Good guys working in there. One was so serious I honestly thought he was going to fight a costumer the way he stared at him,😂this guy was trying to put everything on a wrap,but the other was a comedian. Food was made perfectly.

One of the better subways chains. Staff is pleasant and easy to work with. Appears to always have fresh ingrediants, none of that brown lettuce which is so common at other establishments. Fair portion sizes on meats and cheese.

I must say i hate writting bad reviews but i feel this is nessicary. I went to the 24 hour subway after seeing a show up in albany , the girl behind the counter was very slow she took 15 mins just to make 4 subs not even kidding she was so slow , i was in a hurrry because Im a full time student and i had school the next day. Besides being very slow service she turned around and told a friend of mine that he couldnt use his subway card which is absolute BS because a subway card is a subway card, Im very unpleased with this service. She didnt even have the common values to says thank you for stopping or enjoy like other subways i have been to. Wish i could write a good review but i cant :(

Most negative experience I've ever had at a Subway! I think the guy making sandwiches was trying to be extra fast, but it came across as passive agressive and rude. There wasn't even anyone behind us to be rushing for. Maybe this guy missed his calling... You shouldn't leave Subway feeling like you just got rushed through TSA. All that said, he did make good sandwiches!

It was disappointing how disorganized and frazzled they were. If we had time and knew the area we would have left before ordering. Then it took a lot of confusion and different people scratching their heads to eventually decide that they are not participating in the recent subway promotion. Perhaps it was easier than figuring out how to enter it on the register. A few of them tried to be nice at least hence the 2 stars.

Charged me double claimed it was a foot long sandwich even showed me what a 6 inch looked like but he cut it in half It's ether he made the sandwich wrong or he didnt give me a foot long worth of stuff I seen what he did I will not return I get this sandwich at subways all the time and I commented on how small it was What i got was foot long of flat bread 6 inch worth of insides and he wasted all the rest of the bread by doing it side ways Definitely 6 inch not foot long

My Aunt was having a diabetic issue so I took her here to get something to eat. I decided to bring back a couple subs to a couple people taking down my mother in laws porch because she has dementia and had to be put in a nursing home so we have to move her trailer. My Aunt was ordering and then was ordering the second one and the guy was like YOU COULD JUST TELL ME THERE IS MORE THEN ONE SUB. HOW MANY ARE THERE GONNA BE GIVE ME A TOTAL AHEAD OF TIME. So we told him 4. She started feeling dizzy and said I am feeling dizzy I have to sit down or you may have to call 911 if I pass out standing and she went to sit down by a near by bench near the counter so she could still tell them what she wanted and he got upset huffing and what not. He then said the same thing to the next person who was making an order yelled at them that they needed to tell him how many their ordering at the beginning. Any other subway we have done it one at a time so not to confuse the worker doing the orders and this guy was just rude. Now the person putting on the veggies and the cashier they were great. But they were running out of veggies with nothing to replace them like tomatoes and over all the guys attitude in a medical issue was totally unprofessional even when said she is feeling dizzy. Would not recommend going to this one if there is somewhere better.

Employee was very rude and short with my family. Rushed and passive aggressive even though there was no one in line behind us. He was very unorganized when he put things into the oven and started other sandwiches before finishing one task, but then blamed my family, saying, "y'all are mixing me up." He wrapped them sloppily.

The worker did NOT change his gloves, and he didn't greet with a smile nor a hello, rolling his eyes and a stank look on his face after me waiting for almost ten minutes for him to come out from the back room. Would not recommend to anyone. Sadly in order to rate you have to choose a star I wouldn't give any

Way below average service. I visited this subway today morning ie. 26th March,2019. Firstly, I had to wait for the attendant for like 8-10 mins before she comes out from back of the store.(I think I was the first customer). It looked like she didn't like her job. She made my sandwich like she was doing a favour for me. She overloaded my sandwich with sweet onion sauce, although I asked just for a little. When I started eating the sub in my truck, I noticed the chicken was raw. ( Not all but more than 50% of it).I had to throw the remaining of the sandwich, that was almost 10 inchs of 12inch chicken teriyaki sandwich. $10 for 2inch of chicken teriyaki sandwich. ☹️☹️Not happy Subway.

