great, and my wife liked her canoli. Just fyi the lemonade tea with flowers for $20.00 was a bit much, and tasted like almost all lemonade very sweet and bitter.
This place is absolutely adorable, the staff is friendly, the regular black coffee was perfect (though with the set up it’s hard to tell if you can get a top off the way you can in other restaurant settings) and the food is meh, especially when you consider the price. Great location, fun area to walk around especially if you go on a farmer’s market day.

Food was great, and the spot is quaint and cozy. It was a very busy brunch and you had to clear your own table because other patrons apparently didn’t see the tubs to place their used items in-worth it for an amazing experience. We had the board that was like a charcuterie that was overflowing with goodies, salad was fresh, and the pastries out of this world. We had a lemon stuffed croissant, almondine tart, and almond croissant. Left very full and satisfied

This place is very good with a strong Parisine atmosphere. The food is delicious, made with quality ingredients, pastries are delicate, don't give you a sugar rush. The staff is friendly and the decoration is nice. They also sell some chocolates, teas and wines. I take away one star because the inside space is not suitable for the line and the tables might have some crumbles from the previous costumers.
Stopped in for lunch and this place was packed. We ordered the L'espagnola (Chipotle oven roasted chicken, mozzarella cheese and red onions) and it was served with a small salad. This was wonderful and very large, one can easily share this. Then tried the Brisket Breakfast which also was served with a side salad, however this was just ok. The bread on it was great but the brisket was just to fatty with large chucks of fat in the sandwich and not enough meat. Atmosphere was great, plenty of seating inside or outdoors and I would certainly return when visiting the area again.
Been here twice now. The first time food was amazing. Went there again yesterday and food was average. I ordered the Brisket Breakfast and it was very greasy and fatty. I did send it back and ordered the French Breakfast Board which was on point. I love the way they present their food and the decor of the restaurant itself is beautiful and themed perfectly. The floors and restrooms were very clean. Their specialty coffee selection is fantastic. Staff was super nice and helpful and I love the decore of the restaurant. Although my experience yesterday wasn’t congruent with the previous visit, I will definitely give these guys another shot as their service is always great.
This place is always busy. It’s a different approach to breakfast and brunch. Some unique items on the menu. Food and drinks for two might seem expensive. But once you taste the food you’ll understand why. I ordered the Homemade Brioche French Toasts and a Cafe Mocha. My wife ordered the Quiche Tartiflette with a parfait and an iced peppermint mocha. The presentation of the food was great minus the one burnt piece of French toast.
Update: This is more about me being picky, however on our recent visit we noticed that their “maple syrup” listed as so on their menu is Log Cabin pancake syrup. Again, I like pancake syrup. But my issue is what’s on their menu and setting expectations because anyone who has and enjoys real maple syrup knows the difference and it does matter. Great little spot. We tried a variety of things including the Breakfast Plate, Almond Croissant, Apple Brioche, and a few different cakes as well as the Crème Brûlée Latte. The breakfast was phenomenal. The French toast (and truly all of their bread is delicious. Soft, buttery with a nice crust. The almond croissant was my favorite pastry. Very buttery and crispy.l with just the right amount of sweetness. The latte was very good and better paired with something sweet than on its own. You order at the counter where they hand you the pastries and sweets. The hot items and coffee is brought to you at your table. I highly recommend if you’re in the area, especially for a quick and amazing breakfast.
I ordered a couple of pastries and a quiche lorraine to take away. The quiche lorraine was burnt and not very palatable. The pastries were beautiful and delicious. This is my first time here so I was a bit disappointed with the speed of my takeout order and that my quiche was burnt. ☹️
Cute and quaint bakery and Cafe right in the heart of Winter Garden. When you stepped into this Cafe you feel like you're being transported to Provence. They have a wide selection of baked goods as well as sandwiches and other brunch / lunch options. I had a croissant which was okay, not the best I've had but not bad and a chai tea latte which was very good. They have a nice selection of teas and coffee drinks as well.
The pastries were fresh and the berries on them were the best tasting berries! Chia latte was excellent. I would have given 5 stars but the prices were excessive. More than $30 for 2 small hot drinks and 2 pastries. I know things are all more expensive now, but this was more than expected.
