Centrally located, pleasant, with nice background music, the place is simple. Ideal for those who don't like upbeat, lively music; it's a great place to share and enjoy the food. Prices range from $110 pesos and up depending on what you order. There's a terrace upstairs. I would return on another visit; it's close to the center. 😉

The terrace restaurant is pet-friendly, the food is delicious, there was only one waiter and he served us very well, the music is a bit loud, they have a 10% discount if you are staying in the Terrakota cabins.

A very quiet place to eat, with a nice terrace. I ordered tortilla soup and tlacoyos, both of which were delicious. My partner ordered meat with mushrooms (I can't remember the name), but the mushrooms were sour and overcooked, very unpleasant. The food is very delicate and spoiled. The staff is attentive and prompt.

I've visited the place twice, and well, I'll start with the atmosphere. The terrace is very nice and quiet. The food is good, and I think it's very good for the price. The detail, which for me is the most important detail, is the customer service. During my two visits, we were served by two different waiters each time. One was younger than the other, and he treated us cordially. The other was somewhat overbearing, not even responding to our greetings, goodbyes, or "thank you, have a nice evening." I consider this a lack of respect for the customers. I believe that providing service involves dealing with people (us, the customers), and the attention given is very important. Unfortunately, I was left with a bad impression from the staff.

The coffee was delicious, the food was moderately good, the service was terrible; if you come hungry it's not a good option, it took 40 minutes to be served.

Todo iba bien cuando llegamos, el personal amable y todo en orden, pedimos 3 “menú ejecutivos” (comida corrida del día) que era sopa de papa y pechugas a la cordon blue y 3 hamburguesas. Las hamburguesas estaban perfectas, ricas y bien cocinadas. El problema fue la comida corrida. De entrada nos dieron una sopa de papa sin mucho sabor pero bueno, algunas sopas así son de simples, el segundo tiempo fue LA PESADILLA!!! Mi esposo estaba a punto de terminar cuando me dice: fíjate que sentí rara la carne y ahora que veo el color no se ve normal, enseguida reviso lo que quedaba de pechuga y ESTABA CRUDA!!!!! En ese momento yo apenas estaba empezando mi cordon, la abro y estaba COMPLETAMENTE CRUDA!! Hasta sangre tenía todavía en los nervios que luego traen las pechugas, no me dio tiempo de tomar foto por que enseguida fui a vomitar, la tercer cordon blue estaba igualmente cruda. Evidentemente nos quejamos por que TODOS sabemos que EL POLLO NO DEBE COMERSE CRUDO POR QUÉ HAY SALMONELOSIS!!! Se disculparon diciendo que nos darían una cortesía y que el cocinero era nuevo 😒🙄 Al final nos estaban cobrando el plato completo de las cochinadas crudas que nos dieron, y su cortesía fue una piña colada que podría haber pasado como el postre que incluía el famoso plato ejecutivo. Ah y además cobraron $25 de un agua del día que estaba incluida en el menú y que yo doné a otra persona de nuestra misma mesa. Como recomendación si deciden ir a comer ahí CHEQUEN súper bien que sus alimentos NO ESTÉN CRUDOS. Evidentemente al final reclame que yo mi pechuga cruda ni la toque y que me la estaba cobrando completa. Me dijeron “pela la sopa si te la comiste no?” Dije si, cóbrame la sopa. Me regresaron como 75 pesos de la cuenta por habernos comido las sopas sin sabor.

La comida es buena pero el servicio es malo. Se tardan mucho, no tienen muchas cosas, el calefactor no sirve y nos avisaron que un platillo no estaba disponible después de estar 20 min esperando y todavía se nos hicieron comentarios pasivos agresivos como si fuera nuestra culpa. De ahí en fuera los de cocina hacen bien sus trabajo pero sus meseros son pésimos.

❌‼️A resident of Zacatlán recommended this place to us. The waiter's service was very good, and the place is nice (hence the 2 stars). However, the food was a huge disappointment. My husband ordered tortilla soup, and it arrived lumpy, with the broth was gone—not good at all. It seemed like it was from the day before, which we told the waiter. I ordered arrachera, which is served with baby potatoes, and they also tasted rancid and had a mushy texture. 🥺 The glass of "natural" orange water is artificial and costs $50. I wouldn't go back at all. 😔 In total, it was almost $700 for two dishes, two glasses of juice, and the soup. I don't recommend it!! ❌❌❌❌

La comida es buena, muy rica, pero el servicio puede ser o muy bueno o MEDIOCRE, siempre están dos meseros y depende de quien los atienda. Uno de ellos se molestó cuando llegamos pues antes de llegar a terraza todo se escucha, y no le agradó que llegara una mesa estando el restaurante vacío, no se presentó y te atiende como si estuviera de malas, las comidas te las da todas juntas sin importar si son entradas o platillos fuertes, y se termina enfriando, no hay forma de llamarlo y tienes que esperar a que se asome, al momento de pagar la cuenta te la está aventando, y si no dejas propina también se molesta, desconozco si no era un buen día para él, pero que al menos no lo haga tan evidente. Caso muy diferente al jovén que dijo que se llama César, la actitud y el servicio es amable, es cordial y es muy atento, pues con él dan ganas de regresar.

The place is nice, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. My experience was with the service and the fact that they lost a necklace with a pendant that had just broken right before I sat down at the table. You can see it in one of the photos. They checked everything and never found it. My mother, who passed away from cancer two years ago, gave me that necklace. Just so you know, be careful with your belongings.
