Excellent Pizza. I go there for lunch, and Dinner. I've never had a bad experience.

Prima pizza is a very nice place. It has lots of space to eat in the back. In all honesty this is the only pizzeria where i would order a full pie of buffalo chicken pizza, bacause of how good it tastes. Would definetely recommend.

I’ve lived in Richmond hill over 10 hrs and never realized I had a great pizzeria near me, I actually found Prima a few years ago through grub hub and they are officially my Go To Pizzeria food is amazing everything from the pizza to the heroes to pasta I used to always order the pizza with garlic knots and motzarella sticks and chicken wings deal because you got so much and the food was great 👍 but anyway highly recommend I had to cone here and give them this post as I sit eating a shrimp 🍤 parmigiana Heroe👍👍

We always come here when visiting our parents in Woodhaven. I got my usual, as I like to call it. Personal sized pizza with eggplant🍆. Superb and my husband got two cheese slices.

I am a regular here. I believe the pizza sauce has a hint of basil which does the trick for me. I have tried different pizzas here as well as the pasta. Overall the food here is great and the customer service is excellent.

Our go-to place for a perfect, hot pizza delivered to our door in a reasonable time. The grandma pie is my favorite, but we've ordered many different pizzas over time, for ourselves and for guests, and we've never been disappointed. The cannolis are amazing, cheap, and huge. The greens are pretty decent, too, and the garlic knots.

The food is soooo good. We order from here all the time. They have the best Sicilian pizza! Staff are super friendly and helpful.

I use to think all pizza tasted the same until I became an adult and realized how good prima pizza is! These two guys have been running this place for years they’re super nice and make good food. It’s unfortunate to see a negative review based on an establishment deciding to close THEIR store early, you would think covid taught people that nothing in life is that serious to complain about you never know what someone is going through. Anyways, this is our go to pizza place when in the area.

best pizza on woodhaven & jamaica . The way they make the dough and sauce is special , the dough is crispy on outside and soft , fluffy within. the sauce is unique and taste delicious not plain a lot of flavor. Everything I've had here has been amazing. I've had pizza and heroes mostly here and I have to say it is simply one of the best spots in metro area. Their meatball parm and chicken parm hero are incredible. I just had a deep dish slice of chicken alfredo which was top notch from the crust to the alfredo sauce. I’ve been coming here past 4 years always going for the pizza slices. But today was my first time getting the Shrimp Parm pasta and garlic knots. It was so FRESH!! I’m a big foodie for pasta!! The guys are super helpful, patient, efficient, and very nice. Highly recommend!!

Grandma pie was well done, sauce was not sugary or acidic, cheese well distributed, cooked long enough and stretchy, dough was not too soft as a lot of the pies are done at lesser places. For the price I am very satisfied.

Primas pizza is delicious. If anyone was to ask which pizza would i recommend it would be primas pizza in woodhaven. From the pizza to the pasta is 100% guaranteed. The pizza i would say that i like is the margarita pizza and the plan slice. I can also say the Buffalo pizza is a banger. It has so much flavor to it. Try them out you wont be disappointed!!

Don't even know where to start. The customer service is amazing. The workers always try to engage in conversation while still trying to make everything as quick & efficient. I love pizza so I've ate at many different pizza joints in many different states as well & I can say Primas hands down has been my favorite. From their plain slices to their specialty slices..especially the Buffalo even their pasta it's top notch. They are amazing!

I can't complain the pizza has an old school New York Brooklyn vibe to it. And atmosphere is simple like back in the days there aren't any chargers that to charge your phone is just simple old school brown booth that you would find in the late '70s '80s. So far I've tried the mushroom slice cheese slice a Sicilian even though in New York we call them squares. But I grew up in sunset Park Brooklyn in the '70s and '80s because they were Italian they called it Sicilian so I respect it. Yes so far 100% on the money it's worth the money for less than 10 bucks you can't go wrong with a couple of slices and a soda or two Sicilians and a soda. I'm looking to to try the other things they have.👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. Unfortunately the food I have is so good I didn't take a picture of it maybe next time 😎😎😎😎

Best pizza in Queens. I am a teacher down the block and drive down Jamaica Ave past about 10 pizza places to get here everyday for lunch. I eat a difference everyday and they are all great. The buffalo slice is my favorite, but you can never go wrong with the regular.

Whenever we want pizza this is where we get it from. Prices are fair and the pizza is good. One time they gave me burned chicken wing and I complain about and they gave me a new one. Beside that, food is good.

Stopped in for a slice. The price on the Slice was great. It's not easy to get a $3 slice anymore. Besides the great price, the service was good and so was the slice.

Food is decent but the service at the location is terrible. The guys working there provide terrible service and are extremely rude. Never getting food from here again.

I ordered 1 Margarita slice and 2 Sicilian slices + pepperoni. I decided to dine in. I didn't want my pizza to get cold! There was a very well lit glass enclosed area where the all the different types of things you can order.

Top tier pricing $18.50 for a large kinda like you'd find at Park Pizza on Crossbay blvd A 5 star pizzeria but prima bruh they use cheap Ingredients. If you've ever eaten at 2 bros pizza the dollar slices that Real New Yorkers live by religiously in Manhattan just know it beat Prima. No joke. Cheese was like tasteless cardboard it didn't even have a "pull" or "stringyness" to it, sauce was missing from the equation. You want quality but local I'd go to luigis on Atlantic and 104. The garlic knots tho are fire, fluffy and fresh extra star just for that.

