Went in for lunch n had amazing food n service!!! I couldn’t decide what to get so my server Allie recommended some options. Your girl did not disappoint those recommendations, came in clutch!!! Absolutely loved my experience here!!!! Went in and was served very quickly. The host and server were so kind and attentive. We got our food quickly and everything was so tasty!!! The manager Ember also came over to make sure everything was good. Honestly felt actually cared for and taken care of, which is hard to get out of a restaurant these days.

I had kaylee as my server and she was above and beyond! She helped me pick out something to eat because I was between the fish and chips and the lobster dip! I ended up with the lobster dip and it was so good! Had to end the night off with a cheesecake and even though they didn’t have the strawberry sauce it was yummy! Alexia was our server and she was really good. The food was excellent. I had the shrimp and lobster street tacos and they were delicious. My wife had the New Orleans salmon and brussel sprouts and she really enjoyed them. Been back several times and the food is always excellent and the service is always great.

Short wait but worth it! We went on Tuesday night and it was quite busy. Steven the manager at the time was very gracious and checked on us more than once to make sure we were happy. We were seated after about a 1/2 hour and got our menus but immediately went for the bacon wrapped scallops - yummmmm. Kaitlyn was a fantastic waitress and was enjoyable as a person. Our dinner did take a few but was excellent. The lobster and steak were both great and the cheddar bay biscuits are amazing. We ordered a mango based drink that was waaay too easy to drink lol! Trystan was our runner - she ended up running for our extra biscuits and being a friendly lady. All around good people and quite a good meal.

What's most important to me is always service but in this case the food was just as awesome as the service. Thank you for being timely professional and providing a fantastic meal. So Today we decided to go to red 🦞 lobster ànd try a few entrees and let me just say' first the customer service was excellent 💯 and what made it even better was the timely speedyness of our food order and the fabulous taste on it.

They had just hired quite a few staff. So, at first, we had no idea who our waiter was, but in about 10 minutes, things were cleared up and explained. The new guy and the lady he was following were super great and good to us after confusion was cleared. The food was great. The biggest complaint was the time of waiting, but it makes total sense with all the new staff.

I want to say that our server Wade is by far the best server. I've met quite of few servers,but his polite mannerism and ability to make your visit pleasant is top tier experience. The food has been amazing. My 6th visit in 2.5 weeks. I can tell the new cook is doing great and growing. I want to add how good it feels that this place is turning around. Lots a pleasant new faces as well as a polite & inviting atmosphere. Thanks to Malcom the manager for taking the time to ask us how the boil was and flavors we chose. Been here twice recently. The first time was for my birthday (Aug). I wanted to try the bairdi crab as I never have had it, but they were out. The waiter started out strong but then started disappearing. He was semi rude when he brought my birthday dessert. The second time we went was for my anniversary (Sept). Again, I wanted to try the bairdi crab, this time, I was NOT disappointed! OMG, a large crab leg cluster with huge portions of crab. Though I could of eaten much more! Waitress was perfect! And they brought my husband ice cream and sang him Happy Birthday as it was his birthday as well.

Christy was great today! Food came out in a timely manner and she went out of her way to make sure that everything was okay. Will be back soon.

We had the BEST experience at Red Lobster, all thanks to Drew, our server. She made us feel so welcome and was incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal. She had such a great balance—always there when we needed her, but never hovering.

My date took me to Red Lobster Abilene recently, and we had a great experience! Our waiter and the manager were very friendly and helpful and our food was delicious and came out in a resonable time. My shrimp was wonderful, and he loved his steak and lobster! After we ate we decided to have a few drinks, as well, and they were also really good. We love the quality of food, service, and atmosphere at our Abilene, Tx Red Lobster! 🦞 Madi was very sweet and I appreciate her attentiveness checking on us as well as Samantha that helped seat us and check on us as well. I’d love it if RL added a side of fresh lump crab meat or a crab linguini again. The app didn’t work and both my parents had recent birthdays as well and use their rewards but couldn’t today. We appreciate those rewards when we are able to redeem them.

Red Lobster is a bit spendy but rarely disappoints! Everybody knows their biscuits are great and if Lobsterfest happens to coincide with my birthday then obviously I have to get lobster… if you’re ordering lobster might as well go all the way and make it surf n turf! The sirloin was perfectly medium-well (just slightly pink throughout) and the lobster, broccoli and buttery baked potato were all excellent! Jumbo Coconut Shrimp is always a win with the Piña Colada Sauce as is the Lobster Pizza and the Clam Chowder (get a bowl not a cup) but save room (and money) for dessert… can’t go wrong with the Brownie Overboard or the Chocolate Wave! $8 might seem a little steep but they’re pretty big and really good! They used to give you one for free on your birthday but now it’s a free sundae (2 scoops with chocolate and caramel… can’t beat free)! Mellisa was our excellent and super friendly waitress and it’s a typical Red Lobster… classy enough but pretty chill with comfy chairs, soft music and really pretty coastal pictures all around, actual metal utensils and good food served on hot or cold plates! They’re open until 9 or 10 and have delivery if there’s a seafood lover in you!

