Bandeja Paisa and Hornado Ecuatoriano with white corn are amazing! Perfect with Guanabana shake. A must try when in the neighborhood. Will be back for sure!!

I absolutely love coming to this cozy little corner to get a great taste of Ecuador. FYI it's a cash only establishment. Curse scammers that chargeback because they don't appreciate people that actually work for a living!

The prices were good too! only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because while we were there they had only 1 lady cleaning tables, sitting People, answering the phone, handling take-out and yes the spot is small but that sunday it was packed so we watched her come and go for quite a while before we could actually get her attention for us to order, so the wait to actually eat was quiet long. Things to know are that they charge their own service fee "tip". Also, they don't take cards, just cash or Zelle.

La comida no está mal, y cuando vi los precios me confié. Pero no sabía que al final cuando pides la cuenta te cobran un servicio casi de 12$ Básicamente casi otro menú Otro punto en negativo es que uno como turista si no carga efectivo, deberían tener la opción de pago con tarjeta… ellos tienen Zelle. Pero está claro que yo al ser turista no voy a tener una app de esas..

Tengo que esperar 30 minutos para la ceviche. es que la comida es pésima, y también de esto se cobra demasiado para una taza de arroz, cobró como cinco dólares o sólo una taza de arroz. Después de añadir impuestos y propina, la ceviche cuesta $35. Por eso no lo recomiendo porque el precio es muy alto para la comida de esta estándar.

Me gustaría poner 5 estrellas al chef ya que la comida es muy agradable, menús variados. Sin embargo coloco 1 estrella por la persona que me atendió hoy en servicio al cliente, joven pero muy mal educada, y no es la primera vez que sucede lo mismo. Deberían estar personas que sean amables y que les guste estar en atención a las personas.!!!

Fui a este lugar a comer el Bolón porque me habían recomendado realmente salí decepcionada porque el Bolón no era como yo me lo esperaba segundo la señora que atiende ahí atiende de una forma espantosa y es la dueña y tercero la propia dueña se incluye la propina y aquí en ningún lado se debe incluir la propina pero ella enojada vino a decirme que le pagara la propina que son políticas del del Restaurant, y me dijo si no le gusta que no volviera a ir más a ese lugar, y por supuesto no voy a ir y menos voy a recomendar es un lugar espantoso una atención pésima, Que a la dueña no le intereza el cliente, si no la propina que ella misma se incluye.

I thought ok, i guess we just have to sit. When we sat, she came and gave us the “real menu”. No water was given while waiting for the food. Hot Green tea is $2.50. When I asked for the bill, they Added 18% TIP on my bill rigth away because the lady said that is their policy. What service did i get from them? NOTHING. Not even respect as a customer. I felt like anyone who does not speak spanish is not welcome. Dont get fooled by the picture displayed outside of their glass window... the food is not worth being treated indifferently plus the service really sucks. Nothing like american, italian or even asian restaurants where people are very warm and delighted to see you.. here they dont care because they will just charge you 18% anyway. Even if they dont even serve you water.
