A lil box filled with Love & Flavor. Every time I go customer service is amazing! This is my favorite. Take all my money! Blended Carmel coffee is life! The photo is the iced one! Love y’all & see you tomorrow! 💕✨
Their hot turtle latte is delicious! I like their brightly colored winter cups and that they added a smiley sticker on the lid. Made my day :) thank you!
I have driven past this place multiple times & always said to myself that I should try it. Well, I finally did & am so glad. The staff here is everything you could ever ask for. They are so wonderful to talk to. I mean if you are having a bad day, just come here & order anything off the menu. You will be in a better mood with that alone. They are just so upbeat. They have a number of tasty coffee concoctions. If you are a fan of how Starbucks makes "fancy" drinks, i.e. mocha, carmel macchiato, etc. Then I think this is the place for you. Better coffee here. I should take this moment to say, that ever since I tried Starbucks back in 2013, yes I was late to that game, I am a personal believer that their roast has a burnt flavor. I cannot stand that taste. I still stand by that today. This is not meant to create a debate but rather to say that if you align with that statement/feeling, then you need to try Scooter's. Finally, the folks at Scooter's are making your drinks from "scratch". What do I mean you might wonder. Here is an example, if you order a small candy bar latte (Butterfinger being the flavor in this example) they are making your drink with actual peanut butter & chocolate, P E O P L E. This is awesome. I know of a handful of small coffee shops that do things like this & I love it. You cannot recreate that with flavored syrups. This takes time & talent. If what I just described sounds good to you, then make your way there. As you would come to expect from any modern place today, they also have an app that you can use for all sorts of things like payment & such. I am much more of a fan of ordering there but hey, to each their own.

Every time I come here, the service is great! The coffee has great flavor too! They even give my dog a treat when she’s in the car with me. Definitely one of my faves in Addison.
Had an app pick-up order, received the wrong food item, but it was whatever- was so hungry, I just parked and ate it. A few minutes later the barista noticed that our car was still outside (parked) and took the correct food item out to us, after realizing the error. They did not have to do that; great service!
Drive through coffee was great. Very friendly staff. Reasonable. Got a bonus pup cup for our dog in vehicle. I appreciated the thought.
I have only been coming to Scooters for about 2months now and I wish I had never discovered them. The service is first class, they are alwa ys so nice to help me figure out what I want and trust me I'm very picky. I been to Starbucks a few times over the years but never like them. I will say Scooters has me hooked on there Sugar free mocha or anything that's Sugar free. Again the drinks are soooo good and the service is top notch. Again trust me when I say I'm hard to please. This place is the bomb when it comes to customer service and the drinks. Customer for life!!!
This place is great! The girl who works mornings is super friendly every day I see her! As long as I live here, I won't be going to starbucks anymore!
Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee menu. Katherine had my drink order ready within seconds. I often frequent this location and I recommend you do the same
I'm so sad to see this location closed. It was the closest scooters to me and I could always grab a coffee right before work and start my day off right. I know they could be slow sometimes but imo it was worth the wait. Now I won't be able to enjoy as often :(

Scooters is hands down my favorite coffee spot. I goto the Garland store off Northwest hwy and their Addison store off beltline and midway rd.
Service is great, they are professional, they attentive. It’s not super crowded, I assume due to the location being in the parking lot of a shopping center. My coffee is always hot and right.

Great little spot for a quick coffee and breakfast! Young lady at the drive thru was SO sweet and helped explain my choices in detail. I got a caramelized coffeewith butterscotch with a Maple Waffle sandwich with Sausage, egg and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. Recommended.
I tried this place. I’m neutral. On a scale from 1 ( horrible) to 10 (extremely tasty, I would give the drink I purchased a 7.5. I think it is what I ordered. Of course you don’t want to hold up a line, so I ordered the coffee in the pic along with burrito. I didn’t get a chance to eat burrito due to personal reasons so I cant give my opinion on the burrito. The coffee maybe just had too much whip cream for my taste. It wasn’t nasty at all. I will go back again soon to try something else and will update my review if necessary.

Ok so I tried the free coffee for the month of September from Scooters coffee I went to the lobby it was closed they had a handmade paper sign posted on the door and the drive thru was down they also had a hand made paper sign saying the drive thru doesn't work. I had to walk up to the window to order. At first they were hesitant about there promotion I had to show them to prove it and when I asked to try any of there signature drinks that were advertised free for on the website for there promotion for the month of September I was told that they don't serve flavored coffee after 12. So I was given a medium black hot coffee and I had to ask for cream and sugar. Maybe it's this location I'm not sure but I couldn't get any flavored coffee even if I paid for it. Addison Tx you can do better than this.

There’s three people working there looks like not doing anything but talking because the line was taking forever. I tell her my order she keeps rushing me telling me “is that it” every time I add to my order to pull up to the window for them to forget half of my order causing delays. THEN they give me my drink with A HAIR ON TOP has been the worst experience

I tried to call this morning but they aren't answering their phone, in order to speak with a manager about an issue I had last night at their location. The woman working the intercom and window (has piercings in her teeth and face) was not using her listening skills to make my order the way I wanted it. I had to repeat myself twice on the intercom, and then 4 more times face-to-face at the window. She just could not comprehend what it was I was wanting her to do. On the app, you cannot order an "iced triple shot" with one additional shot. Back home at my Scooters, they call it an "iced quad shot". On the app, you order it as 3 shots of hot espresso and add a shot. I also add sugar free caramel. When I get to the intercom, I ask them to put it all over ice in a XL cup (I don't mind paying for the cup). She just could not comprehend putting this hot espresso over ice. She had no clue. I do this so I can pour my protein shake over it and so it's all cold. So, when she comes back to the window with the order, it's maybe 1 or 2 shots of hot espresso in a XL cup. No ice. Not even the shots that I paid for. I tell her, the cup should be half full for 4 shots of espresso, and then put ice in the cup. I realize it may not be something someone orders all the time, but their morning people get it. Not sure what's so hard about getting the # of shots a person orders correctly AND just putting ice over it, that makes it so hard.
I feel like it’s unfair to stop serving blender drinks an hour before closing. I showed up at 6:55 (an hour until closing time) and I was told that they weren’t serving blenders anymore because they were washing the blenders. If that’s the case then don’t say you’re open until 8 if some of the menu items aren’t available.

One time the person at the window told me how much they hate the flavor of Scooter's caramel and they much prefer Starbucks or Dutch Bros. That same person answered their personal phone mid conversation with me and told the person on the line that their number didn't belong to the previous person for the last three years. Another time, they gave me the worst coffee. Came back the next day and wanted to try what I ordered to confirm it didn't taste wrong, and the person at the window said it was because they didn't have the base and so they subbed it out with 2 tbsp of 2% milk. They never mentioned that the day prior. Then they said "but yeah, whatever, you can try it" I did, confirmed it was good and thanked them then they slammed the window in my face.
