Can't say enough about portillos burgers. They are definitely amazing and should be more known than their beefs and hot dogs. No other place compares in the fast food zone. Hopefully they never change a thing, it would be a tragedy. Burgers are very consistent from location to location.

When in Chicago you eat the Chicago Dog... Pretty dang tasty indeed ... Jason digs the Italian Beef Sandwich.... Dipping it in the au jus makes it even more yummy. The chocolate eclare cake was decadent. The Italian Sausage Dog was mouth watering too. ENJOY !!!!

Had to travel to the Chicago area couple months ago to do a dealership transfer for a moving truck company I work -for my coworker insisted that we stopped here for lunch and said he makes a point to stop with his wife when they are in the area as well -boy was he right! I can't speak for all locations but Addison location is always consistent with good fresh food. Hot dogs,fries, beef are always perfect. staff is very fast and professional

Food was good Fries were fresh Burger was freshly cooked Even the drink tasted like the drink machine was brand new can't explain it more than that. My only complaint was the drive through line was blocked off from every entrance expect by the front of the building making me have to drive all the way around the building from the direction I entered from.

We have used Portillos for 20 years for our Christmas Eve family party. Unfortunately after several minor mishaps the past few years, including this one, we will no longer be using Portillos catering. First red flag should have been when the order price and recommended quantity went up by %40. Equal number of consumers, just a year older. Went from $465 ish to $720. We can handle price and order increases, but the quality of the beef was very poor. Mostly shavings, very few slices. We had 14lbs of beef, so thought maybe was just 1 bag, but it was all of them as evident with the picture. As far as having 6 lbs and 37 buns and 6 jars of hot giardinera extra we were able to give it away. Frustration for 3rd of last 4 years and having catered for the other Portillo brother for 15 years in my earlier life, it is time to move on to a small local business.

This location has been the worst Portillo’s I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they happen to NEVER get orders correct, but they continue to never give the full order you pay for. Employees are so careless and have attitude when you ask for napkins since they never wipe the cups down before handing them to you. Management should focus on the lack of effort their employees provide, terribly ran location! This was my cheeseburger after waiting in a 30 minute line, and I’d show the rest if it wasn’t forgotten either!!

Talking to an employee name, Julissa she was so rude and she did not help me out at all. She was trying to charge me extra for lettuce and tomato on a burger, which I normally get in store with no extra charge. I was willing to pay for it, but she was saying no, which is crazy to me. Rude employees and the managers never answer. Don’t ever come here.

Found a hair in my fries after I was already chewing it. Why are the employees not wearing hair nets?? Man or woman. Doesn’t matter. This is GROSS and Portillo’s needs to go back to quality instead of 🤑. Used to love portillo’s… not anymore. And this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Do better!!

Nobody eat at this nasty place. Serving old re-heated food. Called and talked to someone and as usually nothing was done about it. Next time hire someone who doesn’t check a box and hire most qualified.
