I've visited El Bronco three times, and my review is after my third visit. I've tried several items on the menu and love the consistency of their dishes—always great flavor, presentation, and portions. The service is very good; the servers are attentive and friendly. The food is delivered promptly and at the right temperature. The flavor is fairly balanced; I don't think it's overly salty or lacking in salt; perhaps it just needs a slightly spicier salsa option. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the service and food. The only thing I found out was the music selection. On one of my visits, the restaurant was set to Christian music, which was uncomfortable for my companions and me, who profess other or no religion. Thank you very much for such great service and product. I have recommended you and will gladly return.

@tacoselbronco offers a small menu with three specialties: tacos (Tijuana-style asada), birria, and tortas; as well as drinks. A little over a month after opening, they've finally given their tacos campechanos the touch they needed. I highly recommend them! All they need to do is add a little flavor to the carne asada tacos, and they'll be delicious!

Very good experience. I'm giving it 4 stars because they messed up the carne asada and the pastor (sorry, adobada xD). Aside from the fact that they leave the onion head on, the birria and the longaniza are highly recommended.

This taqueria combines the classic carne asada (steak) taco with birria, both in broth and as tacos. The flavor is good, but the menu lacks variety, so it's a place to visit only occasionally.

I really liked the birria, the consommé, the deluxe taco and quesadillas, and the taco campechano wasn't bad, but the price isn't worth it. They're not cheap. The glasses of flavored water are large. The service is okay. They don't have parking, there are stairs at the entrance, and there are no signs for people with disabilities. The place is ventilated, but the floor is slippery, so you have to be careful when walking. Apparently, they're Tijuana-style tacos, because the tickets they sell aren't the usual ones. I'll leave photos; I recommend it.

La atención no solo es buena, es buenísima, los tacos están servidos generosamente, los precios están de regular a altos, el sazón es lo que definitivamente no me gustó, el taco de "adobada" es un taco al pastor y definitivamente hay mejores, el taco de asada sin sabor, el de longaniza tampoco me terminó de agradar mucho

The food isn't bad, although the space is poorly distributed. I had to sit at a table and have the staff hit me with food or their arms. I know it was accidental, but it was annoying. It gets very busy, and service is quick considering the demand.

The place is nice, and the lighting is good. As for the food, they have a very basic menu, not much variety. I ordered an asada taco ($25), which actually has very tender meat, but it's simple. They add guacamole, which has a good texture but is also simple. I also ordered a campechano taco ($25), which is made with longaniza and asada. It has a little more flavor because of the longaniza. They are small tacos, and the tortilla is nice and soft. They serve a good variety of different spicy and mild salsas, but even with salsa, the taco doesn't have a great flavor. I added a quesabirria ($38), as they're famous for their birria. The meat is tender, but it still doesn't have a surprising flavor; it's very flat. The quesadilla is made from a flour tortilla, and they use string cheese, or "quesillo," which doesn't add any flavor. I'd prefer they use a different cheese. If the place is inspired by the north, I doubt they'd know the type of cheese they use there. I won't deny it looks good, but once you taste it, it's a bit disappointing. To drink, I ordered a horchata water; it was delicious 😋 In short, it's acceptable if you're really hungry, but don't expect extraordinary flavors.

The place is very cramped and the menu isn't very extensive. The flavor can be a bit bland in some dishes, probably because not all the meat is top quality. The portions are small compared to other nearby places in the same price range. The drinks are also very limited, with few options. The only redeeming feature is their tacos and birria bowl; I must admit they are excellent. I would return, but only to eat the latter.

They were my favorite tacos, they had the best balance of price, portion, and flavor, but they seem too pricey. They raised the prices twice in less than six months, and in this latest price increase, they reduced the size of the tortilla, $35 pesos for a small taco? Better to go to Asadero 100, no way, they lost their best customer.

I went today at 1:30 p.m. It was my favorite taqueria, but unfortunately, the meat was poorly seasoned. The tortilla and carne asada were almost cold. I don't know what's happening now... Everything else was clean, tidy, and the waiter was attentive.
