It is a typical Subway restaurant, located in Adelanto! The meals are delicious, as with any Subway restaurant. The prices are fair. There is usually ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. Furthermore, this Subway is located in the same strip mall as Stater Bros.

They are open late which is a plus. I got a chicken teriyaki and it was delicious. I like that they aren't so stingy with their ingredients. Many subways I go to I ask for bell peppers and they will throw like 3 little strings and ask me what else I want like as if it's enough

It is a typical Subway, located in the same area as Stater Bros. It is located at the Adelanto Marketplace. The place, when I visited, was quite clean. There was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Furthermore, wait line was not long. Also, the food was delicious, as with any Subway establishment. The prices were same, as in any other Subway establishment. Thus, if anyone is in Adelanto and Victorville area, I would recommend to stop by this Subway.

Great sandwiches. I got the tuna and paid for extra tuna. Lawd, they make this best tuna! I get shredded cheese, spinach, pickles, lettuce, and honey mustard. Honey mustard goes great with tuna🤝

The girl that made my sandwiches was very nice and polite. She made them very nice. My only complaint isn't with the workers it even that particular restaurant. The $5 footlongs only show up when you order online. Not everyone uses a card to pay for food! I know that online if too purchase two footlongs you get them for $5 each. During this pandemic, Subway should offer the $5 footlongs ALL THE TIME, ONLINE OR IN THE STORE!! This will definitely make me think twice before returning to Subway! Very disappointing!

The girl that made my sandwiches was very nice and polite. She made them very nice. My only complaint isn't with the workers it even that particular restaurant. I always have to purchase extra meat they never put enough meat in the sandwiches they put more vegetable stuff than you do meat so I have to buy extra that's what makes it a sandwich the meat I refuse to be a vegetarian

I order w/ the app and they are on time by the time I get there , the order more then twice has been thrown together , like you wouldn’t make the sandwich like this if you were eating it and more then once they fail to put the dressing I ask for I guess what I’m trying to say is there’s no love in the way they make sandwiches , and for that they get three stars

Placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up was told it was picked up by someone else and that was it. With no resolve to fix the situation or get anymore details, they continued to help other customers until I had to “prove” that my order was rightfully mine. I had to show the order details, store address, and proof of charge for them to begrudgingly make my order it seemed. Cherry on top is the person who picked up my order calls while they’re remaking mine to tell them they’re coming back bc they were given the wrong order. Whoever was working the dressing table at the 4:00 PM shift on 9/28/24 need to be trained on how to actually be serviceable to paying customers instead of just restating a problem they caused.

I was disappointed because I had arrived on time and I was expecting to pick up my order right away. I understand that the team members at Subway are under pressure to meet certain time goals. However, I believe that it is important to provide customers with accurate information about the pickup time. If my order was not going to be ready at the designated time, I would have appreciated being told that ahead of time. In addition, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the two team members who were working on my order. They were whispering something to each other in a low voice and smirking, as if they were amused by the fact that I had to wait. This was very disrespectful and made me feel like I was not being taken seriously. I would like to recommend that Subway train their team members on how to handle customer expectations and how to behave in a professional manner. This would help to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Thank you for your time.

Wow. Place wasn't really busy but they seem to be rushing to need and my family. Out of wheat bread. Out of ranch. Toasted the bread on two of my sandwiches too long (can you say cracker subs.) Subways usually give you too much lettuce, especially on a veggie delight. Not this time. "Say bro, hit me with enough lettuce to cover the bread " Don't think I'll go back to this one.

I explained that I’m a regular customer and I always order it like that. She said it 2 separate sandwiches. I didn’t argue I took my business to the Subway across the street and the were happy to have my business, especially that I pay for extra meat and double portions of Avacado. What I didn’t understand was why this Subway didn’t want my business if I’m a regular guest. I was eating at this Subway at least 1-2 times a week. I always pay for double meats and Avacado. It was very obvious this Subway needed the business. At approximately 2:15pm on August 20th Before I walked in I was on a phone call for 10 minutes and there were no customers that whole time. So sad Business is slow and the subway is turning away regular customers. It’s cool. From now on I will be going to the Subway across the street.

