Un lugar muy bien ubicado, con excelente ambiente y todas las bebidas deliciosas, aparte del trato súper amable del personal. En las fotos un Very berries, Cosmos y un Mojito. Los costos oscilan entre los $150-320 pero vale 100% la pena. Hay música electrónica y es concurrido.

What an incredible bar!!! It was by happenstance we stumbled across it when looking for a bar in the neighbourhood. Such a unique aesthetic with so much creativity and thought that has gone in to each and every nock and cranny of the venue. We grabbed seats at the bar, which I’m glad that we did because we got to get all of the theatrics that came with the amazing drinks that were ordered (drunk duck included 😋). If you’re looking for a space unlike no other, fabulous drinks and awesome service… Look no further!!

A small, English-friendly cocktail bar in Condesa. I had a wonderful Dark Negroni (dark mezcal and chocolate bitters). I wouldn’t recommend this place as a first destination for US travelers, unless you’re really missing the familiarity of home. It’s not particularly representative of the unique places CDMX has to offer. When I was there, they exclusively played American music. However, it’s still a solid place to go!

It’s smaller than what you think. But the extensive menu is large and they are creative with their options. Some nice jungle techno vibes on a Friday night

Un lugar pequeño con muy buena música, variedad en tragos pero muy limitado en canapés y alimentos.

Los cocteles están riquísimos, solo tengo una queja hacia las papas a la francesa con trufa, estaban crudas y no tenían trufa o al menos no sabían a ésta. De ahí en fuera todo muy cool, la atención y la música increíbles.

The coctails were beautiful, and service good, but please be aware you may be asked to tip twice ×2! The bill added VAT at the end , rather than on the menu price, which is understandable, plus a 10% 'bribe' which seemed reasonable as a service charge. The staff however, asked right before payment 'if the 10% added was alright' to which replied was fine, assumed it was the bribe mentioned on the bill. They then proceeded to add 10% to the whole bill (incl. tax and bribe), and because the payment was split between cards, it was not noticed until too late. When mentioned, the staff acted nonplussed. Seeing as we had requested more conservatively priced options from the initial recommendations given by staff, it seemed a bit of a sneak move. A small sting on an otherwise sweet evening☆

Demasiado caro y el lugar no tiene nada de espectacular, un mini cocktail 250 pesos y ni a alcohol sabía, lo tuve que pedir un poco más cargado y obviamente me cobraron 100 pesos más sobre el precio original, en total por dos cócteles y un cocktail sin alcohol súper chiquito de 80 pesos y unas papas a la francesa fueron 850 pesos, más 100 pesos de propina 950 pesos, la verdad no regreso.....

We were a party of 4 and one person ordered late. We asked for the drink twice and never got it. We got the bill for 4 drinks, told them to take it off, and she brought it and told us since she brought it she can’t take it off. Rude staff.

Update after owner’s response: We’ve edited this review to clarify details and address some inaccuracies in the owner’s reply. We came to this bar with high expectations after visiting some of the best cocktail spots in Mexico City throughout our trip — and unfortunately, this was by far our worst experience. The space itself felt dark, dingy, and uninviting, with a strong chemical smell — more like disinfectant than ambiance. While the menu does feature some intriguing, high-concept cocktails (which is what initially drew us in), the execution just didn’t live up to the promise. One of the drinks we received tasted completely off — cloyingly sweet and unbalanced. We brought it up politely, and the DJ (who seemed to be the owner) offered to replace it. At no point were we told that we would still be charged for the undrinkable drink, which was taken away and replaced with something entirely different. When the bill arrived, we raised the issue calmly and respectfully — not to get something “for free,” but on principle. Instead of engaging professionally, the DJ refused to discuss it and screamed, “I don’t care.” Moments later, another staff member began filming us on their phone, which was both bizarre and inappropriate, given that we were not being disruptive. What’s most disappointing is the owner’s response to this review, which is filled with personal attacks and false claims — including that we were “arrogant,” “screaming,” and just trying to get out of paying. That’s simply not true. We’ve had exceptional service and happily paid premium prices all over the city. This experience stood out not because of the cost, but because of the lack of respect, accountability, and basic hospitality. Sadly, Google doesn’t allow users to respond to owner replies, so there’s no way to directly correct the inaccuracies. We’re sharing our honest experience here so others can make an informed decision. Ironically the bar is named Deleted Souls — because that’s exactly how you’ll feel walking out: disappointed, dismissed, and wondering where the soul of hospitality went.

