I’ve been here a couple times, including opening day and the service is unmatched. The owner is super down to earth and only cares about the quality of the drinks and service for the customers. He always puts the customers first and provides many deals for both active military, students, and everyone. The interior is gorgeous and overall a very nice environment for a boba shop. Well maintained and I heavily appreciate the kindness of the workers. I 100% recommend this boba shop to anyone. Definitely try it out, and especially their King Brulee (it’s really good!)

This is from the grand opening so I reserve my right to change this later lol. But it's a cool little spot (what I think used to be Duck Donuts) with trendy, unique decor. No tables but chairs inside for when you're waiting and pretty spacious. Got the Queen Brulee and it's really good. Right amount of sweetness. Only thing is that they don't tell you it has boba, too, and I don't like boba bubbles

Came here the day of the grand opening. The music was pumping and it was nice. I ordered their Strawberry matcha. It was pretty good. I was stuck between that and the Guerilla Thai, which I will try next time. I would and will come back again. Edit: Came back for a second try and got the Guerilla Thai. It was soooo good and I will definitely reorder. My nieces got the Cookies and Cream and the Brown Sugar. One loved the cookies n cream and the other preferred a stronger brown sugar flavor. Still recommend this place.

Phenomenal boba tea shop! Went here on a whim to try a new place and was not disappointed. They have a wide variety of different teas, milk teas, coffees, and smoothies. There’s a wide variety of flavor combos I’ve never seen at other shops so I’m excited to go back again and try them. Prices are reasonable as well. I tried the Thai milk tea with boba and LOVED! Sweet flavor without being overly sweet and the boba was not too hard or soft. Just chewy enough. The gentleman working there was also extremely kind and friendly! He was quick and reminded me to really shake my drink before opening it which I appreciated the reminder. Definitely would recommend and will be going back again! I love a great milk tea and Krak Boba knows exactly how to deliver. This is easily my favorite boba shop and I go out of the way to pick up drinks from here because it’s worth it! Consistently great boba on every drink combo I’ve tried here. My favorite is hands down the Wintermelon milk tea with boba, it has not failed me once and is now a special part of my Monday pick me up 🧋.

Came here for the first time the other day. We asked the staff what their recommendation was and they recommend the King Brûlée. It was AMAZING! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for sure!

Loved the atmosphere! Great quality boba and a lot of cool options. The staff was as sweet as their drinks. Plus they have plenty of board games and claw machines for a time well spent at their boba shop.

Best Boba Spot – Creative & Absolutely Delicious! Krak Boba is hands down one of the best boba places I've been to! Their specialties are not only delicious but also super creative and unique. Every drink feels like a fun experience. A must-try is their Signature Boba series, especially the Brulee and the Dragon. The Brulee is rich, creamy, and perfectly torched on top – an absolute treat. The Dragon is equally amazing with its refreshing flavors, but make sure to drink it quickly before it melts to enjoy the full effect! If you're a boba lover or just looking to try something new and exciting, Krak Boba is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Brand new boba place here in Addison. We got the dragon slayer. The drink was very good. Service was great. So far there doesn't seem to have any tables set up but there are plenty of chairs. Hoping they'll have some tables and games in the future to make this a cool hangout spot.

There’s nothing addicting about this place! We ordered the Moon Princess and the King Brulee. Not only did the drinks look nothing like the advertisements, but they were each very bitter. I’m giving two stars because they were buy one, get one free when signing up for their rewards.

It's just...not good. The service and atmosphere is good, but my brown sugar milk tea didn't taste anything like tea. I've never had a milk tea taste like this before. I can't even describe the flavor. It doesn't even taste like a powdered milk tea mix. There's a weird fruity flavor but no brown sugar. I also asked for light ice , but I got no ice at all. For a $7 drink, it really wasn't worth it and not even enjoyable.

The matcha is the worst I have ever tasted in my entire life. Save your money and time. Daniel the franchise owner does not have customer service training and isn’t fit to run a franchise. If a drink is not made correctly, fix it. Refund it or offer to make it again. I texted him photos and he said he would not offer a refund and then gaslight me saying his matcha is bitter because it’s “real matcha”. I drink matcha every day and this is disgusting. I ordered the strawberry matcha before heading down the road. The strawberry part was fine but when it got to the matcha, I almost gagged. I called the store within 5 min of taking my first sip and expressed my concern. I offered to drive back the same hour but they had closed. First time here and I won’t ever be coming back. I’ll be contacting corporate and my bank after this ridiculous experience. Do better.
