We had a wait of an hour for a table but it was graduation night so it was real busy so we asked for the bar seat we noticed open seating and let an employee named Tyler know we had changed our minds and he began to argue with us. We mentioned that surgery had got done with one of our friends and couldn't possibly use those chairs. He continued to argue and gave us a dirty look as we walked to the bar. George the bartender was a fantastic mixologist, friendly and fast thanks to him the night ended well. Tyler needs to improve his attitude if he wants to stay in the CS business.

Went in for lunch and didn’t get greeted at all, waited for about 15-20 mins. Three other guests came in after us all got greeted and received their drinks. When we mentioned it to the host, the waitress still didn’t approach or greet us. We left, called the manager and complained.

Waited over 15/20 mins for out drinks from the bar, over an hour for a food. Food was bland with no taste an hardly any sauce over chicken. Poor communication. Will not go back here unfortunately, and taking a look at there reviews it seems it’s a slow location with lack of customer service and time management

Absolutely never again. My husband and I ordered a grilled spicy honey mustard chicken sandwich and a mushroom burger. We also ordered fries with both. They had us waiting for 1 HOUR for our food. We were embarrassed. I am 8 weeks pregnant and no pregnant woman should wait this long for food. After we left, my husband took a bite of my grilled chicken sandwich and he immediately felt like throwing up and threw up eventually. We take public transportation so we could not sit there and wait forever. Our date was ruined. We are never coming back.

Slow service. Food brought to incorrect table 3 separate times. Order not correct. Did not receive appetizers that was part of the 2 for $$ deal. Had to ask about our appetizers. Refills for our drinks were not offered and when we asked they were forgotten. Asked for steak sauce to go with steak and was forgotten as well. Steak was not cooked as asked. Did not enjoy our visit. Even trying to pay our bill was a challenge to get someone to bring a kiosk to our table to pay. Not enticed to return anytime soon.

I usually don’t leave a review but the last 3/4 times over a period of a year of going to Applebees in Yuba City the waiting time to even be seated is 20/30 minutes and the restaurant is over half empty and the time it takes to order food is another 20 plus minutes so on 1/10/26 the 4 of us go to Applebees around 2:00 for a late lunch and there is about 8 people waiting and restaurant is at about 25% of capacity and the hostess tells us it’s going to be a 30 minute wait and my wife says there is 15 tables right here that are empty why is there a wait? Hostess says because we don’t have enough cooks or servers. They just did a major remodel on this restaurant and not enough staff?We went down the street to Chilis and were seated right away and served right away and their restaurant was at 75% capacity and great service and food. I use to enjoy going to Applebees but will not be going back there

The worst service I’ve had at this location. Didn’t receive any plates when the appetizer came out. We did not receive any utensils. I had to ask for a fork when my salad came out. The food I ordered for my daughter was incorrect. Overall dissatisfied.

I went here with my girlfriend again and was expecting good food and service since last time it was below subpar. They took forever to bring our drinks out, we waited another 30 minutes on top of that for appetizers. Overall it took about an hour and ten minutes to get our food. When we finally got our food which was the chicken Parmesan pasta, some parts were undercooked and had cold areas. Until the service and quality improves, I will not be coming back here anytime soon. I went here to give it a redo from last time and this time it was even worst than the last.

Got 3 meals to-go and all 3 were cold and steak was raw within 5 minutes of picking up. Waited 15 minutes to have everything remade and it was STILL cold. Very disappointed and won't be coming back anytime soon. Worst part was while waiting was seeing other peoples food come out looking really fresh and good. Don't order to-go.

The food wasn't great. Plus, I got food poisoning from here. I woke up at 3:27am with excruciating stomach pain and nausea. I was in bed all day and had the worse body aches. I'd rather have someone cut my finger off than go through that again. I know it was from here because I only had cereal that morning (my husband had the same thing too and felt fine) and then Applebee's for dinner. My husband got a burger and I got the honey chipotle chicken strips with the four cheese pasta. I think the chicken is what got me ☠️

How can you send out food that looks like that? The pasta bowl had been sitting under a heat lamp for so long that debris was burnt to the side of the bowl. The hamburger had the very end piece of a tomato (stem included), looks like and lettuce had been sitting in the sun all day. If I could give no stars I would.
