Excelente cafe y pan delicioso a un muy buen precio
Delicious coffee and bread. A peaceful place that invites you to relax and enjoy your coffee. Note for travelers: (no restroom), please take precautions.
As soon as I entered, I got the impression of a quiet and cozy space, perfect for a chat with friends or as a couple. The bread is delicious, and the service from the people who served me was very pleasant. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but for the area, that's normal, I think. I'd question the quality if they had lower prices. The matcha is super delicious, and the brand's visual identity is one of the most notable features of the place.
El café está rico, aunque podrían tener una mejor limpieza del lugar. Lo que no me gusta es el nivel de música, si quieres trabajar / hacer una conferencia hay que estar pidiendo que le bajen un poco.
The staff are hardworking and friendly, but their coordination is lacking. I ordered at the counter, then again at the register, and they weren't communicating to each other to clarify what I'd ordered. This has happened two out of the three times I've been there. Everything is delicious and the staff is friendly (that's why I keep coming back), but I hope they can improve their logistical issues. Their business is worthwhile.
The place is very pleasant and clean. When preparing food, they seriously lack protocols, as they don't use gloves for preparing sandwiches. The cashier charges and warms sandwiches with her hands at the same time; she doesn't use tongs or gloves. It's delicious, but it's a bit unsettling that they don't follow basic food hygiene protocols.
The bread is delicious, but I don't like being asked for a tip with your purchase. They give you the option to leave zero, but I find it rude to ask you to "confirm your purchase" with the cashier standing right in front of you waiting to see what you put in. Sometimes I avoid this place just because of that. I would go more often if it weren't for that.
I visited the Santa Fe branch, and this was my experience: The line was a bit long; there were six of us, and it took eight minutes to be served. They have a variety of drinks, alternative milks, and for food, they only have sandwiches and two wraps. I ordered a Flat White and a Mexican-style coffee roll, which sounded very promising. First of all, the Flat White was served in a huge glass, and since it's a drink with a smaller amount of coffee, it didn't look good. It was extremely hot and unbalanced; the milk was barely frothed. However, the coffee quality wasn't bad; it was OK. The Mexican-style coffee roll looked very appealing in the display case, but the one I received wasn't exactly beautiful. It tasted like those mass-produced cinnamon rolls from Costco, which isn't a bad flavor, and it wasn't dry either, but going to a coffee shop called "ARTEMIGA," I would expect good quality bread. And the Mexican-style coffee? NON-EXISTENT. No piloncillo (unrefined cane sugar), no coffee. I asked for a glass of water and they gave it to me in a mug, a very nice mug, but because it wasn't served in a glass, it still tasted a bit like milk. Also, there's no restroom, even though there's plenty of space. The service is good. Overall, 5.0/10
It's in bad taste that they ask you for the tip in advance, that is, when paying, you have to decide the tip percentage before they give you the Service, then when you leave them in advance, they just take your things and don't even ask if you're missing anything, and when it's to take away and you don't add service, it seems that they get annoyed and it takes longer, in that sense any Starbucks serves you better, without asking for a tip in advance. Besides, they let you know that they're out of an ingredient after 15 minutes that you're waiting.
The food and coffee are excellent, but the service is terrible! They have about five people on duty, and I don't know what they're doing... they take forever to bring your order, or they forget. You have to keep reminding them. Today I ordered a latte, and they brought it to me without milk... Plus, I had to wait ages for it. Nice place, nice furniture, good recipes, terrible service. And on top of that, they charge you for a tip right from the start.
When it first opened, it was my favorite place and I recommended it to everyone since I work nearby. However, my last few visits have been increasingly unpleasant. The service is terrible, and they're almost always missing ingredients—if it's not one thing, it's another. It's a shame because the drinks and food are delicious.
Old bread. I came here like every week. This was my last chance since the place is always dirty. I approached the cashier and he told me he didn't know why they were serving the bread late. I do know it's because of a lack of sales, poor service, and a lack of bakers. Even though he didn't charge me for the bread, I won't be returning.
It's comfortable, but they didn't give me a receipt for my purchase, the food was served cold, and my request about the temperature of the coffee was ignored.
Terrible service, and the staff is even worse, creating a heavy and unpleasant atmosphere. They should replace all their staff and management while they're at it, as they're incredibly careless, serve customers reluctantly, and have sour faces. There's a guy named Daniel who seems to be the manager, and he behaves in such a terrible and childish way. They spend their time swearing, regardless of whether there are other customers present. The floor is always wet, and as for the coffee, they literally give you whatever they want. They pay no attention to detail when it comes to the bread, get annoyed every time you ask them to reheat something, and it takes them over 30 minutes for a simple juice. I absolutely do not recommend coming here. Zero. It's much better to eat locally or at other types of establishments.
Terrible service. Slow, clumsy, and apathetic. It takes more than five minutes for each customer to take their order and pay. The floor is always wet. They should replace the waiters.
Terrible customer service. I received my croissant without arugula, mustard, or tomato, and no one told me before I made the purchase. The banoffee pie didn't have caramel on top, as advertised, and it has caramel. No one told me in advance about the missing ingredients, and the staff's attitude isn't the best. Terrible service. I recommend going to another branch instead.