This is the only Red Lobster in Abilene and it was such a wonderful experience. My son took me here for Mother's Day and I could not have had a better experience or food. I had the Seafood platter with lobster and two types of shrimp along with Caesar salad and broccoli. It was so delicious!!! The waitress and service was impeccable. One person in our party had several food allergies so we ask for the manager. The manager was so thorough and took the issue very seriously and talked with the chef. We had a wonderful lunch and experience. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Abilene. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered the Ultimate endless shrimp combo with bacon and mac n cheese and a Starry soda, my friend ordered the same Ultimate endless shrimp combo with a side salad and thousand island dressing and a Dr pepper. We tried out the shrimp linguini the garlic shrimp scampi the coconut shrimp the tequila lime shrimp and also the Walt shrimp. We also tried the dragon shrimp and sweet chili sauce. Of course that couldn't be a true Red lobster visit without their world famous garlic cheddar biscuits! Not to mention for starters we had the clam chowder amazing I must say. Me and my friend both agree that the best dishes on point were the garlic shrimp scampi and the tequila lime shrimp. Our server Anthony was an awesome server made sure our drinks are always filled and did not rush us while we were eating. I do recommend asking for him if you ever stop by Red lobster in Abilene. Excellent service excellent food and an awesome atmosphere! Good place to eat if you need a nice place to go out or if you just need your shrimp fix. This would be the place. Pictures posted with this review were the dishes that I consumed.

Our waitress Kaylee J. was the best!!! She was prompt, friendly and she never forgot any of the little extras we ordered ie; tarter sauce, napkins etc. She did a fantastic job!! We will ask for her section when we come back.

Exceptional food! We were the very first ones in the restaurant so we got the pic of seating. Service was fast and very good weight staff. She was friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations. Her service really made the meal enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning—and hoping to sit in Becca’s section again!

The food was delicious, steak cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the lobster was outstanding! We had Mehkayla as our server and she was awesome. The General manager Steven even stopped by to make sure everything was cooked to our liking. I just wish I’d have saved room for that chocolate cake desert!

We made reservations a week before we arrived for valentine's day. It was a wonderful meal. As you can see, we ate and then remembered to take pictures. My husband and I got the lobster fest, and my son got a chicken caesar salad.

Our lunch on Valentine’s Day was excellent. The food was fresh, hot, delivered promptly and Autumn, our server, was extraordinary. She accommodated our idiosyncrasies regarding my food requirements with such grace and ease. Great smile, poise and lovely demeanor.

I am in town on a work trip. I have one night in Abilene and I came to this restaurant. It’s an old favorite of mine and most across Texas seem to have shut down including my sorta local one in Bryan, TX. The foods the same which I appreciate but the service here was really really good which made the “not as exciting as other locations” decor and atmosphere better. Nonetheless the place is clean and staff is great so I would recommend it. I had a waitress named Kehaulani and she does and excellent job. I would ask for her.

First time I’ve been to a red lobster, very good service and the endless shrimp was also good. The professionalism of the staff was noticeable as there was an embarrassment of a family causing issues with one of the waitresses. She handled it well and did her best to help everyone in her section despite the insults hurled her way for said family. I would come back and recommend you stop by.

Went for the Endless Shrimp as I do every year. Taste was good as always. It I was disappointed with the very basic offerings. Same ole’ stuff they have every year. Not a fan of the fried stuff and the coconut one is definitely not a choice I make. So it’s grilled and scampi for me unless they offer some different variations as they have in the past. Siracha, Bacon Scampi,Teriyaki are a few good ones I can remember from the past. My wife enjoyed this Blue drink. She loved it. It had glittery edible stuff floating around in it that gave it a cool look. Sorry, I can’t remember the name of it but I think it may have been a special Mothers Day offering. Overall, I’ll go back, good as usual and worth the 20.00.

Three of us ate that day. Two members of the family loved their food, the had seafood. I am allergic so I had a hamburger. It was burnt the manager was great and took it off the bill. We had a good time.

Nearly one year later they took asparagus and broccoli off of the menu?? The lobster was chewy like leather, maybe old or frozen for too long? They had "distribution" issues apparently. NO cocktail sauce, NO sweet tea -- not even sugar on the tables! I asked for a to-go box, and I was given 2 small ones the kind you would put burgers in. Another distribution issue. Bless her heart, the waitress did her best to accommodate. She was very polite! They were on top of their game, though, with the popcorn shrimp and cheddar biscuits. I ate at red lobster years ago and said I wouldn't be back. I should have followed my own advice. Food was way over priced for the amount and wasn't anything other than OK. My wife got the lobster pasta for $32. It had no flavor and my wife who never salts anything kept putting salt on. And the amount of lobster that was in the dish no way justified the price. My wife, 2 teenage boys and myself were greatly disappointed. Service was just OK, but I think we had someone who was a new waitress so can't really fault her for that.

