A nice McDonald's. I ordered via the self serve system as I hadn't experienced this. I can say it was a good experience but may be too complex for a good order. The place was clean and efficient. The coffee was good. I tried to work here with my laptop but the wifi was less than 2mbps so I did not. I appreciated the soft hues of color in the place. The people who tend to this place are nice too.

No issues with our curbside delivery. The spaces for this service were not as easy to find as a newcomer to this location, no directional signage. But our food was hot and our order was exactly what we ordered. The drive thru line was a bit slow as we actually got out of line to see if the curbside was quicker. Seemed to be as the vehicle we were behind never made it around the building before we received our meals.

Happy they kept breakfast a bit longer than the usual time... It was busy, they made a mistake with my order, they fixed it and gave me a little something for the mistake. They seemed well staffed but maybe new people... Running like chicken without head. Causing order mistakes... Mine wasn't the only mistake. At least i didn't have to wait half an hour for my order like in some other McDonald's lately.

McDonald's has raised it's standards on all levels. It's so easy to order your food of choice. There is a kiosk beyond the counters. My eleven year old grandson ordered our food on it. Customers ordering their own food makes it easier for everyone. So the employees can give their attention in making over all service better

The food was good. I ordered dine in. They forgot my cup, but they brought my food. There were a bunch of screaming kids in the play area, which was to be expected. Over all, not bad. I sat in the corner so no one would bother me and it was a good experience.

This location is always good for pickup only. Most of the workers act like they don't want to work in McDonald's and have very disrespectful rude attitudes. Especially during the evening time only pick up from this location wouldn't recommend dining in with your children. The playground is also very smelly

I know the reviews here can be kinda bad but tbh this is my favorite mcdonald’s. I have kids so I really be at these establishments pretty frequently 🤧 This location has always been reliable for a nice, clean, cool play place. Like most McDonalds this one has switched to mostly kiosk orders. I typically prefer that because my kids have complicated burgers and specific sauce combinations. We’ve never once received an incorrect order here. Food is always fresh (can’t say the same for many other locations) and when we dine inside, they always deliver to the table. At other locations, they’ve watched me struggle with both babies and bags to get my trays back to the table. These little courtesies will never go unappreciated. The only downsides I would say are that since kiosk is the norm, it can take a while for someone to get a chance to take your order at the register or provide refills. Which brings me to the other drawback: the drink machines are in the back so guests are unable to get their own refills. Hopefully they add a drink fountain, but either way. A good location as far as McDonald’s go.

Wild kids running around after 4 pm ,cursing ,running around , fighting..they should consider getting a security at this location but I still enjoy coming here .

Just remodeled!! So clean and the play area is great. It’s large with a bathroom and a new, clean playground. The kids had so much fun playing there. The service was good and the food good as usual! They’re having a grand re-opening soon so check it out everyone!!

They need to add a protection to the rainy days. You will get soaked when opening the window of your carqhile using the drive-thru

A couple of things, not that I'm expecting a five-star experience at McDonald's, but here today at this location, none of the self-ordering kiosks were spitting out receipts, one of them wasn't sending orders to the back kitchen, and the cashier couldn't get a simple face-to-face order right. The manager wasn't very friendly, and things were just not flowing well here. It must've been an off day.

This McDonald's recently remodeled. However I don't think it was with the customer in mind. It's like playing frogger just to get into this McDonald's. The last four visits since the remodel I have had cold fries three times, I personally think the drink dispenser has to many hands without gloves on handling drinks. On one occasion I got home, a 160 foot walk to my front door. My order was incorrect my roommate took it back & they wouldn't correct it. This is the first review of a McDonald's where I was unhappy on multiple trips.

Food is always good at this McDonalds. But beware if you are coming for lunch. There is a beggar that waits for someone to use a kiosk, and asks them for help placing his order, only to expect the person helping him to pay for the meal. And continues to hassle new customers until he gets one of them to pay for his lunch. (Edit: went complain and he bolted faster than anything out the resturaunt as I complained about him.)

The food is fresh to a point, but the service is not the Greatest the African-American kid at the drive-through either needs to be coached or let go so that somebody that needs a job and is happy to have a job can do his job. It’s already a bad drive-through situation and the drive-through attendant is horrible

This location is top notch at lunchtime, moving folks throught the drive-through quickly and accurately, and with a friendly attitude. The night crew couldn't care less. My drink cup wasn't full, and neither were my first, which were very nearly cold. I waited in line for 18 minutes, and there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived. Do better, y'all.

I'm unsure who is out there looking for McDonald's reviews... McDonald's exists to serve a very specific need. And they do that. At every single location. In exactly the same manner. It is adequate but never good. It isn't even cheap anymore. This specific location's service is always great, though... probably because they've gotta keep up with their neighbors.

Charged us for 2 sauce and only wanted to give one. Receipt. Said 2. Then spoke in their language complaining that 2 really means one. I said no 2 means 2. I paid for 2. Had to ask for salt and pepper and ketchup and straws. To go order. They never gave peper and tried to I ly put 2 salt and 2 keys up. With 2 number ones ordered med. Size with a shake on one. And 3 double burgers. Very rude workers.

