Went for my birthday and they did not disappoint. Great food, everything was perfect. The service was amazing. The entire team was helpful, attentive and really personable. Thanks everyone!
Went there for lunch with a friend. We had a really wonderful experience during the lunch hour. Affordable price for the salad bar. Such a wide variety to choose from. They were so kind and attentive. Valentino our server was gracious and a great host. Opening our chairs for us and checking up on us to make sure we had what we needed. We will be back again soon!
KUDOs. Beef and Lamb prepared so well, there are no condiments on any table. Sincere and attentive service from James (the Sirloin Man) and Chad; it was evident that they enjoyed their work and enjoyed interacting with guests. Lunch was calm; the area spacious, well-lit, spotless. Our favorites: Lamb steak, Garlic steak, Rib eye, Bottom sirloin AND Fraldinha - part bottom sirloin, part flank, part short loin (thank you, Chad for spelling and clarifying). CHALLENGEs. I wish...we could have eaten more and been in Albuquerque longer for a return meal. This was one of our best eating experiences. We will look for Fogo de Chao in other places!

I made a reservation for two on the designated day. We opted for the churrasco, which was excellent. The salad bar offered a wide variety of options, and the meat doneness was good. The cocktails were flavorful, and the establishment was clean, providing comfortable seating choices.
Kian- thank you for making our first experience here so awesome!! Your kindness and expertise was extraordinary. My birthday meal was extraordinary....the creme brulee cheesecake was Amazing 😋.
My friend and I came in for dinner last night and Ashley was phenomenal, she knew the menu well and was able to tell us what she recommended the most (although it all tasted great) she was very personable and helped us enjoy our time the entire time we were there! Also, she made us the prettiest drinks at the table! We’ll be asking for Ashley to help us next time we go!
My server Tina was excellent and so was the food. I was very well attended to by her and the rest of the staff tonight.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff at fogo de chao truly made it special. I told Dominic it was my anniversary and handed him a decoration for the dessert. He took care of having a special experience. Tristan was our waiter and he was very attentive and caring. Thank you to both of these outstanding employees my wife felt special and loved.
They had turkey, dressing & candied yams dinner available with the regular BBQ dinner. Today they had pork belly with honey ... 😋 yum?
This place is phenomenal! The manager, Ronin, runs an excellent establishment! James cooked up some amazing meat/ food and Albert served up some amazing drinks at the bar! Albert also provided top-notch customer service! It's like my wife and I were guests in his house and he made us feel right at home! Not only did he craft some amazing cocktails, but he also gave us some brief history around the food, drinks, and culture of this Brazilian steakhouse. Do yourself a favor and go to this place now... Not now, but right now. You will not be disappointed unless you are allergic to good food and service. Thank you, Ronin, James, and Albert. We will be back!
Took my mom here for an early Mother's Day Brunch since I would be out of town for actual Mother's Day. Made reservations and upon arrival we were seated right away. Our waiter Rahim was exceptional at explaining the menu and anything we had questions about. The food and presentation was amazing and we felt very taken care of. There was so much food to try and we loved every bit of it. A few items such as the meat and mashed potatoes could have been seasoned a bit more because they lacked basic flavor but we enjoyed our experience and will be back to try their lunch and happy hour items. Returned almost a year later: I had a fantastic experience at Fogo de Chao on a quiet Monday afternoon. The bar seating provided a relaxed atmosphere, and I indulged in the burgers, sliders, and shrimp and lobster tacos—all of which were incredibly juicy and flavorful. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and added to the overall positive experience. The quality ingredients and reasonable prices make it a great dining choice. I'm definitely planning to return.
Fogo de Chao is absolutely amazing! Phenomenal service, great atmosphere, and wonderful food that cooked to perfection! Special shoutout to our server Tina for being absolutely fantastic! Humberto and Ashley were also Johnny on the spot when we had a couple of questions. The crème brulee was the best I’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back :-)
10/18/25: Had food from the bar menu to try it out! We had the Saucy (Chicken) Legs, Brazilian Empanadas, Crispy Yuca Fries and the Picanha Burger. The FOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE and the PRICES are EXCELLENT for what you are getting!! The experience is VERY GOOD!!!