The place is a ripoff. They charge for drinks that are not consumed and returned in good faith as it was badly made; and they pretend to replace it with a better option. The owner is rude and disrespectful and the place has deleted not just their souls, but their service and decency. This place is not worth your time, many better options in CDMX.

No suelo hacer comentarios de lugares pero esta fue una experiencia muy rara. Entramos y el lugar estaba solo, queríamos solo probar el Duck drink, estuvimos ahí máximo 20 minutos. La bebida cuesta $250 y aunque si está buena la verdad por el precio si es muy muy poca cantidad, literal de casi 4 sorbos te la acabas. Todo normal hasta ahí, hasta que pedimos la cuenta que estábamos ENSEGUIDA de la barra. La mesera nos trajo la cuenta y mi pareja le dice que no a la propina ya que literal no hizo nada más que llevarnos la cuenta. Nos pregunta si estuvo mal el servicio y luego nos dice ah entonces la propina sería en efectivo, insistió 3 veces con la propina. Al decirle que no le dice ENSEGUIDA de nosotros a la otra mesera que no le dimos propina. Watafaq? De verdad uno felizmente da propina cuando se da un servicio pero lo único que hizo la mesera fue darnos la cuenta, se nos hizo MAL GUSTO que insistiera con la propina y que todavía lo dijera enseguida de nosotros a otra persona. Fue una experiencia rara y incomoda, más el hecho que la bebida era demasiado poca. Entiendo que los cocktail es son a ese precio pero se me hizo exageradamente poca. No volvería a ir a este lugar. La propina no es obligatoria, la propina se da cuando se da un buen servicio y el servicio que nos dio la mesera fue casi nulo para darle 50-60 pesos de propina agregándole como mencioné la poca cantidad del cocktail… Que RISA el comentario de abajo, lo del cocktail vale lo entiendo se que en todos los lugares de la zona están de esos tamaños. Pero lo de la propina eso que pusieron de voltear hacia abajo? Lol, literal puse en mi opinión que la chica no hizo NADA más que darnos la cuenta. Simplemente acepten sus errores por lo que vi en los otros comentarios solo tratan de darle culpa a los clientes. 0 recomiendo venir si te pasa una situación tengan por seguro que ustedes tendran la culpa no ellos…

El lugar está bien, pero el día que asistí, personal del lugar se encontraban tomados y se pelearon a golpes con asistentes de establecimientos adyacentes. Vi como despojaron de sus pertenencias a una chica y la golpearon entre 3 hombres (personal del bar) y una mujer justo afuera del lugar sólo por intentar separar a otras personas que se estaban golpeando. Definitivamente no regresaría jamás

Pedimos un cóctel que va ahumado. Cuando lo estaban preparando pudimos ver que la chava de la barra batalló para quemar el ingrediente y lo quemó varias veces, aún así estábamos tomando la bebida pero llegó un momento en el que si nos lastimó la garganta de tanto sabor a quemado. Le pregunté al mesero si era normal ese sabor (no me quejé, ni dije que sabia mal ni nada) y el me dijo que lo cambiaría si no me había gustado lo que me pareció no necesario pero me agradó mucho que fuera tan atento. El mesero fue a preguntarle al dueño/barman y pudimos escuchar desde nuestra mesa que dijo “que no mamen” y otras cosas que no entendí bien. El mesero regreso a decirnos que no podía darnos otro, lo cual yo nunca pedí así que eso no me molestó . Lo único que nosotros hicimos fue preguntar si era normal ese sabor ya que no somos “expertos” en esas bebidas ni mucho menos pero con la actitud grosera del dueño no regresaremos ni recomendaremos ese lugar.
