The chicken was very good, it tasted like fresh chicken, but this time I wanted to try the grilled ribs and they were AWFUL, you couldn't even chew them because they were so reheated. Please don't sell that garbage!

I recommend calling and ordering it to go, but they can be annoying if it's on Wednesday. All packages include a chicken and a half on Wednesdays. I bought one with roast beef and it came with too many skins and was uncooked, even taking a while to make it. I recommend asking for it to be cooked well; it's cheaper to buy from them than with an app (I don't include coupons). The parking lot is very small, and if you don't know how to maneuver or have a very large car, I don't recommend it much. You can bring your dishes and have it served to you. That's the price list I captured. The chicken was delicious and juicy, I was never disappointed. But the meat left a lot to be desired. They literally gave me seared raw meat. Once I put it back on the grill, it's good, but it's not the same. Good sides.

Malo, siendo honesta no lo recomiendo nada. El servicio es malo, el personal está haciendo todo menos su trabajo. El lugar está sucio y muy descuidado, desde los baños hasta el mobiliario. El repartidor se mete hasta la cocina con casco y todo, barren y con las manos de escoba, trapeador y recogedor atienden a la gente 🤢 Ojalá mejorarán las condiciones laborales de sus empleados y eso se vería reflejado en el servicio de la sucursal.

The food tasted the same as always (good), the music level fluctuated, and the waiter with the silver tooth was grumpy. As a customer, you're free to order whatever you want, especially if you don't want things cold, and he got annoyed about it. The bathrooms smelled awful and had low water pressure, plus there were a lot of flies. 😡

Take out service was terribly slow, and the firewood-oven chicken was not available (they offered me to wait another 15 minutes for it!), So had to settle for the charcoal-grilled one (again). Get it together people! Can't you setup another firewood oven? Oh, and now if you don't want salsa and onions, you can't get extra tortillas or totopos, WTF?

I have been to Mexico many times 2 hours after eating here I got sicker than a dog. I am not 100% certain that I got sick from here but it was the only thing I ate that whole day and violently sick within 2 hours of eating there.

The delivery service is a complete disaster. They say it will arrive within a certain timeframe, but it's not true; the wait is much longer. They should do what pizzas do: if they don't deliver, it's free. You'd see how easily the service would be fixed. Then they ask not to be told anything, and the people taking the orders just brush you off.