We stopped for tea and a latte…very, very good. The desserts looks like amazing art pieces! Cashiers were very accommodating. As for the cleanliness, most of the tables were not clean and bees were hovering everywhere, they could definitely improve the seating atmosphere.
We were in Winter Garden when we came across Rosallie Le French Cafe and decided to stop in for a mimosa. The cafe boasts a lively atmosphere with beautiful interiors, making it an ideal spot to relax. We ordered mimosas and chose to sit in the outdoor seating area. Our drinks arrived promptly, were refreshing, portioned, and perfect for a Sunday afternoon. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy a well-made drink in a beautiful setting.
One of my favorite places for breakfast/brunch. The pastries are delectable and coffees are the amazing! Even the salads and hot foods are delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Long lines and recent experience with staff is reason for 4 of 5 stars, but the food is definitely worth the wait.
French themed cafe with some really good food and beverages. The menu is small, but there are several breakfast and lunch items to choose. There are also a plethora of baked goods and sweets available. The atmosphere is very cozy. It’s somewhat small with seating that is just a tad cramped because of its popularity. There is a seating area in the rear and several outdoor tables to help with the crowds. I had the brioche French toast. Thick with a good flavor, but not too sweet. It’s served with syrup, whipped cream and a dabble of fresh fruit. A side of bacon was the perfect compliment to add some savory to the sweet. The only negative may be the price. A tad high for the budget conscious but not too out of line for the quality of food.

I came to this place with high expectations. The food was amazing, but the service could definitely use some work. Let’s talk about the cons first. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich which came with a piece of bacon on top. I had strictly requested a vegetarian sandwich. When I brought this up to the waiter, their response was can I just take it off? That means extremely unprofessional and should not have even been asked. There were other issues with the ordering as well. Being that this restaurant is self seating they did not have enough people to clean the table. I had to clean the table myself while I was waiting for a good 10 minutes. When the drink came out it came out in a chipped cup, which could be potential dangerous as it was sharp. If you were planning on visiting, make sure you have at least 30 minutes to wait in line. Now for the pros: the food was amazing. The desserts were amazing. The drinks were amazing the atmosphere or the aesthetics of the place was cute. Yeah
I’m in Orlando visiting my family, and yesterday while walking around Winter Garden, Rosallie Le French Café caught our attention with its beautiful décor and wide variety of pastries and products on display. However, even though everything looks very appealing, the flavors weren’t memorable. It would be nice if they improved the quality of their products.
The cutest place but the pastries were okay. I ordered a Cheese Danish that had cream cheese frosting on it. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet but didn't like it. Dough was raw on some layers. Ordered the cinnamon roll that also had the cream cheese frosting. Definitely don't like that frosting. I'm not a cinnamon snob but I didn't like the cinnamon they used or whatever spice that was. Sighs I don't think I'm willing to try anything else. Almost $12 for pastries that were more exciting by design than flavor. The customer service could use work as well. The most important question to upsell and possible help ppl try the better items is " have you been here before?" LOL Oh well ! On to the next bakery...
I am giving three stars to not take from the charming atmosphere of this cafe, as it’s truly beautiful and inviting. The five star atmosphere is being tempered with the one star for the ridiculously high prices for coffee drinks. My wife always gets a medium iced latte with oat milk at any coffee shop we go to. We noticed here at Rosalie, it was ringing up at well over $8. My wife interrupted and said she just wanted a medium size, but was told there is only one size in iced coffee drinks and it’s a large. Honestly, even for a large, that price seemed excessive compared to other coffee shops, but we just accepted that a large drink was coming her way. Except, it arrived at our table and it was nowhere near a large size. It was what I would call an almost medium size cup at best. If that is the only size iced coffee drinks come in, then charge accordingly. As lovely as your cafe looks, it feels awful to be taken advantage of. Period.
I’ve been here a few times before this review, which is why it’s getting 3 out of 5 stars. However, I went on my birthday and have never been more disappointed with a meal. My food was cold, my coffee was room temperature at best, and my bacon and cheese croissant was icy in the middle. I love eating outside for the atmosphere, but it was hard to find a seat since none of the tables had been cleared. If my entire meal hadn’t been $55, I wouldn’t be as upset, but when you charge almost $20 for a breakfast croissant, these are easy fixes.