We celebrate 41 years of marriage today with amazing food and an over the top place. Kiana an Hayden served us along with their team. We had the cheesecake brûlée… oh my was that amazing!!!!!
Very nice restaurant! It's 60 per person to have salad and unlimited meat and you get to try a little bit of everything. It was wonderful that we went at 5 and it wasn't super busy and all the servers were very attentive and accommodating. Obviously not somewhere you can go everyday but definitely for special occasions and it just had a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely recommend people to try it even if they're hesitant because there's plenty of options for people to have from. Also the dessert selection was very worth it. The chocolate cake and lava cake I would definitely recommend it as well

Dropped in on a Saturday night without a reservation and they accommodated us quickly with a table for 2. The salad bar is fresh and a wide variety of items! I had the lentil soup also and the cheese bread served at table is so good! The best part was the service- very friendly and attentive! All the servers were spectacular but 2 really stood out- Jayden and Nicholas are just fantastic! Our main server Kiyanna was adorable and a great waitress! We will be back ◡̈
This was an amazing experience, and our whole family went together for dinner. Adrian specifically went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, kept our glasses full and kept us happy. Her charming and witty personality made it extremely enjoyable and made us feel like home even though it was our first time their. We will be returning.
Fogo de Chão was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was incredible — perfectly cooked meats, great variety, and a beautiful salad bar — but what truly stood out was our server, Catalina. She was absolutely wonderful: attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It was my birthday, and Catalina went above and beyond to make it feel extra special. Her kindness and attention truly made the night memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!
Nick and Hayden were our initial servers, but it didn’t end there!! The food was supremely melt in your mouth type!! My kids were so surprised at how fancy and amazing it was. Then our servers tag teamed Keyana, she followed up with ensuring our experience was top notch…wait…it didn’t stop there!! Ella and Jenny were caring for us! The location was immaculate and the food was superb but the service took it to a whole ‘nother level!!

Absolutely flawless experience. We’re here for a wedding dinner and everything has been 10/10 from start to finish. The service was on point, the timing was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make the night feel special. Every cut of meat was cooked perfectly, the sides were nonstop, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want for a celebration like this. You could tell they really cared about making the night memorable, not just serving food. If you’re thinking about hosting a special event or just want an unreal dining experience, this place does not miss. Huge shoutout to the entire team you made an already great night even better.
This review is not about the horrible Christmas party service we had in December. The review is about the exceptional service we had with **Kian’s team. Kian went out of his way to ensure we experienced a Brazilian steakhouse as it was intended. He was very attentive. We never had to look for service. Like a ninja in the shadows ready to strike, he knew exactly when to service our party of Ten on 1/27. Our guests had never been here and enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. They left full and happy. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Kian and to your team! Great job! Note: there was also a huge party on the other side of the restaurant as well.
My experience here was excellent—the service was truly top-notch, all thanks to Angie Richards. She went above and beyond to provide a five-star experience and was absolutely the best part of my visit tonight. I would love to see her accomplish all the goals and dreams she has; she truly deserves it. Stunning 5 star. Accommodations Fogo is definitely a better place with her!
The food was incredible! We went for NYE they overbooked reservations so we had to wait 30 minutes, this was less than ideal. It was packed. We didn't get our non-alc drinks till the end and it was the wrong order So many people came to check on us though. Absolutely beautiful restaurant. It was very special and our wait staff was attentive and friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work. Great night.
Fogo easily gets 5 stars from me. From the second I walked in, I felt genuinely taken care of. The hosts were friendly, the servers were on top of everything, and the meat servers were super attentive without ever making it feel rushed. They checked in often, and kept bringing out perfectly cooked, juicy meat, honestly some of the best I’ve had. I did grab a drink from the bar, and it was solid and well-made, but the real standout for me was the hospitality and the nonstop tasty meat service. Overall, it definitely felt like an experience. I’ll definitely be back.