DISCRIMINATION! Also, they don’t care about the health of their customers. If there was a negative rating I would give it to them. Employees told everyone “no mask, no service.” Then a black man walked in without a mask and they served him without him having a mask. Ridiculous! Either EVERYONE is REQUIRED to wear a mask or they are not.

Worst Subway ever... 4 people working, 4 people in line, the kid that made my sub, had no idea what he was doing. Took 15 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Thanks to the other ignorant employees who didn't bother to help. Suggest that they stop gossiping and DO YOUR JOB!

I was told we closed on Friday 3:44 pm ,…. Ordering small wrap…was told I can’t wrap a small one get a big one ….ok i will ….want rotisserie chicken….was told which one …by the Menu ….I want to build it myself i said….she told me NO you cant ……you can order only by the menu on wall …its “new corporate “ thing she said …..that is subway seriously 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤣rude teenage girl that can’t even make a sandwich

This Subway was terrible! The lady taking my order at the front desk flirted with me which was extremely unprofessional! After I rejected her, she spat in my food and was extremely rude to me. I will never come to this Subway again after receiving such bad service.

Walked in to order and this subway lady with a unlit cigarette in her mouth walks passed me, glances at me as I walk towards the counter and then she proceeds to continue texting and walking out of the restaurant..customer service could use a bit more attention. I walk in this place, walk up slowly to get in line. Worker today6/13 around 3pm or so, told this Mexican I needed to wear my mask. No problem, I'll comply with the rules for health reason( sorry I left it in my ride) due to the virus we got going on. Walk back to the store with my mask, in line I see a brother man with no mask paying for his food. Wzup with that MAN What's up with that Jump on my case about not having my mask and everyone else but the brother man

The most expensive and ridiculous salad i had in my live…! $8.49…! Not even offered dressing…! And the container was 3/4 empty…! And the sandwich was totally different at what i ordered…! Never ever will buy anything from Subway…! I swear…! They are going down…! It used to be one of my favorites…! No more…! The funny thing (or stupid from my part)was that i had the same in another store the night before…i was frustated on that one…that’s why i order the same today…same trash on both… 20.49 yesterday…20.89 today…the only difference is that yesterday i also had cookies… The most unhappy sandwiches in my whole life…! Whoever the new owner of this chain is…is the worst strategy to make profit…they think in make money for the day…never think in make a loyal customer…

The man at the counter asked if I wanted cookies or chips, and I said I’d take a cookie if it came with the combo. I assumed I was getting orange juice with it, but he chuckled and said, “Orange Fanta.” Long story short, he rings me up, and the total comes out to $14.34 — almost double the price shown on the menu. I asked why the price was so different, and he chuckled again and said, “Oh, we don’t have the other part of the menu up,” then just said “sorry” and walked away to help other customers, leaving me standing at the register. I normally don’t write reviews, but if there’s one thing I’m sure of, it’s that I won’t be coming back ever ever ever.

In regards to store 146, I just tried to place an order at this location, first u wait 5 minutes to even be seen because employees are in back which is fine will all work, the nice lady take my order and at the end there was a misunderstanding with the sauce ordered. The lady prepping the sandwich clearly said no problem but then the Mgr Tina made it a big deal and said we don't just make stuff up. I mean I apologized 2 times I may have been in the wrong I'm tired but she started screaming like a 12 year old from the top of her lungs because I called her out on her hidden remark/comment and she justified she was talking to someone else not me which she clearly made that statement for me. She is a screamer as a district service Mgr I tell you she acted like a 12 year old and not able to manage a pan and paper. Very unprofessional how she acted and treated me, she should not have such authority period.