It’s delicious. The atmosphere is very warm, but it could use a bit more organization. The tables stay dirty for quite a while after the last guest leaves. I asked one of the girls if she could please help clean the table, and she replied very rudely, saying her hands were busy!

Went here for my birthday to get a dessert. We bought two. A lemon meringue tart and a blackberry tart. I thought the ratio of the desserts were way off. Too much tart not enough crème filling. \…
Inconsistent quality. Today’s quiche Lorraine wasn’t filled. It was more like a piece of pizza. Rather than a refund, staff encouraged me to pick another dish. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for it and ended up wasting money. Up side: staff was great. Downside: food was disappointing. Latte was small for the price but it tasted good as did the croissant.
The reality is that the place has very bad logistics. When I ordered, I would sit with a number and they would not bring us food. Twenty minutes later, I stopped a waiter and he went inside to ask and immediately brought the food. When we tried it, it was all cold, we called him again and he took the dishes, he brought them back hot this time, but one of them was with an egg and he did not bring the egg, they had taken it off, I guess, to reheat the croasant. I called him back and he left and brought us a scrambled egg on a plate . The attempt to help us if it had not been for Antonio, our experience would be even bad. The food is not bad but with so much mess and poor quality off operation I do not recommend it. I ordered a Creme Brulee Coffe and it's like a late with a lot of sugar, nothing special. Really very poor operation of the restaurant. The food may not be so bad, but since the overall experience was bad, I do not recommend it. Thanks Antonio our server and helper that at least we eat .
Brie sandwich for $ 17…. Terrace was full of tables that had dishes on them the entire time we were there. 2 girls walked in empty handed multiple times. Side terrace is right next to the gas station. It would have potential some green plants were added to the side of the terrace, the staff was trained better, and if the prices were more fair… some seats in the back inside.
The place is quite beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and attractive fall decor. We arrived around 5:40 and purchased some croissants and two coffees, as they were sold out of desserts. The customer service, however, was disappointing. The lady behind the counter did not greet us and rudely told us that there are out of almost everything, with no ice for drinks, and that it would take more than 10 minutes to prepare our orders because they were behind. I observed many people leave because of this sarcastic attitude. As someone who works in customer service, I believe they need to improve their approach, as such behavior leaves a terrible impression. Pd, I should acknowledge that you probably have short staff, but be appreciative, not rude or sarcastic, because people were still buying and waiting; however, that is not the correct approach.

Okay this place is cute as pie , it’s decorated really nicely and so cozy and cute. Aside from that, the coffee we had was Terrible. We had a seasonal flavor and it was not good. One drink and a pastry was so overpriced. The coffee shop across the street is far superior with their beverages but not environment ; take the walk across the street and just sit outside or something.
It’s a really cute spot but on first impression I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were really slow to clean tables and to serve us our drinks. We ordered the $27 bottle of champagne and orange juice (mimosa special) and it arrived 20 minutes after we sat down after our food was served. Even when it did arrive we had to open the bottle ourselves. We dined in and we also were given plastic cutlery which was difficult to cut through our sandwiches and to eat our salad as they were poor quality. The food was really good but based off the service/cleanliness I’m not sure that I would come back again.
Place is very cute but the food is ehh. The eggs and ham tasted like dish water and the latte just tasted like milk. the place is only good for the pictures and aesthetic. The peanut butter cookies were very good though!
Waited 15 minutes for our table to be cleaned. We asked the staff to please clean our table twice. Most of the tables were dirty. Our food came out 25 minutes later with my quiche burnt and my bread cold. Mind you it was only my husband and I eating and our bill was $70.00. We order to breakfast plates and two coffees.
I was really hoping for a great first-time experience. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. I had a simple order of Scrambled Eggs and Bacon along with a Flat White Coffee. Pretty straightforward. I even added the 18% tip at checkout in anticipation of quality food and service. I took a seat at an outside table. The food came out first...which seemed odd. The eggs looked and tasted like they were powdered or from a mix. Definitely not fresh cracked and cooked eggs. And they we a bit cold. There we no condiments on the table (salt and pepper). After finishing most of the food I had to walk back in and ask for the coffee. They said they were a bit behind. Coffee finally arrived and was fine except the food was almost gone. Perhaps this was a bad day for the staff. At any rate, first impressions last and this will be my first and last visit.