Employees and especially managers have phones in their hands and headphones on their ears. They neither care about the customer nor answer the customer's questions. All they do is look at their phones. According to them, the customer has to wait. If you don't want to wait, you can go. It's a terrible thing that they are not monitored and that they act so carelessly.

Although, the drive thru order taker/cashier was friendly and efficient, the ice cream makers need better training or stop trying to save on inventory. Hot fudge sundae was way below the bottom cup line and the cone barely had any ice cream. It was as though I ordered off of the kids menu. Can’t believe I spent that much for barely anything.

1.40 extra charge for lemonade or tea. No condiments outside. No soda machine outside. What are we paying for as a combo now. Also. No lettuce no tomatoes. I would take my money preferably somewhere else.

The place is well kept up with. The food is on point. They're pretty fast. The manager was a bit rude because I had my son exchange his xs cup which I had paid for already for a medium and sent him with cash just in case he had to pay the difference. Well he returned the cup and still had to pay full price for the medium cup. So I went to ask why was he charged again and the manager had an attitude I guess because she was in a hurry but there was a young lady at another register who returned my money. The best experience here is my children in the playground and the two helpful and friendly cashiers (Michael and the young lady I didn't get her name.) Other than that it's ok.

The crew was great despite the circumstances. I entered the drive thru line at 11:21 pm and did not leave until 11:48. As to why it took such an incredibly long time is beyond me. Whatever that reason is probably would explain why my food was no where near hot. But, like I already said, the crew was great.

The app seems to be set to prevent ordering happy meals for my kid. And the kid is the one who picks the place when we go. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time, collecting points, decreasing the likelihood being a frequently visiting repeat customer and ordering something along side her food for myself. The admin for the menu item availability for the app at this location should consider changing the settings to accept orders for kids meals. This may be intentional but it's driving customers away. Is that the intent?

Robot location! No staff to take orders for those wanting to use cash. The media keeps spinning the narrative there is no one to work but they keep automating the one job folks used to be able to get! And now computer kiosk reign and only 1-3 people to make the food.

I order food today, it was a delivery order, i ordered a fish sandwich large Combo, and a basket of fries. They didn’t sent me my 2 fries, and I missed one of my 3 chicken Mchicken. I received a small drink with no straw. I don’t know why they always forget my straw. The food was good tho. The delivery service it’s really bad. She thinks I said A, so I try to repeat it to her and she doesn’t even listen just says I want a number 8. I tell her twice I do NOT want a number 8 I’m just trying to tell her my mobile number. She says she’ll just help me at the window. At the window she starts going off because my mobile number had changed, WHICH IT DOES EVERY TIME YOU REOPEN THE APP LIKE I HAD. Then starts talking smack to me about what I need to do next time and that what she had entered was the same as my order, which it wasn’t. Just a bad way to start my morning. I hope she grows up.

I wish I could give zero stars. To the guy working the drive in tonight around 10:30 ish pm: learn how to be more competent. You had me waiting for 10 minutes. The line was piling up behind me. They reserved the park at the time I was with my son and they kicked us out without waiting for the child to finish eating. It is disrespectful. The logical thing is that if you reserve the park, inform them or wait 30 minutes for people to finish eating. They are children who are eating.

There was two 40 piece McNuggets on our order along with a few other things. They completely didn’t but one of the 40 pieces nuggets in there nor the large fry. We sat by the pick up area and tried to wave and knock on the door to get their attention but they completely avoided us. Then they made the hang signal to call the McDonald’s but they never answered the phone. So we had to go through the drive thru again while there is over 10 cars in the drive thru. So we had to wait an extra 30 minutes just to get the stuff we were missing. The employees were rude and completely ignored us when they knew we were trying to get their attention.

The food was never fantastic to begin with, but it is getting worse. French fries were so stale.

Stop for coffee on this cold Thursday, February 13, Went through the drive-through when she handed me the coffee. I could tell that it was not fresh coffee because you couldn't feel the cup warm or hot. I asked her if the coffee was fresh, and she told me no. That I could pull to style 1. Walked in placed my order on the machine and it will not give you the option for no ice. Paid for my order and tried reach out to one on the members of the kitchen 3 of them were chating and laughing had to wave my hands for attention, one of them turned to me so me white and denied to attend me when I was talking to her in Spanish that is the language she was talking then send someone else to help. Also when asked for no ice for the lemonade ice tea herd the one in charge of the kitchen charge him more.

