I hope they improve their staff training and their role in the final cleaning. Today at 8:50 p.m., just as we were waiting for our shift, there was no line. They were only serving one other person, me, and my mom. Two employees were busy and about three were free, and a man arrived and no one wanted to serve him. Two employees came in, and another one, opening the refrigerator, asked one of the employees who was leaving to help him, and she replied, "So, what time is she going to mop?" I find it rude that if they know it's her turn to mop, they would send her to help even though she's unemployed (both women are dark-skinned, tall, and a bit plump). I hope they foster camaraderie and support. Also, the girl who served us was a bit serious. I hope they can welcome us with a better attitude. I spend too much time shopping and I keep coming back just for the taste of the ice cream, because the service is terrible. I didn't see the skinny, dark-haired lady who looks about 55 today. She was very friendly. When I handed over my change, they gave me 20 pesos too much, and of course, we went back to have that corrected. There's a lot of staff turnover. I suppose it's because of the long hours they're there that's tiring. I think the owners are more empathetic with the staff and more considerate. Happy staff = top-quality customer service. I love the toasted coconut ice cream and the strawberry and chocolate ice cream. Their ice creams are the best in Michoacán.

The water quality and service were both terrible; the fruit in the water was overripe and tasted rancid. Furthermore, the person serving was distracted by their cell phone and seemed reluctant to help.

I've been in Zapopan for over 25 years and the quality is currently declining, both in popsicles, ice cream and water. The service is terrible 🤦🏻‍♀️.... I wanted to change the flavor of a water, which I hadn't even drunk, and they didn't want to change it, along with another customer who tried the water and yes🫤 indeed the fruit was off. I ended up throwing away the water and paying for it, because they didn't want to make the change👎🏻I don't recommend going back now.