Great pizza but lacks any decent customer service. Guys in the front barely acknowledge you. I ordered but not sure if the guy heard. He was doing nothing ended up doing something else and pizza was never made. I just walked out. Had this happen at least twice.

Their pizza looks good but it’s very very oily. Like I bit into a piece of oil and all of it came flooding down in my mouth I did not enjoy that. Other than that presentation is amazing.

The food isn’t great, and the staff apparently can’t comprehend simple instructions. I ordered a “panini” and I put that in quotes because what I received was the saddest excuse for a panini I’ve ever eaten. The sandwich wasn’t even pressed. It was on a bun that was way too big for the pathetic piece of chicken they put on it. I asked for no mozzarella and add spinach and mushrooms instead. They added the spinach and mushrooms but left off the other ingredients that were supposed to come on the sandwich. I ordered lentil soup as well and it was just edible. Nothing at all to write home about. I hate the way their pizza dough tastes too. I only ordered here because it was the only thing open at the time. Next time I’ll just make my own sandwich because I’m never ordering from here again.

I ordered lasagna tooks 3 bites and in the trash it went. It was disgusting. Only two layers and usesd only meat with no ricotta and the sauce tasted had an acidic taste to it. I'm never ordering from this place again. The only reason I ordered from them is because the the place I normally order from which is Vincent & Andrea was closed.

I remembered why I preferred not to have their pizza... from the outside the aroma is enticing... and their slices are generous but not very tasty and very doughy. Customer service is rather curt and short... not welcoming at all. Dining area is outdated.

Food is good don’t get me wrong , but there’s this ONE WORKER that cusses kids out whenever they try and get some pizza after school, He also bans kids from his store for no reason and makes u eat ur pizza outside when all the seats are free. We have been getting pizza delivered from here and then suddenly today we are no longer in their delivery area. First of all, I don’t live in an RV. Nothing has changed. Second of all, I looked: it is a straight line and a 7 minute drive. Wow. Just wow. Never again will I eat here.

Ordered from Prima here n there over the past year or so,yesterday I ordered stuffed shells.They came burnt ,black on the bottom and hard as a rock. When I called the restaurant back n told them the food was no good they told me they would send another one.I told them I had to leave for work so they said that's ok just remind us next time you call n we re sorry Called the very next day and the guy not only tells me I'm lying about the whole incident but says "that's how we make it"? I came 20 minutes prior to closing, ordered a pizza pie and paid $19. I gave the employee a $20 bill. 5 minutes later while I was waiting for my pie, a different employee, (the one that was cooking) tells me he couldn’t accept my $20 bill because it was ripped (a tiny rip) which it was not when I first paid for the food. How you didn’t notice the rip when I first handed you the bill but 5 minutes later, you just now noticed? Basically, that cook tore a rip in my money to avoid making my pie because it was close to closing time so my time got wasted.

I'm writing a review, to bring light to the unsatisfactory customer service i received from Prima Pizza WOODHAVEN. I went into Prima Pizza Sunday 9/29/2024 @ 650pm to order a large meat lovers pie, Upon ordering I told, by the gentlemen behind the counter that it would be 20 minutes for my pie, because they had other orders in front of mine. I then stated to the gentlemen "that's fine, just let me know when you gonna start preparing it so I can explain to you how i wanted it. The gentlemen behind the counter says "OK will do". As this was happening a second gentleman who was behind the counter approached me and said what is your order, I gladly stated to him that I had already given my order to the original gentlemen who told me it would take 20 minutes who was actually making pizza pies at the time. Upon speaking to the second gentlemen I began to notice some sort of displeasure coming from him in my direction. I just ignored it and then began to stand directly outside the pizza shop and wait to be notified that the are beginning to prepare my pizza so i can give them special instructions on the pie i had ordered. Upon realizing that i have not be notified i returned inside of the pizza shop to be told by the second gentleman that my pizza was already made and that its to late to add any special instructions. I found this to be confusing because I stated to the gentleman who was making the pie to please notify me when he began to prepare it, so I can explain the way I wanted it prepared. Then immediately the second gentleman began to state to me that I did not tell him and that its too late, but I told him that I had told the person who was actually making the pie to notify me, so I was confused that I had to tell a second person as well, being that I had not seen the second gentleman making any pizzas anyway and he was on the phone when I ordered the pie originally. His demeanor was very annoyed and upset no matter how much I tried to explain "He stated I didn't tell him so its to late" I again reasonably tried to just simply explain to him that there had to be some miscommunication or misunderstanding, and instead of being disgruntle and annoyed we can try to be more solutions driven so we can solve the problem. He continued to not hear and ignore me and state there was nothing he can do. I found this very unfortunate because I just moved to the Woodhaven area and really enjoy their pizza, but after that encounter with that second gentleman, and after seeing other reviews complaining about the same treatment at the counter. I felt obligated to at least bring attention to this staff member. I hope he is related to the owners because he truly has a terrible customer service attitude, and I cant understand why he would be at the counter representing the business with that type of attitude. Like i said " I think he must be related to the owner because he sure acts like it." So if the owners read my review, and would like to check the cameras I was there 9/29/24 at approx. 650pm. Unfortunately I will not be giving any more business to Prima Pizza for such a rude employee, and uncomfortable experience. Which sucks because the pizza is actually really great, but that one gentleman at the counter, has cost them my business.