Lazy people got the Worse sub there since they didn't want to do their job and refill the meats and vegetables. No meat, No cheese No vegetables, I could take it all and put on a half slice of bread. They were more worried about sitting down around the corner. Women even touched her face with the gloves wile fixing my fake sub and other one sat down with gloves on. I guess it hard work changing them also. I'm very disappointed this was a good place to stop waist of $12 pictures are posted steak and cheese. Subway at (Loves truck stop) in Canaan ny super way better . Very clean and make subs that you don't get just bread because of laziness... Also some good diners and pizza places up the road. I recommend Mark's Pizza they deliver..

I was checking out the menu when the server abruptly told me I needed to speak up if I was going to order, though I clearly wasn’t ready yet, and I let him know. When we got to the register, I asked if the sandwich came as a meal, and he seemed annoyed, saying I was supposed to mention that earlier. In my experience, that’s usually something they ask at the register anyway. Between the attitude and lack of basic courtesy, I just paid for the sandwich and left it at that. If you’re not into rude service, you might want to skip this spot.

The first time we went there the girl with glasses bigger white girl refused to toast tuna and provolone on an Italian herbs and cheese cause she said it would make the kitchen smell. My girlfriend got into a major arguement over this and the manager got involved and finally just did what was ordered. The second time I tried going back like maybe it was just that girl can’t be that bad. The man black guy bald head and gold tooth forgot the cookies I paid for. And wasn’t a problem I went back in with my receipt and he tried telling me nah I put them in there I don’t forget this that and the third and I asked him bet then check the cameras and get a manager right now I bet him 20$ for 3$ cookies that if I was wrong and cookies got put in the bag I woulda paid him 20$ no problem. He refused to check the cameras and said here you go and I left. I don’t understand why things are an arguement here and why the atmosphere is negative. Like if these people at this subway don’t like their jobs quit. If the manager can’t handle these employees and properly train them on customer service then the manager needs to be retrained. Someone should look into this store I’m sure I’m not the first incident.

We're tourist from canada precisely Quebec , i didn't appreciate the bad behavior of two employees , a woman and a gold teeth guy i was humiliated because I don't speak English fluently and they have no patient for clients and they start joking.

If I could put zero stars I would. The way this manager (young african american man without a name tag) spoke to his customers. To every customer he served he was rude, argumentative, and condescending. I myself or the other customers should not have to be spoken to this way just to order a sub. The restaurant was clean and the other lady working there was nice to her customers.

Went there late this past Wednesday night at 2am (technically Thursday morning) and a short, rude black guy walked out from the back after 10 mins of just waiting around for service. I said "Hello, how's it going?" and he didnt even look up at me much less say hello back. He then walked away to the back without a word. I was about to leave when he came back out. He put on gloves very slowly and just stood there in front of the oven with his back toward me and waved his hand in the air like he was sayin "come on whatchu want?". I told him what I wanted and he made a decent sub I guess. But his horrible attitude which was soo rude and unprofessional that I won't be coming back to this location ever. Judging by other reviews for this location it seems im not the only one. Dude needs to find a different job asap.

We passed through on our way home from PA and stopped for a bite. No hello from the worker who wasn't wearing a name tag but a sharp how many sandwiches do you want? Then he spilled the sauce on the paper used to wrap the sandwich and when asked to change the paper, seemed annoyed. After we paid he put the change on the counter which is fine but there wasn't even so much as a thank you, he just walked away. The glass was so dirty I hope we don't get sick.

I ordered Subway through DoorDash and this was honestly one of the worst orders I’ve ever gotten. They added a random cheese sauce to my sub that I never asked for, my drinks were missing, and one of the other sandwiches had bacon that tasted stale or just straight-up bad. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

Lazy people got the Worse sub there since they didn't want to do their job and refill the meats and vegetables. No meat, No cheese No vegetables, I could take it all and put on a half slice of bread. They were more worried about sitting down around the corner. Women even touched her face with the gloves wile fixing my fake sub and other one sat down with gloves on. I guess it hard work changing them also. I'm very disappointed this was a good place to stop waist of $12 pictures are posted steak and cheese. Subway at (Loves truck stop) in Canaan ny super way better . Very clean and make subs that you don't get just bread because of laziness... Also some good diners and pizza places up the road. I recommend Mark's Pizza they deliver..