Tina was an excellent server, she attended to our needs amazingly, and she was the sweetest. I would come back after being served with such kindness and attentiveness. The food, especially the mashed potatoes, were amazing. Tina literally rubbed my feet while I ate.
recently I went to fogo and honestly had a great experience. I’d never been before, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but everything ended up being super good. The servers were constantly walking around with different cuts of meat, and every single thing I tried was tender and full of flavor. The picanha was my favorite by far. Service was great. Adrian was friendly, checked on us often, and you could tell the staff really cared about making sure people were enjoying themselves. The place has a nice vibe without feeling too fancy or stiff.
This was a wonderful night the food is amazing and the service is even better. Ashley and Bryan were absolutely amazing they took care of us every single step of the way. As well as managers making sure we were always taken care of if I could rate this experience 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.

We had a great visit to Fogo de Chao. The food was very good, and the picanha stood out as one of the best cuts we tried. There was a bit of a wait at times because the gauchos were extremely busy, but since it was New Year’s Eve it was understandable that the restaurant was completely packed. The service really helped make the night enjoyable. Our busser Angel showed genuine care in his work. He brought our drinks, checked on us, and made sure we had what we needed. Tina was also very respectful, and the whole team felt attentive even with the heavy crowd. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would be happy to come back.
Had such a great experience at Fogo de Chão. The food was amazing — every cut of meat was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the salad bar had so many fresh options. Everything we tried was genuinely good. Our waiter, Diego, really made the night though. He was super kind, checked on us often without hovering, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. You can tell he actually cared about our experience. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back.
Came in to dine on 1/23/26 for the very first time, and it was absolutely amazing! The ambience was comforting and calm, the salad bar was really good! Everyone who came and topped off my water was really sweet and kind! Our waiter Diego made our dinner so much more enjoyable! He explained what each entree was, what his personal picks of the menu would be, explained what the sides were, was super friendly and kind! Very attentive to us and all his other tables! Made sure we were taken care of throughout our dinner, and made my first time eating here amazing! 10/10 would come again!
Everything from our experience was wonderful! It was our first time dining at fogo and we loved it! We got the indulgent experience with lobster tails which were just delicious, the meat service was spectacular as well. They got us completely stuffed with how much meat we ate tonight. Our servers Jenny and Adrian were also beyond amazing and welcoming for us first timers! 10/10 experience as a whole would highly recommend and will be coming back
Wow! I had never dined at Fogo de Chão before, but I can say with confidence that I will absolutely be back. The meat service was outstanding, and the food was delicious from start to finish. What truly made our entire experience exceptional, however, was Ashley and Aria. Those two never stopped moving. They handled a large number of tables with such grace, yet remained kind, patient, and thorough in explaining everything, all while continuing to check in on their other guests. What made it especially meaningful to me was that they took the time to genuinely talk with each table. That personal touch is something that feels increasingly rare in service these days, and it made the evening truly memorable.
They denied our reservation and asked us to wait for 40 minutes without any apology. Hard to believe the low class. Edit: We did get seated in about 15 minutes. Everything was good except the front desk.
The food was delicious! Their market/salad bar had some delicious and unique items. Unfortunately we weren't able to sample most of the meats. Apparently they're are 17 different ones, we only had about 6-8 come to our table. The fried cheese & honey was to die for, but sadly only came around once! They forgot to put in our crab cake order. The staff was genuinely apologetic and the management staff was notified immediately. Our desert was comped by the manager! My husband had the New York cheese cake, he professed that "This is the best cheesecake I've ever had." Trust me, he's a conisour! We'll be back!!