We went to the cafe and ordered two pastries and some flavored lattes. The pastries were pretty yummy but it was the drinks that were highly disappointing. I ordered Nutella smore latte and a tasted 0 Nutella and not even a marshmallow or something. We also ordered a cappuccino and we all tasted it and only tasted hot milk. Every flavour was underwhelming. I’m not one too just fall for the visuals of a place or dish and ignore the quality like some. Sure it was very cozy but the quality, disorganized staff, and obnoxious prices. knocked off a couple points. I don’t believe it is our servers fault at all but somethings could definitely still be done.
The place is really nice, and they have good menu, but their coffee is too watery. They add a little bit of coffee and a lot of water. So for the people who really love coffee (iced coffee, French press or something similar), this is not the perfect place for you. The picture is “iced black coffee” - and it looks like ice tea. They add it tons of ice that watered the coffee down

We waited 45 mins for 3 lattes- I know they get busy. But my complaint is waiting that long and coming out incorrectly. They were almost $9 a latte and we got holiday drinks that include cold foam which is an additional $ and they didn’t have it. Instead of deducting the amount from the lattes they just didn’t say anything and we had to go back and ask about it and wait another 15 minutes just for them to say they don’t have it- which that’s fine but you should’ve be charged for something they don’t have and they won’t provide. Instead they just put whip cream and handed them back like this no lids or anything. Prob won’t come back again, use to love this place.
My boyfriend was raving about your bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich so I decided to give it a try and surprise him with that this weekend .. for my first time there , the place was cute and I was shocked at how overpriced everything was . I called the order in for pick up and got some pastries as well .. spent well over $120 for 4 egg sandwiches and pastries .. By the time I got home , I was expecting it to be the most amazing sandwich ever , and to my disappointment it wasn’t .. wound up throwing it all in the garbage, the poached eggs we requested was more like a hard boiled egg, the bacon was greasy and undercooked, it made us sick to our stomach .. and for my boyfriend to not want to eat it has got to tell you something ,cause he eats everything .. especially when he raved so much about it .. I don’t know if it was a new cook but to spend $80 on 4 egg Sandwiches was not worth it .. I hope management sees this and refund me my money back for the sandwiches .. and maybe I’ll try it again one day , But I’m very disappointed. Please respond .
I came here after seeing good reviews on Instagram and was excited to try it. I showed the cashier a photo of the drink I wanted and clearly stated I did not want the Valentine’s blind date drink—I wanted the exact drink shown. The cashier confirmed this. When the drink arrived, it was not what I ordered, and the topping was different from the photo. On top of that, the drink was brought to my table spilled underneath the cup. When I pointed it out, it was brushed off, and no napkins or replacement were offered. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to both the incorrect order and lack of customer service.
We stood in line for 20 minutes and ordered an espresso. The delay was 30 minutes to deliver us only one coffee! Very good location, but without structure to give a good service
Very rude cashier & barista, ( girl with pink hair) waited 45mins and not to be told they were almost out of pastries. Decided to order from the menu ( luxury hot chocolate ) only to be told the torch was broken and I couldn’t get it even though she just handed one to the lady in front of me. Then ordered the gingerbread latte , was tasteless & definitely no sign of gingerbread flavor. It was supposed to come with a gingerbread wasn’t told until after i paid they didn’t have anymore. Then ask for some sort of replacement, considering I paid for a drink with a cookie! Was told there wasn’t anything they could offer me. The Madeline that I ordered and paid for also was dry, old and tasted like it was there since last Christmas! First time here never again! Absolutely awful! The decor however was nice but the outdoor area was filthy!
Worst dining experience I’ve had in Florida so far. I ordered a brisket breakfast and the sandwich had more fat than meat inside. I ordered an almond chocolate croissant, and it was old, dry, and crumbling apart. I ordered a large Nutella s’mores, but it came out small and cold. When I asked the cashier if it could be corrected, she told me I had to get back in line and order another one. (I had even checked the size when placing the order, and they still got it wrong.) The cashier — tall, with dark hair, working on Sunday — was extremely rude and unpleasant. And all of this after paying a 25% tip, with a bill of over $80 for what was supposed to be a nice Sunday café experience. If you don’t want to ruin your day, don’t go to this place. You’ll be treated much better at most Dunkin’s — by far.
