Very delicious food and good service! I have be there for more than ten years

Food is always delicious and comes in a timely manner this is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant don't believe the 1 star reviews

I love eating food from here. It's very tasty. I lived in the area 10+ years ago and this was my go to restaurant for Chinese food. I've moved but still go out of my way to call ahead and place an order for pick up. They offer free delivery but I'm too far. They never disappoint and I highly recommend. Their bbq boneless spareribs well done is my favorite. Check them out.

I have been ordering from Double Happy for over eight years now. The food is consistently delicious. I recently moved from Jamaica, Queens and had to take a drive back because I truly disliked the greasy Chinese food they are serving in my new neighborhood. Definitely try out Double Happy.

Best Chinese food in the area, the only reason why I lowered the star is because it takes a while for all types of dishes ..(ex. Just about 30 min for basic 1/2 chicken & white rice)

Food is great got my selection due to health restrictions. My only problem is the cleaning the wok before cooking. My son could have swallowed this.

Food is okay. Prices are inaccurate on the menu. I paid over $13 dollars for chicken and broccoli and an egg roll, no drink. Also doesnt accept card.

This food is not the best or worst Chinese food that I have had. The portions were big and the food is fairly priced. I asked for delivery, and the food got here hot 30 minutes after I placed my order. In the event that I’m ever craving late night Lo Mein and Crab Rangoons, I will order from here again.

There are many Chinese spots in this area. We use to order form Asian garden sadly they're closed because they were really good. This place has good ribs different from their neighbors . They put too much garlic on their lo mien which my kids don't really like. The chicken and broccoli is good a little oily and their wings are ok. Ate inside.....entrance door is broken.. doesn't close all the way so it was freezing cold in the restaurant. I ordered teriyaki chicken #2 on menu. i didn't get too finish my food inside because it was very cold in the restaurant.... food was OK.

Please! Can anyone truly report in excelsis in re ANY ChineseAmerican restaurants common to NYC? Unless your tastes are similar to that of Drosophila (ie ordure), you'll keep your insults to yourself, buy some simple, fresh ingredients, and prepare tasty and healthier victuals at home. There is simply nothing offered at this or other dumps that entice and afford pleasure. If you can't resist oil, sugar, and salt, bloat yourselves on the fare offered in such vile joints. I do so occasionally myself, just to remind myself of how truly disgusting I feel their fare to be. NB: you will NEVER see the cooks eating the food they sell.

Worst spot to come too, they always mess up your order or end up giving it to someone else by mistake. This been happening to me for years at this location.

They took almost an hour and I was very annoyed because I was hungry but chicken was good it just how much they take.

There have been so many times I was entitled to a free quart of wonton soup and they don't bring it. They bring stupid soda. When I call and request my soup they say can't do it this time. But their food is good.

Lady who takes orders is very disrespectful. They are over priced and it's been speculated that they serve spoiled meat to there customers ( Someone went to hospital for eating bad meat from here) . People who eat here get sick. The place is dirty and would not be surprised if the wings is a different species of bird that is being served here. Let the buyer beware of this place.

The owner of this business is super impolite and disrespectful. She got impatient when you don’t place order in two seconds and when you say good bye to her at the end of your stay, she doesn’t even bother to look up from her phone and say good bye back.

Rude Staff!!! Somebody from this restaurant got wrong number and they called me to pick up some order. I told him that he got wrong number, I never ordered anything and I don't know that place. He kept calling me 3 times and refused to accept the fact that he is calling the wrong person!!! 2nd and 3rd time when I was trying to tell him once again that its not my order he start yelling at me that I have to pick it up right now and he didn't let me finish my sentence. I never been there and I will never go there!!!

Last time gave this restaurant 3 chances and they still messed up my food I told her I wanted No vegetables and she still put the vegetables in there... was not busy just me and my sister and they could of made it correctly, I told 2x for tariyak sauce and got home and none... I'm so over the bad service

Ordered from them alittle while ago they screwed up the order Ordered fried rice and got french fries which was NOT ORDDERED THEN WHEN WE PHONED GUY FIRST SAID NO CHARGE THEN WHEN THE DELIVERY BOY CAME TRIED TO CHARGE US 4.00 MORE FOR THEIR MISTAKE.GAVE BACK THE FRIES.CALLED THE PLACE GUY FIRST SAID NO CHARGE THEN SAID HE WAS CHARGING US...NEVER WILL WE ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND USE TO ALL THE TIME.GAVE 1 STAR SO I COULD WRITE THIS REVIEW

Ordered from here for lunch they overcharged me about $6-$7. My "chicken with broccoli" had NO chicken in it and then they charged me $2 extra after delivering my order with no chicken. After giving the delivery guy a tip the first time, when he came back to deliver "the chicken" he was arguing for more tip! I won't lie the food was good but having been overcharged, things missing from my order, and the delivery guy arguing for more tip, I will not order from here anymore. Hong Kong Gourmet is one block away and they are great. I should of went with my instincts and ordered from my regular place.