My husband and I come here every year for our anniversary. This year we celebrated 5 years, on Sept 26, 2025! We love the food here, always so fresh and delicious. The lamb chop and cheese with honey are my personal favorites. I want to start this off by saying the hostess Gia was wonderful, she took some pictures of us while we were waiting for our table. Very kind and bubbly. When we were seated, we were greeted by our waitress right away and got out order set and going right off the bat. Everyone made wonderful conversation, Petar was especially kind and friendly, with great conversation. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. However, I did want to make it known that we did experience something a bit different this particular night. While we were sitting having a great night, a man in an orange/red tie (possibly a manager) was in the front of the store kind of making a scene, we noticed him hitting himself in the head, right in front of the customers, which to me was a bit odd and unprofessional. I did also over here him belittling some of the waitress' there, which was surprising, again because every one of them seemed to be in great spirits and so helpful. I am bringing this to attention for the purpose of making it known that I have worked in this kind of profession before and felt sympathy for those that were being yelled at. In this kind of environment, we should always be giving positive feedback and making sure the employees that work so hard KNOW that we see them AND their hard work. We will be returning, I just hope this situation will not happen again, and that the correct action is taken so it DOES NOT happen again. Thank you for taking the time to read.
We took our 19-year-old granddaughter here at her request before she leaves on her mission, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was excellent, and we all enjoyed every moment. Noelia was amazing—very vigilant, kind, and quick to fix a small mix-up with our order. She handled it with such grace and humor that it made the situation even more pleasant. Tina was also wonderfully attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for helping make this a memorable and special outing for our family. We’ll definitely be back!
Overall was good but you can't be in a hurry here. 3rd bottle of wine we tried to order they finally had and was a delicious Malbec. Food was great and plentiful. My drink made it to the table at the end of dinner. Birthday girl got a delicious dessert then it took forever to pay the bill. This is a good place and we will be back.
The atmosphere was awesome and so was the service. For the price we spent it was meh! The meat that kept coming around always seemed to be the same thing over and over. Meat was pretty bland especially any cuts of beef. Also not everyone wants well done steak. I don’t really think we got our moneys worth by a long shot. The cheesecake was absolutely to die for though. I don’t know that we will go back.
We have never been to Fogo de Chao before, but reserved for 4:30pm on Valentine's Day back in November. Long lines out the door despite reservations, which isn't a problem we knew it would be busy, however the staff didn't tell us we were able to sit down and wait in the porch areas while waiting for our table to open up. We stood for almost an hour until our table was ready. Honestly I was hoping they would bring out more picanha steak for the special occasion, but I feel like there was more chicken and pork circulating than actual steak. The check was the longest to wait for. We finished eating in about 40 minutes, but waited on to-go desserts and the check for just as long. Overall, was disappointed with how long the experience took to complete and definitely stood in line for longer than we spent inside enjoying the atmosphere. After this experience, we did not have time for any of the other plans that we had for the rest of the night. Definitely recommend going for LUNCH on Valentine's Day or any major holiday if you want to add this to your itinerary.
Visited this Fogo de Chao location at 5pm, last weekend. Service was great, but the salad bar was very much lacking. Many items were empty or looked "sorry", for example, egg plant and asparagus look like they were a day old, soggy and not fresh. Had to ask for multiple items to get refilled. The atmosphere initially was good but then they opened their outdoor patio to move stuff around and let in the cold breeze to ours and many others tables. We asked for it to be closed and servers were very nice and asked but was told that they'll close it after they moved everything. It took them about 10-15 minute before they closed the door. Not sure if I would go back considering we come here for the quality of food and atmosphere. Pricing is always very reasonable for the experience, but this time, I wish I went somewhere else.
