First time coming to VIPS and I had the best experience in a restaurant ever. The waiter name Miguel was very nice and extremely patient when I was giving my order. Food came fast and it was delicious.
Had the pleasure of being served by Miguel during our recent visit, and I must say the experience was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, Miguel was incredibly patient and answering all questions with a smile as we are from Canada. His kindness and attentive nature truly made the afternoon lunch an amazing experience. Overall, Miguel went above and beyond, making the dining experience one to remember. Highly recommend visiting! Miguel definitely is an asset to this restaurant and deserves a raise 😉
Miguel was our server and provided an excellent dining experience. He was attentive, and very patient with us considering that we are not familiar with the items on the menu. Thank you Miguel.

I visita Zaragoza in my Hollydays and I got sorprised VIPS has english breakfast It is not the same tho. They don't hashbrowns and beans either. The customer service is excellent and I really recomend this place. Especially Viviana she is the best.
Cool people and nice food
This place is ok - the service is a bit slow and the food is overpriced, as it is in all VIPS restaurants. Breakfast is affordable and tasty - would recommend for that menu, but not lunch/dinner.
The first dish bad and the second good.
Rather avoid this place. Came here with my family and everything was awful. The food ordered came one meal at a time and for one of the kids the food com last one. The fries were spicy although we didn’t order it and when we asked for replacement, another plate of fries came but they were cold. When we pointed that out to both waiter and manager the got arrogant, took the plate with an aggressive attitude towards us. My sangria that I ordered first arrived at the table 30 minutes after reminding to 3 different waiters. Overall awful experience and will never return to this place. Ever!!

Very bad experience with the breakfast, English breakfast without sausage, all served cold after 40 minutes of waiting..at the end we left without eating just with a coffee..
Worst service ever, can't get the order right after repeating several times, no apology for bringing wrong order. Trust me, you can do better. Would give half star if I could.
