This is by far the best menudo I've ever had. It's also the first time I tried Menudo de lengua, and what a treat. They come to your table with the meat already in a bowl. It's a generous serving. Then they pour the menudo broth in. The lengua was tender and seasoned perfectly. The broth was so tasty and hearty. We also got fresh tortillas that were definitely hand-made. All of the normal fixings were available and they were all very fresh. The atmosphere was really great. Everyone in the restaurant was really happy. I can see why the patrons were happy, it's because the food was so good. The employees were also very happy and attentive. The service was top-notch. The building is really very large and it was completely full, which is a testament to how good the food was. The decor was very nice and the restaurant was extremely clean. I can't wait to go back to Jalisco so I can visit this place again. I've already recommended it to several people who were grateful after they got the chance to try it too.

I've been a fan of this restaurant for a few years now. What I appreciate about it, is it's consistency. Quality of food and service. Without fail. Menudo, café de la olla, and a mollete de nata y miel. Is my order this trip. I'll there in a few weeks. I'm from California and this is a must stop for me whenever I'm in town. I highly recommend for those who want to enjoy classics with a white cloth.

Wow they have some great food here at a fantastic price. And the service is great as well. Just beware of the Wi-Fi may not work and so they may have a hard time processing your credit card. Then again and mainly be very large amounts where they have a hard time processing your credit card. not sure about the credit card but the foods and service is great.

The best menudo in a Guadalajara and so much more. You must try the other things sold here. Believe me you will enjoy everything. Delicious is the best way to describe the food here. At the table you will find nd all the fixings you can dream of. Please remember menudo further south in Mexico does not have come in it. And quite frankly I love it that way.

This restaurant has become my favorite restaurant in Guadalajara area. First of all, they have valet parking, and they specialize in Menudo where you can choose the type of meat in your soup and if you finish the broth they can add more to your bowl. The service is very fast and the restaurant is pretty big on the inside. The coffee is a must have beverage here. The green smoothie is pretty good too. The quesadilla is something we always get here too.
