It's a nice place with live music on weekends or at least that's what the person serving us didn't let on, a family place...as for the food I think they can still improve the dish...I ordered a skirt steak strombolis the presentation is good however and for my taste the salad needed some kind of dressing to make it stand out...in the cocktail bar the drinks are very well prepared...the coffee at this place is great...the service is good however they need to follow up with the diners (if they are offered something else)...it's a place I do recommend visiting

There aren't many places in Zimapán that close late to enjoy a beer and drinks. It's very spacious and has many tables. It has a wide variety of food and drinks. I didn't eat, but the food wasn't bad; I only had two drinks each with my companion. I wasn't entirely happy with it, but considering everything closes early there, it's your best option for a beer and a drink at night when you're returning from one of your adventures around Zimapan.

The truth is that the place is undoubtedly beautiful, but the cold doesn't help much. They have gas heaters, but the time we went wasn't very pleasant to be outside in the cold. The food is also good, but again, the cold doesn't help, as the food and drinks arrive cold. However, the service was very good.

It was recommended to me, but it wasn't that great. The shrimp in the tacos was raw, and the tacos themselves were bland. The beef tacos weren't good either. The chips were from a bag. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered some gobernador tacos, which were more like cheese quesadillas with two small shrimp, very salty, and the service was inattentive. I don't recommend it.

The place looks great and service is great but you have to wait almost half an hour just to get your food, and the food arrived Luke warm, also you will always get a big side of salad that covers 1/3 of the plate I don’t recommend here if you want something fast to eat

It used to be a good place, but I've been twice now and they're out of salsas, nopales, and the basics if you order tacos. The wait time is incredibly long. They have a lot to learn. After this second disappointment, I won't be back.

Customer service is poor. They take orders and wait too long, then end up saying, "They're out of stock." There's no communication between employees and customers when reporting delays. They even try to add it to the bill when ordering a glass.

Very bad service. It took them ages to serve, over an hour to deliver a burger. My colleagues finished their dinner about 20 minutes early, and then my burger arrived. The food quality wasn't great; the meat was a bit tough. I ordered an orange soda with mineral water, and they served me an orange soda with lots of ice, flavored with sweetener, and it looked like Tang water. It was the only very poor-quality dinner I've had in Zimapán. I definitely won't go back. I don't recommend it!

They take forever to serve you… they don't deliver what you order… and after half an hour? … In an hour they tell you they don't have it after all, or that they made a mistake delivering your order… bad experience (by the way, one of the waitresses threw her plate at a colleague as if to say, “Eat it, lady”)… would I come back? I don't think so. They don't even bother to bring the drinks, even just to cheer me up while I wait for the snacks.
