Good manners, clean and reasonable price, I think that is all customers want from any KFC. Honestly, I am not sure why, the taste of this location is much better than the other locations in the mall food court on Queens Blvd even the same recipe. my kids love their $10 for 8 pieces on Tuesdays promotion
The staff are really hard-working. I came a few days ago and I saw a young man diligently cleaning and disinfecting all the tables. The folks at the register also did a really good job, they weren't rude at all and were patient with me even though my hearing isn't really good.
Fantastic!! I love this KFC, the chicken is always fresh and crispy and the associates are always lovely. I live by the Steinway St one and yet drive all the way to this one because it is so much better!! I got an online order today and it was ready right on time!!
I ordered a 16 piece family meal for takeout. Order was completed in a timely manner, it was correct, all the items looked good and tasted delicious. No complaints here, 5 stars.

It was the usual to expect for KFC in terms of its food. The staff here was extraordinarily nice and kind. They were really helpful to me when i stopped in for a quick bite. I was happy that the facilities overall were maintained nicely and the service and friendliness of the staff was over particular note.

Just want to say I really appreciate the employees working at this location. Idk what it is but every time I order from this specific location the food always comes amazingly. I live right next to the steinway kfc location and its horrible and inedible so I have to resort to ordering from Woodside and they never disappoint. Today I ordered a big box 3 piece meal and to my surprise they gave me a 4 piece (3 thighs and 1 drum). Excellent quality chicken, I will continue to keep coming back. 🤩
It's only getting 🌟 5 bcuz the manager is a sweet❤️ and nice and takes care of people. I have nada nice to say about the rest unfortunately. The food is good & lots of coupons on the app & it's pretty cheap if your feeding yourself 🤣

My job takes me around the city so I’ve been to alot of fast food joints. The Counter staff here was friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I recommend this one over others I’ve been to.
Food was fresh, the fries were hot, and Zaire the cashier was super nice and accommodating. I had a coupon for a 3-piece tender meal, which came with 3 tenders, fries, a biscuit, and a drink. I wanted to substitute my fries for wedges — you’d think this simple request would be easy, but some stores make it a hassle. Not here. They allowed the swap with no problem at all. Great service and great food!
Went in at 10 pm on a monday. It was clean, bathroom was available for use and not gross, and the cashier was efficient and friendly. The food was hot good and cheap. Not a single complaint from me.
ACTUALLY, the *BEST* KFC in all of NYC! That's right! They're the only ones who get all 3 critical elements right: 1. not oversalted 2. fresh chicken 3. fresh oil That's it, that's allllllllll you have to do to do chicken right and sadly a number of other stores get at least one of those ingredients WRONG!
The typical KFC restaurant - chicken is good and the folks working there are nice. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness - I know it’s self service and some people leave a mess but a lot of the tables and the floor were dirty. We had to wipe down our table with wet napkins because it was still very oily.
Stop to visit a family grave across the street. Was able to park my car and sit down and eat with no problems. The food ans services was good or above. Thank you KFC
Ordered 3 pot pies, only 2 where available, asked if I want to wait 20 minutes for more or sub one pot pie. I chose to wait. Pie were a little more watery than I remember.
This KFC is great right on Queens Boulevard easy parking spot. Tried the chicken sandwich for the second time great portion hot and fresh pickles, mayonnaise the bun everything was great. But 1 thing, it's still not crispy!!!!!!!! got it hear. that crunch.

