A very pleasant atmosphere; there's no waiter service, you have to go to the bar for your drinks, which I don't see as a problem if you're okay with that concept 👌🏻. The only thing is, the women's restrooms could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. With affordable prices, and overall, you'll have a very enjoyable time.

I went to El Plo on Friday the 16th at 9 p.m., eager to have a good time. The place has its charms: you can put your songs on the playlist, the mirror is perfect for photos, and the overall aesthetic is well thought out. But all of that becomes irrelevant when the customer service is so bad it makes you feel invisible. I was on the terrace. I ordered a beer. Several minutes passed and nothing. I went straight to the bar, hoping it was just a mistake, but I found a scene that left me somewhere between indignant and surprised: there was a girl and another person serving, running around, clearly doing their best to get service right. But Diego and Lupillo were also there… literally doing nothing. I'm not exaggerating: they were chatting among themselves, wandering around the bar aimlessly, talking to regulars as if they were at a private party. Even when they were right in front of me, they didn't even look at me. A single beer took more than 10 minutes to arrive. I ended up leaving earlier than planned because the frustration was too much. And I say this from experience. I've worked for years in customer service and in this same industry. I know exactly what a busy Friday feels like; I know what it's like to be under pressure, tired, and short on people. But that doesn't justify passivity or disinterest. Seeing two people giving their all while two others wash their hands is unacceptable. It's not a bad time: it's a lack of work ethic. Plo may have good music and pretty lights, but as long as that kind of attitude is tolerated from its staff, the message is clear: if you're not a regular customer, you don't matter. And that, for those of us who value respect and service, is enough to keep us from coming back. It's not all about aesthetics. There are more humble places where they at least look you in the eye and do their job.