Was looking forward to this restaurant and was significantly disappointed. We had a reservation, was on time, and waited over 15 minutes to be seated - the dining room was not busy. Got seated and our waiter seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was young so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Ordered our dinners and half our table went to the salad bar. The floors were very sticky but the options were good. When I got back to the table my dinner was served. But only mine. I waited about 10 minutes before asking our waiter if the other plates were on their way. They were not. Our waiter was unsure when they’d come out. We mentioned that was strange. I started eating as it already came out lukewarm. About 20 minutes later two more entrees came out. Our waiter stated there were sides that would be coming out but we didn’t get them until after the three of us finished and the sides were cold so no one touched them. Another 10 before another entree came out. My husband ordered the salmon and after almost 40 minutes of waiting for it (and after three of us were done eating) we asked our server. The server said they dropped his meal but were making another one - he was unsure how long it would take. The manager came out multiple times to ‘joke’ around with us but at this point we just weren’t amused. Still another 15 minutes waiting on the salmon which we just asked for it to be packed to go. My daughter ordered a sprite and twice they came and topped it off with water. Both times she said it was a sprite and they just laughed it off. Neither person offered to replace the sprite. We just couldn’t wait to get out of there. Our bill was over $400. We got the feeling that this is a cheaply run restaurant disguised as a quality one. My son ordered the $165 steak which stated it could serve 4. It was thinly sliced for us at the table and we eat got a slice to taste. My son had about 3 bite size slices. Definitely wouldn’t have served 4. Glad we tried it so we stop thinking about it. 100% do NOT recommend.
Definitely didn't hit the mark on service. Had a party of 12 last night. Service was very slow, items not being brought out. I believe are waitress after greeting us left not feeling well. No one was taken care of our table. Another waitress did finely came to help. Management should of stepped up to help. I didn't want to take it out on staff and still tipped a $100. Management needs to be on these problems and deal with them quickly.
I have been to this location and enjoyed my experience multiple times. But I went yesterday with a few friends as a late birthday celebration, and I did not enjoy my experience at all. Our server was not the most attentive by any means. We ordered three drinks, we received two of the three drinks about 20 mins after we ordered them. My drink was so full of crushed pineapple it was almost impossible to drink. My freind did not receive her drink for at least another 10 to 15 mins and when it did arrive it was not even made properly. It took another few minutes to get anyone over to let them know it was wrong. And then it happened again! She ordered the exact same drink after finishing the first one that had to be remade. We had to send that drink back because it was made wrong again. Sorry but if your bartenders can't make an amaretto sour they probably shouldn't be a bar tender. Our table was passed over quite a bit. We had to wave staff down to serve us. The bacon wrapped chicken was like chewing woodchips, the parm pork was under cooked, the lamb was insanely gamey. Tina and the buser with the super curly hair and the male server with the long braid were amazing! They made it right, but it was overall one of the worst experiences I have had here and quite honestly don't think I'll be back.
This is genuinely one of the worst run restaurants I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day at 5:00pm, and when we got there, they told us there would be a 2 hour wait and that they would text us when a table was ready. I reiterated that I had a RESERVATION, and the hostess (very rude by the way) just said “yeah… 2 hours”. I asked her “what is the point of a reservation then?” Without making eye contact she said “yeah, a lot of people are saying the same thing”. Gee, I wonder why. I then spoke to the manager (woman with long brown/black hair, also very rude). I asked her the same question, and she smirked and said “the point is that you ACTUALLY get to eat in my restaurant tonight” as if she and her restaurant are something so special. She then tried to passive aggressively offer me some beef that had been sitting on a place for God knows how long. Once we finally got a table, the serving staff were awful. I waited 45 minutes for my drink to come out, and our first server never came back to our table. I asked a young man about my drink, and he went to speak to our server. When he asked her about my drink, she just shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know” and walked away. There was an older white woman who came around begging us to leave a good review for the restaurant… that is SO embarrassing and desperate. Biggest turn off from a restaurant ever. The food was alright, but not worth the price or the insanely long wait times. You are inconveniencing everybody by having them make reservations for a specific time, and then telling them to wait anyway. As someone who has ran a high traffic restaurant before, this is not how you do it. Terrible service, mediocre food, rude managers, I will never be back. Thanks for nothing.
