Home-style cooking with a daily menu or an à la carte menu featuring their signature dish called "las alteñas," which are enchiladas from the Alto Lucero region (I highly recommend them). All three times I've eaten there, it's been a 10 out of 10.

They always serve very well, although sometimes the food is already a bit messed up in stews, like today when we went there was Russian salad and ribs in sauce, that is, nothing to do with Russian salad, that's only for parties, not for meals. They should make stews of regular food, as it is a meal, not a salad. Other than that, the service is very good.

It's a kitchen run by its owner, so the service and flavor are excellent. They always have two meal options (one with meat and one vegetarian, not vegan), and if they run out of their stew, they have another one ready or can prepare it to the customer's liking. They serve water, tortillas, beans, and salsas to taste. It's one of the few kitchens that closes around 6 PM in case you're late for lunch.

Terrible customer service. Even though they made several mistakes, they didn't even apologize. I've placed several orders before, and they always included cutlery. Today, instead of admitting their error, their response was, "They don't send cutlery because it's a 'delivery' service." If I'm supposed to be ordering takeout, it's obvious I might be at work, or at their location where there's nowhere to get cutlery. I expected at least an apology, not that response. I've ordered enchiladas alteñas several times, and they're usually okay. Today, I ordered green enchiladas—if you can even call them that, because they were more like tortillas with three strips of chicken, no cream, no lettuce, and just smothered in green chile sauce, a kind of very spicy, tasteless salsa that's more meant to accompany a dish than be an enchilada sauce. When I told them why I obviously didn't like what they sent me, neither the taste nor the presentation, they replied in an audio message (to listen to only once, so as not to be exposed) that they don't include lettuce and that I could have ordered something else. Like bread or cookies, it's clear this is a place where they only care about being right, not about customer service or satisfaction. It's a shame that the service is defined and/or depends on when you placed your order or if you order frequently. Although I gave them a chance several times, if you don't want to waste your money and avoid a bad experience, I don't recommend them.
