It's so delicious, truly one of the best, not greasy at all, and above all, Panchito's service is amazing—he's my best friend now, haha! 😂 I'll definitely be back. I went on Saturday the 5th during the 2025 barbecue fair. The service was terrible, and I only ordered one taco, which had a dry tortilla and dry meat. I don't know if he brought something special for the competition, but from what I tasted, it fell far short, especially considering his attitude. I was very surprised by the quality of many other barbecue vendors, which leads me to believe that this competition is run behind closed doors.