HOWEVER, if you order online for the next day, then be prepared to pick up your order at 9:00am when they open because that's when they receive your order and THAT'S when they make it. Which means by the time I got there, at 10:50am my order had been sitting on the shelf for about 1 hour and 35 minutes! How is this okay? I asked the girl why did they do this and she said because that's when they received the order. How about checking the TIME requested and make it 15 minutes before that? That would work wouldn't it??? So the lesson to learn here is, if you order a sandwich for lunch, you have to pick it up at breakfast time. Really? Good thing I didn't order for dinner. Probably would have sat there all day long. Also, it's a health hazard to leave meat sitting out, on a shelf. My now not fresh meat sandwich. You KNOW that right? I don't NEED a sandwich. I can make my own. I chose to patron your store. Please don't give me less than what I paid for, a freshly made sandwich. They won't make sliders the way we ask them to or give us a tomato on the side for them even though I wanted to buy other food also. And when a started creamjng at me in the lobby they did nothing and let him and then let me leave with nothing instead of helping me.

I did an online order. When I got home I noticed they put the wrong bread on one of the sandwiches I called in and told them. They wanted me to drive back to get a refund when I said I won’t be able to today they literally told me to save the sandwich and receipt to bring it in when I can. So you mean to tell me you want me to save a sandwich for days and waste more of my time to take it in. There a joke.

I was not pleased with my visit today i have been to this location a couple times already and i have had good experiences but today was not one of them, i had stopped by at 11pm and as i walk in the first thing i hear is profanity music playing & the guy attending me didnt look pleased to see me and was in a hurry to make my sandwiches and there was no one els in the store but me and i asked him if there was any soups and he totally ignored me so i spoke up and asked again and he said no so i just payed for my food and left he was beeing very rude and arrogant i dont think i will be taking my family back.

Stop! I have yet to leave a bad review till now. The owner isn't abiding by the regular portions your supposed get. I ordered two tuna footlongs and they took the smallest scooper iver ever seen and instead of round scoops of tuna they eveled off the scooper so you only got half the scoop and tried to spread that little bit of tuna over a entire footlong. Clearly impossible. When questioned I got an eyeroll and was told the owner made all managers teach the other employees how to cut back on portions. Frustrated by the situation I asked for manager/owner info as thete is no way tbis could be. Was advised hr doesn't have a phone. Stay clear of this Subway. The one inside walmart is much cleaner and arent jews. Dont get me wrong I love Subway but you won't catch me eating at this one ever again. I suggest you take a stand with me too. It is only a minute to cross the street and enter walmarts subway.....trust me on this one folks....

asked for provolone got shredded asked for mayo - no mayo asked for oil vinegar salt perpper all missing. its to far of a drive to go back. would expect an online order to be correct. but not the case. sucks. You would think I would learn came back to this subway as usual online order not ready when said it would be and wrong. Do better subway

They will align any upcoming online orders in front of you if you are a walk-in customer. I felt like they didn’t need my business as they keep piling online orders that keep coming after I walked in thru the front doors. All I kept hearing from the servers was “sorry, sorry, please wait a second” in really bad Spanish accent.. The severs kept complaining about burn out and the explaining of things to the previous managers and the new one on shift. Very unprofessional. I get that they get more sales from online orders. They should have an “online orders only” sign in their front door. Wasted time. I ended up enjoying Del Taco instead. They helped me fast.

I stopped at this Subway on 7/26/22 on my way to Las Vegas since I took the 14 freeway to Pearblossom highway from Ventura county. The associate who took my orders was super rude and kept rolling her eyes after every sentence. It was super unprofessional and it made me end up going somewhere else to stop and eat. Plus the restaurant was too warm inside too with little to no A/C.

I went to Oder 3 sandwiches and the blonde brown hair girl with glasses told me I couldn’t get tomatoes on my sandwich cause she didn’t want to cut any more up also it’s only 735 pm and u can’t cut any more veggies also she had a attitude cause I was using a coupon on top of that I wanted my sandwich a certain way and she proceeded to tell me I made it the way we do it . I was so angry but I bite my tongue and still got my sandwiches and the she was saying my coupon wasn’t working like that’s ur job but I won’t be going back in their I always go in their but she is really rude and my sandwich was sloppy I paid for the sandwiches to be made right . And her attitude was horrible.never again . And I’m done with that subway do better

