The experience at this café was mixed, as the service was good, with adequate customer service; the atmosphere in the café-restaurant (formerly, years ago, this housed a popular movie theater); but the beverage, the coffee, could be better; while it's good/acceptable, it's not above average. Otherwise, everything was fine.

If you want to try different drinks with coffee, this is the ideal place. The atmosphere is also pleasant. Just don't order food because they need to improve their food a lot.

A cafe with a good variety of drinks, both hot and cold, as well as various dishes for any time of day. The space is spacious, with several tables, and the service is good. This time, we tried some sodas that caught my attention, and the mix of flavors is quite good. I will definitely return to try other drinks and, of course, the house coffee. They have free parking next to the cafe.

Tienen una variedad de bebidas muy amplia, así como de alimentos,los cuales están decentes. Pero,el.servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear,la mesera tarda mucho en tomar la comanda, continuamente hay que pararse para ir a pedir algo. Tardaron media hora en llevar una coca cola.

Me gustó mucho la comida pero la verdad la atención dejo mucho que desear, no solo tardaron en atendernos, se sintió más como una atención solo por cumplir. Su café de mazapán es delicioso igual que el resto de comida

The price-performance ratio is completely off. We ordered a breakfast with fruit and extra coffee, but they didn't even give me a quarter of an apple, and the papaya was tasteless. The service was very good, but we didn't like the food at all. I ordered a small croissant of Serrano ham, a Manchego cheese gratin, and cilantro dressing, and I ate more bread than ingredients. I don't recommend it.

I've always had a good opinion of the place, however today I was quite disappointed. I'd already had another incident that I let go, but not this time. I placed my order to eat in with everything we would consume, they took a while to serve us but I didn't think much of it, but we were missing a dish (a crepe). I waited 20 minutes after eating my starters and decided to order it to go and how sad what they gave me. I already noticed it when my daughter asked me if that was it. They left the whole piece of cream cheese, just cut it up and placed it as it came out of the refrigerator. I know this crepe perfectly well because it was my favorite there, I know how they have served it to me on other occasions, which is why I realized it was not good. How sad 😢 what I now received. Attached is a photo of the crepe.

I ordered three coffees to go, and the lids on the cups wouldn't stay on. I politely asked the waiter to please replace them, but he refused, saying in a very dismissive manner that he couldn't do anything. The woman on the afternoon shift is very friendly, but the man on the morning shift is the complete opposite.

I'd heard the coffee wasn't that great, but we wanted to try it. It was horrible. My coffee tasted spoiled. When I told the waiter, he said, "That's how it tastes." I sent it back and ordered a glass of water. My friend's cappuccino was also bland, and her stuffed concha didn't taste good. When the bill came, they charged me for the spoiled coffee. When I questioned the waiter about it, I called the waitress, who arrived with a very rude attitude and told us, "It can't be spoiled. Everything was in the fridge. You have to pay for it, it's not my problem." We tried to talk to her, but she left very angry without saying a word. In the end, they discounted the coffee, but we will definitely never return.

Slow, very dark, you can't see the garnishes, I ordered an orangeade with mineral water and they put orange-flavored powder in it, horrible, and expensive, not at all recommended.
