We have always enjoyed PF Changs but dont go enough. Last night we went and to my surprise they had the garlic noodles back! I loved those for years and happy theyre back on the menu! Super yummy. Mongolian beef never disappoints!!
On January 18 I chose PF Chang's to hold a birthday get together with 16 other guests starting at 5:30. When I arrived, the tables were all set, including an additional table I requested to hold my cake. Courtney was our server, and she performed an outstanding service for us by being attentive and thorough without being intrusive. Everyone's orders were filled accurately, and she efficiently managed all the checks. I left extremely pleased in that we all all had a wonderful time and received excellent service from Courtney and the other staff.
Danny took great care of us and was absolutely amazing. His service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend the ribs — they were delicious and cooked perfectly. Definitely coming back!
restaurant was cold but the music was great. Had Danny and he was amazing we had our leadership meeting and he paced the meal perfect.
We recently visited P.F. Chang's and decided to try the Chef's Feast, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable meal. We started with pork dumplings, a fresh salad, and egg drop soup. Everything tasted great and hit the spot. For the main dishes, I had the Mongolian beef with brown rice, and it was cooked just right—tender and flavorful. My girlfriend ordered the chicken lo mein, and she loved it, saying it was just right. The atmosphere at the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy dinner. Even though the restaurant was busy, we didn't have to wait long for a table, which was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, checking in on us regularly without being overbearing. Overall, we had a great time at P.F. Chang's. The food was delicious, and the service and atmosphere made it a place we'd definitely visit again.
Food was delicious. I loved the garlic rice noodles, and the Mongolian beef. Nice atmosphere, beautiful location.
The ribs were amazing - they reminded me of Chinese take-out from days long ago - the seasoning was so on-point... then there was the tempura shrimp... on sushi - who can no to that? (monsters, I tell you, that's who...) And while I was there, I had to have the Mongolian Beef... it's just nostalgic... I must go back to try some of those signature dishes that I've missed all these years. As far as the atmosphere - I love it! The crew is so relaxed, they put you immediately at ease. The decor is trendy yet traditional. It kinda makes you feel like you're back on your first date - what a way to rekindle those first date flames... Thank you P. F. - you'll be seeing me again soon...
Daniel was an exceptional server. He was very attentive to our friend, my wife, and myself. He was also very engaging and personable which made our dining experience wonderful. Thanks for a pleasant evening.
My 1st time at this PF Chang's Location and I could not be more happy I chose to visit. As soon as we walked in the host was so sweet and the gentleman with her his name was Anthony who is the Manager. We sat down immediately greeted my our waiter "Danny" from the beginning he was smiling, and just so attentive!!! He informed us on the menu options and the drinks that the bartender made was amazing! Try the "Lemon drop martini" our food was delicious and my husband was satisfied all around. I decided to post this review because I want to truly say that "Danny" made this entire experience AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH DANNY! WE WILL RETURN AND I WILL ASK FOR YOU. CHEERS!
We had dinner at PF Changs and had the nicest server we have ever had there. Zadia was the best. Our order was perfect and she made sure we had everything we needed. We wish we could have her everytime we dine there. She made us feel welcome and was very kind. Whatever she does in life she will go far with such a pleasant attitude.
We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Zadia. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She got everything exactly right, checked on us at the perfect times, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Zadia truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to come across service this good, and she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Because of her, our meal was not just good—it was memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to be lucky enough to have Zadia as our server again. Outstanding service all around!
Very nice place... we were a party of 12 and our server did the best she could to keep up with us... The drinks were delicious. The food was good however the entire table did not receive the food at the same time. The left side same check received theirs before the right side same check by the time the right side receive their food. The left side had finished all of it. The only negative I can say about last night. Everything else was fantastic and the flavors well there.
I wanted to give the server a 5 star rating, but 4 star for the atmosphere and food. When I reserved through the PF Chang's website, we had to still wait 15 minutes to be seated and I expressed that the occasion was a birthday, yet no one asked or mentioned who's birthday the dinner was for. It was my son's birthday.
Although i miss when P.F. Changs used to play Asian-inspired music, the quality of the food has been one thing that never changed. I typically order the Mongolian Beef with a side of lo mein (this is an upcharge) and its always delicious. Depending on how hungry I am, I'll get the crab wontons or a sushi roll as well. The margaritas are a must. I also really love the Asian Pear Mojito which is both sweet and refreshing. And at the end when they bring the check, they include fortune cookies for everyone in your party. This place is good for any size group or family.
We went on a Friday around 4 and it wasn’t too busy. Our server was a young man with dark curly hair, didn’t get his name however he was awesome and very very attentive! Atmosphere was nice. I wouldn’t recommend the teriyaki chicken, it tastes like pineapple and some odd sauce mixed in, definitely 0 teriyaki flavor, the lo me-in also tasted much better than the rice— which again— I found to taste very off?
Pf Changs used to be my jam fr. I ordered take out this particular day because , It was the middle of the work week and I just wanted to eat something good and go home and watch my shows with the hubby. I was so disappointed in what I received. This was not worth 70.00 dollars with tip
Ordered takeout. Paid $22 for this child size meal. Plus $4 up charge for fried rice. My chicken was extremely dry hardly any sauce. Food had very greasy taste. This is suppose to be “fine dining Asian food. Just stick with Panda Express, this place taste the same. Like cooked frozen food tossed in sauce.
I bought take out. Got extreme angry after I opened the box. The portion is designed to feed a cat, box is decent size, but half is empty, attached a pic, look yourself. I have my hand in the pic for size reference. This is waste of time. I have no time or mood to go out to buy more food. If portion is small, tell me in advance, call it a side, not combo. Do not wait for me to get home just to find out I will starve. Btw this costs 20 USD.
This particular P.F. Chang’s needs a makeover badly. It’s way too bright in here and the music is usually so loud that you can barely talk to the people with you. I’m not really sure who made the lighting decisions for this location but it’s bad. I feel like I’m trying to eat while on a stage with the spotlight on me or something. It’s way too bright. It’s uncomfortably bright. As for the music, we have been multiple times and the music is always way too loud. One time we heard the couple next to us ask if someone could turn it down so it’s obviously not just us that feel this way. They told that couple that they couldn’t control the music volume and were unable to turn it down. We dine at the location by the millennia mall and the music is at a reasonable level and the lighting is fine. So it’s not a P.F. Chang’s issue. It’s specific to this location.
If you’re considering eating at this PF Chang’s location, I strongly recommend you don’t. My partner and I had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service alone was enough to ruin the night. We were seated and then completely ignored for 15 minutes before our server, Chelsie, even acknowledged us. It then took 40 minutes just to receive our drinks. She didn’t write our order down and instead tried to memorize it — which didn’t fully work. I ordered small portions of three proteins and was charged for large portions instead (she corrected it, but I had to hold my ground on it and was made to feel like I made an issue?). Whether that was carelessness or an attempt to upsell, it was unacceptable either way. Throughout the meal, she rushed every interaction, cut us off mid-sentence, and barely gave us the chance to ask for what we needed before walking away. Meanwhile, she checked on other tables multiple times while repeatedly passing ours without acknowledgment. It got to the point where I had to make uncomfortable eye contact just to get her attention. To make matters worse, the food itself made both of us sick. We’re now dealing with severe stomach pain and may need to get checked for food poisoning — likely from the shrimp. Between the terrible service, the billing issues, and the health concern, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the frustration (and potential illness) and eat somewhere else.