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the experience keeps getting worse. The last three or four times I’ve been here, both the service and the food have declined. There are always bees outside, to the point where you can’t even enjoy your food because they’re constantly around you while you’re eating. This time I ordered the goat cheese quiche and it was cold and not properly cooked. I also ordered a parfait with pecans. It had fruit and pecans, but almost no yogurt, which was disappointing. The coffee is another ongoing issue. No matter what you order, the milk is always burned. I’m not sure if the baristas are properly trained, but it’s frustrating. For a place that presents itself as French, you expect to enjoy one of the best coffees in town, and that’s just not the case. They offer many coffee options, but if the milk is always burned, the final product is not good. I don’t mind paying for food, but paying more every visit while the quality keeps declining is no longer worth it. This place really needs to refocus on quality.
We love coming here and have been for years but never has the place been in such filth I think they’ve hired a bunch of teenagers that have never worked a day in their life shame to see this place be in such disaster (gave up taking photos of all the tables that haven’t been cleaned during the entire time we had our meal which took way too long to arrive)
Hi, today I went to your winter garden location and left extremely disappointed! I ordered a matcha expecting to drink the actual thing but instead I got a flavored milk (that tasted disgusting) I went back to one of your employees and asked her if the WHITE drink that I had was matcha, and she said it was!! I questioned her and said that it neither tasted nor looked like matcha, she said its because it was just a syrup (she showed me a Monin bottle🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️!! For $8 you should be serving a cerimonial grade matcha not milk with syrup! I left even more disappointed bc she didn’t even offer me a different drink instead! If you are serving this kind of “matcha” you should tell on the menu, so people don’t order thinking is the real thing, not to mention you should be charging max $4 for a cup of milk
Atmosphere- INCREDIBLE. Would love to give this place a second chance and update my review in the future. We came on Christmas Eve and were understanding and gracious about the wait we’d likely have, they were slammed - all day I’m sure. Drinks and pastries came out quick. Nothing was spectacular. And we ordered two sandwiches, the centre and the salmon one. We checked in on them about 30 minutes in. The girl we asked assured us our ticket was coming up. But I don’t think she actually checked, because another 30 minutes later we asked someone else, and apparently the kitchen never got our ticket. Many people who arrived after us ate and left. Hoping this was a one-off on an abnormally busy day, because for $60 it was a very poor experience.
I used to love this place and recommended so many people here but lately service has really declined. Lines are long out the door. They run out pastries by the time it's your turn to order. It's dirty all the time. Table are always left with dirty dishes. Drinks are over-priced. If this cafe is doing so well atleast up keep it and work on improving it.

I got here with my wife, we waited in line (10min), but okay because we were choosing what we wanted. Then we ordered, what wasn’t cheap. We got 1 chocolate croissant (thats wasnt good), 2 vanilla lattes and 1 creme brulee. They gave us the croissant at the time we paid (cold), then they gave us a card to wait at the table, we were sitting there for 30 minutes and they didn’t bring to us. My wife needed to go inside 3 times for the 3rd time they gave half of the order. Food 2/10 Service 0/10 Clean 0/10
We have visited this establishment frequently and, until now, have consistently experienced satisfactory food quality and acceptable service. Unfortunately, this recent visit significantly altered our perception of the service standards. Our coffees were not delivered until the very end of our meal—and only after my wife approached the counter to inquire about them. At that point, staff appeared to search through the tickets frantically and ultimately discovered that our order had been discarded. She was simply told that the drinks would be brought out, with no explanation or acknowledgment of the delay. Additionally, I assume there was a manager or supervisor on duty who was assisting with clearing tables. As we were preparing to leave, I asked her, “What size is this?” I had ordered and been charged for a medium coffee, yet no clarification of available sizes was provided at the register. She responded abruptly, stating, “We do not have mediums, only regular or large.” When I expressed confusion—having been charged for a medium—she looked at me without further explanation, as though the matter required no clarification. When I replied, “Hmm, okay,” she turned away and continued clearing the table, without any inquiry into our experience or acknowledgment of the 30-minute delay in receiving our drinks. Having worked in the service industry for many years, I understand that when customers ask questions, it is typically because there is a legitimate concern or need for clarification. The absence of communication, accountability, or any gesture to address the extended wait and oversight was disappointing. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt at service recovery. We typically spend over $100 during our visits, and we value both quality and service. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.