Fast food. When those are the first 2 words you should understand the rating can only be 3s really but this place is decent. The food is usually reliably good at KFC as it was here. The service was good the dining area could be cleaner but the bathroom was pretty clean the first time, not so much the second time.
It's a KFC, do not expect something spectacular. I ordered from here around 10 times in the past month, the chicken has been pretty average, the fries are usually terrible, and all of the sides are usually okay. I have never really had a problem with this KFC. Sometimes they make you wait long, but you still get what you ordered for, which is nice.
Place need to be renovated and restrooms must have decent locks. It can be easily opened
Service has gotten better. Although I feel that drive thru is way faster at times. Chicken is so inconsistent. With Popeye's you can tell when chicken was just made. With KFC not so much. Going here and other KFC places I feel like I'm getting chicken that has been sitting around a while. Waiting for the day when KFC has a deal with 3 or more pieces of chicken for $5.

hello good evening I am one of your regular customers who have bought from you but I also always notice that your service is always lacking especially today I bought a 12pcs chicken family pack with 6 biscuits but suddenly I already received 4 pcs instead of 6?! and then I already ordered mac & cheese but what I was given was mashed potato without any notice that they no longer have that kind of thing I am not angry but I hope this issue is fixed so it doesn't happen to others…
The employees take a long time to even acknowledge your presence but serve the food fast quickly. Most of the times they don't bother to ask if you'd like to eat in or take out and pack your food for take-out anyway. Food is alright but service needs a lot of improvement.
You can't go wrong with KFC!! It's the customer that is horrible. After repeating my order 4 times, I finally got the right order. I then asked for a "paper" shopping bag, which was clearly on display and yet no one understood what I was asking.
Once again this store has left something out of the takeout order. I should know by now that I must stand there and go thru my bags before going home. Just wish I didn't have to do that. Tonight they left out the extra side of $2.00 corn. It's not like we are going to stop eating dinner to drive back to get it. Also you should be able to mix the style of chicken when you get a bucket full. I think I need to start going somewhere else for takeout fried chicken.
The prices here are pretty steep, the least management could do is hire better employees. I moved just down the street about 4 months or so and I have been here about 4 times. Every time I am treated as if I am bothering them because I chose to eat there. Big fan of KFC chicken but not a particular fan of eating in this establishment.

The service was quick and courtesy and the place was clean and tidy but that's where it stopped. The food was expensive for 12 pieces, 3 sides and 6 biscuits it was $45 and the portions were small I was wondering if it was a kid's portion and it was dry and a little stale. It's been about a year since I have been there and now I remember why. The food keeps getting smaller and more expensive.

Not the best run kfc, it's pretty hit or miss with its speed and the quality of food; sometimes its pretty slow and the food just sits in their heaters. The staff is very friendly with some off days but we all have those. The hours say until 1 am but I believe only the drive through is open at that hour, the front end closes sooner; as I have tried to go in around 11 pm to find a locked door.
The ppl are really nice here the only problem is that when u place orders for delivery there is no notes or comments section for indiviual items and meals so no way of telling them you are allergic to specific items, or no ice in soda. Which brings up the next problem there phone is always busy which means it is disconected so you cant place a phone call. Again mind you the workers here are super nice and anytime you can talk to them are always willing to make it up to you. Thanks guys but will give 5 stars once the two prior problems are fixed, phone support and item notes for delivery
We frequently come here seeing as we live right around the corner and sometimes just need a quick family meal. So I don't know what's been going on here but as of late this place has been messing up my order in forgetting certain things I order and I always end up having to go back. The first time they messed up my order I ordered in store and repeated myself 3-4 times practically yelling my order because the cashier supposedly couldn't hear me but had a snobby attitude and when I get my order it's still wrong because I took out an item and substituted with another and they still gave me the original items it came with when I was charged the substitute. The following time we ordered through the drive-thru and they still messed up the order and we had to go back. Don't even get me started about the in store dine-in. Whatever the situation is in here they need to get their act together. Pay attention to what people are ordering and verify the order before handing it out.
The female bathroom was disgusting toilets don’t flush, dead cockroaches in the corner of the walls, no covers on the toilet seat. An overall unpleasant space to use the bathroom.

