At least the times I've visited, the service and attention have been good. They should offer drinks in different sizes, since they only have cans. I only gave it 4 stars because the seasoning on the fries was noticeably damp, resulting in clumps that weren't evenly distributed. Also, once when I ordered takeout, they got the wrong topping (I love their Cheese Mix pizza, and that time they gave me pepperoni :c I just told them and they accepted it, but it was disappointing). Another time when I ate there, they also got the fries the wrong flavor, or maybe they forgot the lemon seasoning 😑

Good food, affordable price, however, very slow delivery; I waited over an hour for the pizza. I imagine that due to the remodeling, demand has increased, but staff should inform customers of the wait time when taking their order so they can make a decision.

The place is nice, but the service isn't great. We were seated at a dirty table for ages while the employees chatted at the bar. The drinks are expensive; a can of soda costs $45 (they don't sell larger sizes). The wait was excessive for how few people were there.

The pizza was undercooked. I ordered fries as an appetizer, but they arrived after we'd already finished the pizza (an hour and a half later). The service was terrible, and everything was overpriced. The only good thing was the play area. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it for large families with lots of young children.