Alright. I've been patient, but my patience is wearing thin. On Tuesday, July 25th, I ordered from the app a 6 inch ham and cheese sub om wheat which was made correctly and tasted good (the only reason for 2 stars on the food). My turkey salad, which I had planned to eat for my dinner meal at work, did not have the extra avocado that I paid for (as mentioned on other reviews here as an on going issue), and instead of oil & vinegar for my dressing, a white substance was instead on the salad. Thinking it was probably ranch, I tried it and to my surprise, it was mayonnaise. The salad was covered with it. I did not eat it, but froze it and still have it because, as also echoed in other reviews for this location, when I attempted to call the store to address the incorrectly made salad, no one answered. The phone rings until it automatically disconnects. Have been trying all week. I also, on the same day filled out a Customer Care complaint via Subway's website. I was immediately replied to with an email from Leticia Velazquez, the manager of said store. This email was a canned response that was automatically generated from the email server, and did not address my concerns in wishing to have my salad refunded or replaced, so I replied to the email requesting just that. That was Tuesday, it's Friday and still no response from Leticia Velazquez. Just know that you're taking your chances by ordering from the app unless you have time to check the accuracy of your order. Or you can go in and wait in the long line they typically have during lunch hour in the small, crampt store. Either way, Leticia Velazquez does not seem to know how or care to resolve incorrectly made orders and is content with keeping your money for poor service. I will make an attempt on my day off to go to the store with my still frozen salad and receipt to get the issue resolved in person, but, as other reviews here mention, even that seems to be a hassle. What a great reflection of the Brand for Subway.

Every time I order via the app, I chose Avocado. Avocados are $2.50 plus tax. Well if they forget it every time, this adds up. I went on the app and online to send a written request for my most recent $2.50 back and got a canned response by email. Wrote again, same email. Email doesn't even address what I am talking about. Just sending trash responses to everyone. Went to the establishment and was lied to about what time the manager would be in and supposedly none of the workers could refund me even though they are the ones not making the sandwiches right. Call there; phone just rings all day. No one answers. No online phone number as they went all "digital". Ridiculous online customer service. If we keep letting them get away with not making sandwiches correctly and forgetting items that they already over charge for; they make a great "tip". Highly annoyed.

I ordered online they absolutely suck for online orders. It never. Fails they mess up. I got 4 sandwiches all were suppose to have avocado was charged for it but didn't get any. They never answer phones

I stopped at this Subway on 7/26/22 on my way to Las Vegas since I took the 14 freeway to Pearblossom highway from Ventura county. The associate who took my orders was super rude and kept rolling her eyes after every sentence. It was super unprofessional and it made me end up going somewhere else to stop and eat. Plus the restaurant was too warm inside too with little to no A/C.

I went to Oder 3 sandwiches and the blonde brown hair girl with glasses told me I couldn’t get tomatoes on my sandwich cause she didn’t want to cut any more up also it’s only 735 pm and u can’t cut any more veggies also she had a attitude cause I was using a coupon on top of that I wanted my sandwich a certain way and she proceeded to tell me I made it the way we do it . I was so angry but I bite my tongue and still got my sandwiches and the she was saying my coupon wasn’t working like that’s ur job but I won’t be going back in their I always go in their but she is really rude and my sandwich was sloppy I paid for the sandwiches to be made right . And her attitude was horrible.never again . And I’m done with that subway do better

Alright. I've been patient, but my patience is wearing thin. On Tuesday, July 25th, I ordered from the app a 6 inch ham and cheese sub om wheat which was made correctly and tasted good (the only reason for 2 stars on the food). My turkey salad, which I had planned to eat for my dinner meal at work, did not have the extra avocado that I paid for (as mentioned on other reviews here as an on going issue), and instead of oil & vinegar for my dressing, a white substance was instead on the salad. Thinking it was probably ranch, I tried it and to my surprise, it was mayonnaise. The salad was covered with it. I did not eat it, but froze it and still have it because, as also echoed in other reviews for this location, when I attempted to call the store to address the incorrectly made salad, no one answered. The phone rings until it automatically disconnects. Have been trying all week. I also, on the same day filled out a Customer Care complaint via Subway's website. I was immediately replied to with an email from Leticia Velazquez, the manager of said store. This email was a canned response that was automatically generated from the email server, and did not address my concerns in wishing to have my salad refunded or replaced, so I replied to the email requesting just that. That was Tuesday, it's Friday and still no response from Leticia Velazquez. Just know that you're taking your chances by ordering from the app unless you have time to check the accuracy of your order. Or you can go in and wait in the long line they typically have during lunch hour in the small, crampt store. Either way, Leticia Velazquez does not seem to know how or care to resolve incorrectly made orders and is content with keeping your money for poor service.