The KFC on 58th Street and Queens Blvd is terrible. They constantly mess up orders at the drive through.its happen to me 3x. Check your order before you leave the window. Don't take there word your order is right. Because. You can't call them back, the phone is always busy. I will never go back to that KFC!!!🤬
Updated review Jan. 2025: Delivery arrived quickly. Ordered Original Recipe fried chicken, but all 3 pieces were Crispy. KFC Original is unique in the industry, and so yummy. The Crispy chicken pooped out nasty later that night. Why mess with other junk when you’ve got the best?!? Focus on your franchise Original Recipe. KFC chicken sandwich was old looking inside. No wonder it was only five bucks. Chick-Fil-A original chicken sandwich is the best, and they make sure their customers get it done right. 6 years ago: 5stars. Finally someone with common sense, who doesn't put the ketchup packs into the food box, thank you young lady!! KFC now has a real chicken sandwich that rivals Jollibee and Chick-Fil-a, worth a try.

The lady that takes orders in the driveway is so rude.. she was yelling at the people in front of me.. they just drove off. Took her 5 mins to get my order. After I went to the window it took her again 5 mins for her to take my card and hand me my sodas. (1 was a wrong soda). I would rather go inside KFC and order inside were it's FASTER..

I never write reviews no matter what but this place compelled me to write one. In app it says the place closes at 12 am. So i reached there at 11:15 pm. They already closed the walk in and mopped and everything and they ready to go home at 11:15. One worker told me i can order at drive thru so i went there and waited for 15 mins to order and when my turn came the lady at register with hijab asked me to wait till the car behind me order so she can help me since i was at foot. So she made me wait another 5 mins just to tell me that they dont have any food left beside coleslaw. Such a worst employee. No sense of respect for other people time. Absolutely worst. If there was. Negative stars i would have given that.
Today I placed an order in store for 4 items and the staff took order and confirmed but when I opened the pack, I found one item was missing and called over phone to let them know. They asked me to come to store to get refund and I went back to store for that. The lady who was processing my refund turned out to be rude and showed her attitude while talking with me. Although food was without complain, I had trouble going back to store for getting refund and on top of that the staff presented with me rudely. Staff need to be trained about talking nicely and dealing customer with manner.

Always something wrong with the Drive Thru order. Today I ordered a 12 PC meal with 8 nuggets. When I got home and started eating we found out the corn was rotten and the mash potato was also sour. To add to the problem they forgot to give the receipt. Last times there was always something missing. I had to drive back to correct my order. This is a constant nuisance. They need to retrain these people.

I ordered the food through online and picked up the food through the drive through. I requested the online order through my name because the lady said to tell her my name instead of the mobile order number. Old lady did NOT understand the online order. She kept asking what was my name when I clearly said my name and even spelled my name twice. When I arrived at the pick up area, she kept asking me to show my receipt including my name on it. I showed her the whole receipt I got in my Gmail after I ordered online. Once again, she asked for my name. It means she don’t know online order and can NOT read English. In addition she ignored the customer. This is the worst service in my life. Please hire better educated workers!!!

Ordered over $94.00 of food delivered by grub hub and the persons at kfc who packed the order forgot the gravy for the the two large mashed potatoes. When I called I was told I show all the delivery person and ask them to go pickup the gravy’s. Next time I’ll order from Popeyes and not KFC. Unless I have to go pick it up myself to make sure it’s packed with everything ordered. Personal who answered the phone was not helpful at all.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel that for people's safety, they should know that I ordered a meal here and found a small roach crawling inside/outside my meal's packaging. I don't mean to say this is the worker's fault. It could have been a random coincidence but I definitely wouldn't eat here if you fear any pest diseases or food poisoning at least until the establishment is cleaned up properly.

Been a very loyal customer to this KFC , today my husband went to get our mobile order and the girl/lady working was so rude also She gave him a huge issue to give him sauce ? Fool me twice... This KFC is about 3 minutes walking distance from my family.. About a year ago, we swore off this KFC after a bout of food poisoning courtesy of their coleslaw. Fast forward to yesterday, lured by a coupon and a bit of misplaced optimism, we decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. We ordered a bucket of chicken for dinner. First issue: they shorted us six pieces. When we went back to get what we paid for, the staff handed over the missing chicken with all the warmth of a tax audit—no apology, no acknowledgment, just a cold stare like we had inconvenienced them. Got home and tucked in. The mashed potatoes tasted… off. Slightly sour. Not enough to be sure something was wrong, but enough to raise eyebrows. Four hours later, everyone in the house was sprinting to the bathroom like it was a competitive sport. In addition their chicken is still much saltier than other KFCs We really tried to give them a second chance, but this place clearly hasn’t changed. Save yourself the grief—and the gastrointestinal trauma.
Worst customer service ever @kfc. Ordered through the app, paid in full, but when I arrived the items were out of stock. The store refused to give me a refund, and the manager walked away saying “she doesn’t know anything.” Completely unacceptable.