Someone should pay the heating bill the place was cold as ice and also while you’re at it tell the cook, the oven must be turned on in order to bake a potato. we got tired of waiting and so we just left. Come on Abilene get it together!

Worst Red Lobster experience we've had. Go somewhere else! Don't waste your money here!

Hostes was nice. Waitress was nice and good at attending our table. After we sat and ordered we waited on our food for approx 1hr. I ordered a salmon and it was burned which was too much for me. So I was told if the general manager would cook me another one would that be ok? If i did not get another salmon then the GM would come talk to me. I took the reorder, It took another 10mins. By then I was no longer wanting the food as I ate a chicken tender from my nieces plate and 4 biscuits. I was hungry!! It was better. What was a huge disappointment is that there was no visit from the GM at all. No apologies from the manager, only the Waitress. In any restaurant if there are any issues with the customers food the manager or GM would touch base with the customer and apologize. I got a "how was everything?" By then we were now there 1 hr 45mins. I just wanted to leave. I will never go there again. We only went to take my mom here as it is her favorite place. It was so disappointing.total bill was over 100 with tip. Absolutely not worth it. I will stick to Eddie V's for seafood!!

It took like 40 minutes for my food to be finished and the food and ice cream were kind of fine but the service not that good because their okay but the service were not that nice.

It’s sad how far this Red Lobster has fallen. We visited Red Lobster for dinner and were let down right off the bat. We waited for a long time to be greeted at the front. We finally were seated. Our server was pretty much absent most of our meal. We ordered water and tea nothing complicated and it took a bit to receive our drinks. Much later the cheddar biscuits came along. There would be no refills on those tonight. We ordered a NY Strip with Brussels Sprouts and Coconut Shrimp, clams, and Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Mac and Cheese and my sister had mashed potatoes. Now the wait here was so long we were all mad and ready to leave at this point. The meals except for the steak were bland. We asked for cocktail sauce and never received any. The servers were too busy playing and complaining which just add the final straw on our backs. We will never be back.

No Sweet Tea!!! This is Texas for goodness sake!! And you don't have sweet tea??? Come on! The food was pretty terrible. Neither of us were able to eat the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. It was awful! Our waitress was AMAZING, though! She was the only reason I didn't speak to the manager and ask for a corporate phone number. She was top notch! The rest of the experience left much to be desired. Definitely won't go back.

Very disappointed, my wife and I went in to try the new seafood boil. We waited several minutes to be seated (which was not an issue) but it was very odd because there were only 4 or 5 other customers there and several employees seemingly doing nothing but scrolling on their phones. Once we were seated we waited over 30 minutes and still no one had even acknowledged that we were there. I decided to get up and try to find an employee to make sure we weren’t forgotten and there was no one to be found! At that time we decided to leave and likely will not return. They place has potential, and I’m not sure if it’s inadequate management or just poor performance by employees but this place need big changes

We left hungry. No crab crackers to open the crab legs. Ordered traditional lobster bowl but got extra spicy. Nightmare trying to eat the crab legs!!

Service was terrible. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting on a server to just get a drink. Awful! Will never go back!

The steak was disgusting.. the crab legs were cold the coconut shrimp was supposed to be giant shrimp and was not but still had to pay for the baby shrimp that was not even coconut like they said was supposed to be.. I remember why I don't go here.. the presentation of the food was not worth the $100 bux plus 22$ tip just saying

Went with a party of 10. I expected to have a wait on our food but not over an hr. When they started to bring our orders, most were missing items. I myself ordered the 7oz serloin with a lobster tail asparagus and broccoli. They brought me asparagus and broccoli... maybe 5 or 6 mins later they bring my lobster. And I sat there waiting for a steak for another 20 MINS!!!!

With the afternoon of, me and my coworker decided to pop into Red Lobster to have lunch. Oh no...we stood....and stood. Another couple were sested in my view, mulling over their menues. And we stood....for 26 flippin' minutes not one (ONE) employee could be seen! We walked out.🙃

Malala was our sever and she was prompt, polite and very professional. She took very good care of us and our needs as customer very well. I would recommend red lobster to anybody and recommed Malala as an excellent sever. The food was excellent as well. Thank you Red Lobster and Malala for a wonderful experience at this establishment.

IT SUCKED!! WE CAME IN A PARTY of 6.. the food really was cold I wanted to try this again I wanted it to be better this time 291 for the price is not worth it!! I wanted it to be better this time but it was not the food was cold and it was just disgusting the pasta that I got what's supposed to be alfredo it tasted like buttered noodles and that's it!! We sat there for an hour and a half waiting for our food weighted at least 30 minutes for an alcoholic drink the waitress said she had to keep telling the kitchen staff to get the food done.. but then brought food and no silverware so we waited about 15 min for someway to eat why is it so hard to get a good review here?? I use to love red lobster!! But now it's just nasty and not edible.. I mean come on do better please I beg y'all!! Coconut. Shrimp was burnt and cold.. I just don't get it .. 😞😞