It just took 15 minutes to get my food. Not because they are crowded or had a very large order, because they are unbelievably slow. And then once they food is finally ready, they are calling out the order, in heavily accented broken English, by what is in the bag instead of by order number. I am a door Dash driver and a Nother door – driver walked up to the restaurant and the manager handed him his order so I did the same thing. Ordered the new Smokey BLT. I was parked. Was not informed for how long I would be parked for or as to why I was being being parked. Waited about 10 min only to receive lukewarm fries!!! The smokey blt qtr pounder I ordered was not a qtr pounder pattie at all. It was smashed and burnt!!!! I was a GM at McDonald's for 12 years so I am fully aware what a qtr pattie is supposed to look like. What a waste of money!!! I will never visit this location again. McDonald's has definitely gone downhill!!! Straight trash now. No matter where you go.

This particular McDonald's is extremely inconsistent with the food and service. Today the service was fine but the food was far from that. The apple pie I bought was from yesterday at least. It was stone cold when I got it and the burritos weren't hot at all. I live right behind this McDonald's so it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to walk back home. The food wouldn't have gotten cold that soon. When I looked at the pie, the box didn't even have a date or a time on it. It was very dry and not edible. I spend too much money there for this kind of inconsistency

Literally the worst one in the area. I asked for a spicy mac chicken extra Mayo add tomato. I got a regular mcChicken no Mayo no lettuce and no tomato. This is the third time they have gotten this wrong but it’s my fault for not checking. Mind you. The ticket say EXACTLY what I asked for. I get off work and I’m so drained I keep forgetting to check. All in all HOLD UP THE THE LIBE AND CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL OFF BECAUSE THEM PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN DO NOT CARE!

I’m not sure what the heck is going on, but I can be sure I won’t be coming back to any McDonalds unless I’m starving with no other options. The quality of food and service are just too much for the high price. I ordered via the app at a 24hr McDonald and when I arrive in 30 degree weather I am told they are closed and that I have to come back in 15 mins. I ask can they just make my order since I already paid via mobile app and they repeated they are closed. Like a fool, I wait for my food for 15 and another 5 when i get in line. I ask for a manager and the guy never comes back. There is literally no one else in line at 4:19 in the morning. It’s McDonald’s, I get it. But don’t treat me like a fine dining establishment with the quality and level of service

I look over there to see them look at me and laugh 100% unprofessional, I should not have to be treated like this or wait that long just to get my food and I know another man behind me sat there and waited as well want to the kiosk and while I’m still typing this still waiting for his food that’s 20 minutes later ridiculous…..!!!!!

I went through the drive through, the cashier was very rude, I had to knock on the windows to get ketchup. Once I got my lunch it had onions on it after I told her twice that I didn't want them. I should have look at other reviews before I went.

Don't come here if you are doing the Monopoly promo. I ordered a Big Mac, Large Drink, Large Fries. The big mac box and drink don't have the sticker and the fries I was given were medium and also don't have the sticker.

They don't honor current promotions in drive thru, which makes no sense. I have never heard of having to go inside to get a deal that is being advertised, but they would not honor despite it being advertised on the menu board.

I was going to get a happy meal for my grandson and let him enjoy the playground. There were teenagers shouting vulgar obscenities at each other repeatedly. I did not see an adult so I went to the counter and asked for the manager. He told me he would take care of it. I left. I will be more careful next time.

They didn’t get my order correct! Even after explaining in detail twice, just to make sure she had it! It was the dark skin chick with the short dreads! Very rude and unaware of customer service maybe she should be a cook get her out of the window!

I purchased four chicken wraps and three of them were raw and I only found out when I went home because of work. I was unable to come back until the next day and I did not want to bring half eaten spit out food. The guy at the counter said don’t worry about it. We’ll fix it and then I was stored to go drive to the front which I did and then I’m told by the manager no I also he said he will fix it. We will not fix it. I will have to pay and that it was my mistake.

Went to o McDonald in Addison and CSR did not know how to operate the headset properly, I was trying to order my food in English and she most not have heard me, but I could of hear how she told a coworker in Spanish that “ esta esta dormida no se le entiende nada” translation “ this one is sleep, can’t understand anything” the tone of voice was condescending and rude, given that I myself do costumer service, n worked at McDonald’s previously the headset can be turned off n policy is that u dnt make any comments or personal opinion over the headset, n to leave it on for the costumer to hear because u believe i dnt understand the language is very disrespectful. Alice/Alicia morning manager of McDonald’s on August 27th around 6:06am, you are rude, learn to use the equipment and please stop making comments about ur clients, it leaves a bad taste. Ps. Definitely won’t be ordering from that location again. To the general managers & Owners, I know nothing will come of these but I hope that you see how negative all of the reviews are for this location and do something about your costumer service.

Here WAS one of my favorite place to go, until they move drink machines behine the front desk. I wait 10 mins to refill my drink because a lot of customers waiting for thier meals, who care about if your drink got refill? Give me self refill drink machines back, and check how many customers you loss

Originally left this review on 5/9/2023: Is this a joke? A Big Mac with no sauce? 100% completely dry. Can’t even eat it. Now I remember why I stopped going to McDonald’s years ago and why I don’t eat fast food anymore. Terrible waste of money, for disgusting artery-clogging food that is sloppily made to top it off. Lesson learned. Never coming here again.
