Nuestra comida fue un verdadero viaje de sensaciones. Arrancamos con una navaja con pisto y panceta ibérica, delicada pero con carácter, donde la suavidad marina se encontraba con la intensidad de la tierra. Después llegó la gamba roja de Jávea a la brasa, ese tesoro que guarda la bahía y que aquí tratan con el respeto que merece: jugosa, pura, de sabor limpio e inolvidable. El broche lo puso un arroz meloso con bogavante azul, cremoso, elegante, con ese punto exacto que te hace cerrar los ojos y sonreír porque sabes que estás ante algo especial. En La Perla todo encaja: el entorno, la cocina, la historia y, sobre todo, la calidez humana. Es el restaurante al que vienes a celebrar un aniversario, a brindar con amigos, a disfrutar de una cena íntima o a cerrar con éxito una comida de trabajo. Un lugar sostenible, con producto de proximidad y con el Mediterráneo como auténtica despensa. Salir de allí es salir con la sensación de haber vivido algo más que una comida: es un recuerdo que se queda contigo, una experiencia que invita a volver. Una comida excelente con mucho sabor y calidad. Pedimos ostras, navajas con pisto y panceta y arroz negro. Todo delicioso y un trato inmejorable por parte de los camareros.

Vinimos a la Perla Jávea en para comer y nos fuimos habiendo vivido una experiencia única gracias a Javi, su camarero, el cual nos hizo la estancia súper amena y nos hizo pasar un buen rato. Nada más que añadir, el arroz al senyoret buenísimo y las croquetas de gamba roja otro nivel…

Hoy he venido con mi pareja a este restaurante y nos atendió en mayor parte el camarero Javi, un encanto, muy agradable. En cuanto a comida y servicio, todo 10/10!!! Tienen un postre de torrija buenísimo, y la carne está exquisita.

I would call this one of the best restaurants on Javea/Xabia sea front. The seafood is on a different level. I am a bad English tourist with little to no Spanish but was still served with a smile and respect. This establishment is busy even out of season so I advise booking a table so as not to be disappointed.

Fresh, flaky, and delicately seasoned, with a light citrus butter sauce that brought everything to life. It was elegant but not overcomplicated — a dish that let the quality of the ingredients shine. You could taste the freshness in every bite, and the texture was absolutely perfect. The wine pairings were equally impressive. I went with a full-bodied red that complemented the steak brilliantly — bold, smooth, and lingering in the best way. My partner's white wine was crisp and refreshing, with just enough acidity to cut through the richness of the fish. The staff’s wine recommendations were spot-on, clearly chosen with care and knowledge. Overall, it was one of those meals you talk about for days afterward — the kind that reminds you how special great food and hospitality can be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone who values exceptional food, great wine, attentive service, and a relaxed but elevated atmosphere. And then came the cheesecake — and honestly, it deserves its own spotlight. It was simply amazing. The perfect way to end an already incredible meal. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

One of the few original restaurants of Javea. Family ran and pays homage to the local foods that really made Javea known for its dining. The manager was very keen to teach us about the wine as I take an interest and was really helpful to help adjust to dietary requirements. We had the squid for starters which was served with garlic and they turned the ink into a delicious sauce. I had steak for starters that melted in your mouth. The experience was brilliant, not just the views and atmosphere, but the service and quality was perfect, they really prove that they deserve their critically acclaimed accolades! Great job guys !

We have been many times to La Perla and we have always had a great meal, I especially like the rice and the seafood dishes. The location is great with nice view of the sunset on the Arenal beach.

Restaurante muy bien situado con un ventanal enorme con vistas a la playa. Comida muy rica, no esperamos prácticamente nada para empezar a comer. Servicio rápido. Nos pedimos el arroz y estaba muy bien preparado. Por poner una pega, las alcachofas del arroz estaban algo duras.

Me ha sorprendido, la paella de sepia y gambas estaba muy buena y la croqueta de gamba super recomendable! Además el precio está genial.

Todos los entrantes y los postres realmente buenos. Pero los arroces no valen absolutamente nada la pena. Insípidos y ni si quiera cocinados con el tipo de arroz que toca, el arroz caldoso lo hicieron con arroz largo normal. Mención especial al pan con alioli que nos cobraron a modo de servicio a tres bebés menores de un año que ni comen todavía. Para no volver.

Hacía tiempo que quería probar este sitio por sus fantásticas vistas y su ambiente, pero la verdad es que la comida no terminó de convencerme. Los chopitos eran pequeños y bastante aceitosos, y la paella de marisco, aunque tenía buen sabor, estaba demasiado pasado el arroz . Además, la cerveza a 5,5 € el tercio me pareció un precio excesivo. Eso sí, el ambiente era muy agradable y se estaba muy a gusto.

POV: la foto muy bonita pero no es lo que parece. El ambiente del restaurante muy bueno con buenas vistas. Recomiendo la croqueta de gamba roja, pero los chopitos para mi gusto se quedaron demasiado duros y lleno de aceite en el plato. Y el arroz de sabor estaba bueno pero el punto estaba completamente pasado de este que cuando pasas la cuchara sientes que es una pasta de arroz. A mi tía Pepita un domingo de paella se lo paso pero pagando la cantidad que pagué me parece un poco lamentable.

As a retired professional chef and restaurant owner I have to take some responsibility for the disappointing evening last night. Chefs NEVER eat out on a Saturday, but it was a special occasion and we were promised the best table for 2 when we booked.....which changed to the worst when we arrived? The main course was average at best, unseasoned, with BBQ'd lettuce left with untrimmed ends. The staff let themselves down as well as us. This has the potential to be, and should be by far the best restaurant in the area They can, and should do better.

La relación calidad-precio resulta claramente insatisfactoria. La comida no estuvo a la altura del importe abonado y el servicio fue deficiente. El camarero, que no era español moreno de piel, que nos atendió mostró dificultades evidentes para comunicarse con los clientes y una actitud poco cercana, lo que afectó negativamente a la experiencia general. Lo único destacable del establecimiento son las vistas. En cuanto a la oferta gastronómica, la croqueta de gamba roja carecía completamente del sabor esperado, resultando más similar a una elaboración genérica con caldo de marisco que a un producto elaborado con gamba roja auténtica. La torrija muy buena y el ali oli también. En conjunto, la experiencia fue decepcionante y no cumplió las expectativas generadas por el lugar.

Perhaps we ordered the wrong dish or sat for dinner at the wrong time.. but the quality of food and service deserved a low rating this time in all honesty. Very poor service, they brought all appetizers almost at the same time. They charged us €4.50 for a sad plate of olives that is the minimum you get for free when you order an aperitif at any Spanish restaurant. They also charged almost €1 for any piece of bread ordered after the first round that comes included in the service charge. Our rice was so shallow in the paella dish that had all dried up and completely stuck to the pan (basically all the rice was like “socarrat” - see the picture I uploaded). The salad with tomatoes and smoked sardines had two lonely slivers of sardine. I even asked if they had forgotten to add them! The desserts were the best part of the entire meal.