Worker was on the chair sitting talking on phone and she one of her shoe was out. She was touching her socks and playing with it while others are eating, that’s disrespectful and unacceptable. Food was bad too. Fries was double fried. Overall bad experience and never going KFC again because food always seems like it’s been fried twice.

The service is terrible, they have a sign up about receipts. The worker tried to void the transaction so I was charged twice and I knew it. It took 20m and they took about $90 from me. Terrible management. Here’s the free meal sign the manager put up but after calling him and leaving messages for 3 days straight, I had to remedy the situation by reporting it to KFC customer service. Don’t waster your money or your time.

Probably one of the worst experiences ive ever had. They refuse to send potato wedges when ordering online every freaking time. At least send fries bro. I ordered BBQ wings. They must of ran out them cause instead they sent me Buffalo wings covered in Honey BBQ sauce... nice... I ordered the wedges and wing combo. Not only did I get spicy wings covered in BBQ sauce They didnt sent me the "Fan favorite Box" they sent everything separately to be slick and NOT send the wedges. I also ordered 2 of every sauce for an extra .50 cents. Instead I got 1 of 3 sauces. So they shorted me on sauce that I paid for. They sent me spicy wings covered in Honey BBQ hoping I cant taste the difference and in hopes I ignore the Buffalo sauce clearly left on some wings. They also sent me an Ice tea with No Ice. Stop being cheap and take responsibility. If you dont have an item reach out and say something. Dont just assume everything will be fine. We all work hard for our money and getting half of what I paid for is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I paid over $60. I expect to receive what I paid for. Failed. Awful. And at this point im just defeated.
My husband always visit this store which is ok the staff has good and bad, the bad one is a woman always making a foul words and arrogant. But he loves the place and likes the Sander’s recipe of chicken 🍗. But today, we ordered from UBER eat for 3 pcs combo after the long wait 1hr (may be winter) the order got only 2pcs combo! Thats messed up! What the hell this world going on! And for chicken it came sad 2pcs with 1 thigh 1 drum where is my other thigh! Shame on you KFC woodside you cant even make it just only put the thigh in the order. Plus this is not even the big batch pf orders, this simple pick and put in, is that too much to ask? This is bad! And now I am putting it all here on google review! Sucks!
How is it that you are mad that I have a “IN STORE COUPON” because I eat alot at KFC! I had a very unpleasant interaction with a old lady that works at this location, she kept telling me that the coupon is only for online and I’m telling her to read the coupon it says in store use only , she’s acting like she’s going to get paid any less if she accepts the coupon smh.
The quality of this place is really gone down. I don't know if the owner cares or not but they really need to make some quality changes here. The food was atrocious. The portions were small and unfortunately, the attitude of the staff needs work. I won't be coming back anytime soon this is obviously why Popeyes is getting all of the fried chicken business.

Went through the drive thru they forgot the drink and one of my orders then to make matter worst get home and find something black in the mash. I’ve honestly gotten sick off of this chicken before. Not food poisoning sick but as if they were reusing or using too much oil. The location is very convenient but outside of that I would avoid. Unfortunately because parking is a bit rough in the area I understand why it continues to get decent traffic. For the commuters who are not trying to risk the parking ticket, STILL take the time to go a few blocks down on Woodside, the chicken at almost every restaurant or food market down their is more appetizing and less oily.
Having KFC for after very long time and this is what I got . I won’t recommend any one going there . Food quality and quantity very bad .
