Great spot and usually do drive thru. I’ve tried their beyond burger “California Classic” in a lettuce wrap and it’s pretty good with crisscut fries. The picture doesn’t look good but it tasted great.

Food was good and it was pretty sanitary. It could have better customer service though. Me and my friends were eating outside and the guy gave us our food and when he did he said "we don't deliver" implying that we should stay inside to get our food. They also didn't even put my milkshake that I got on the list. He also sounded very frustrated and fed up with us.

I like Carl's because they have many options not available at other fast food (e.g. fried zucchini) and there grilled chicken seems to be better quality than other fast food restaurants. Unfortunately, they are ober priced and this location has poor quality assurance. We ordered 3 meals and a happy meal for $50! We could have gone to The Cheesecake Factory for that!. Also, the food was not fresh, the order was wrong and they forgot to include straws for our beverages and ketchup for our fries. Very frustrating when ordering through the drive through.

Whenever this happens at Carl's Jr I have an $9 cheeseburger that I cannot eat. If I want good and done right my money's better spent elsewhere!

This is the worst Carls Jr for deals. Every other Carl's in the valley or in Ventura have way better deals like 2 for $10 or $1 chicken sandwich with any purchase. This Carls Jr never has any of these deals because they are too cheap to offer them. Sell this Carls to someone that actually wants repeat business.

Ordered 2 California classics today just after 2 p.m. and to my surprise they were horrible, first the outer edges of the buns were stale, the meat cold/Luke warm and very dry, so the cheese was not melted and lastly barely any grilled onions. Very disappointed because I buy the classic regularly and never have they been this bad. Wanted my money back.

I ordered 3 burgers and two medium fries, and wanted to try all four sauces that they have, to which the manager replied that I could only take 2 sauces! Also, the manager did not want to give me a discount through the mobile app.

I think this tipping thing is getting out of hand. Putting a tipping jar at the drive thru ? Decided never to go again. This is in my shopping center where I work. Guess what, taco bell is where I'll be going as it is next shopping center and half the price. Good bye cold Bergers. And OMG how old is this place? Get a remodel.

I ordered drive thru and got home and the food is not fresh. The fries are cold and the burger meat taste old. I tried calling them and the phone rings and rings. All the carls Jr in Thousand Oaks, Westlake and Agoura need to do something about management to change the quality of food. Very disappointing.

If you go here during the day a tube pointed at the counter will ask you why you aren't attending mass. As a Christian I had to say that I was very offended to be asked by a person behind a tube about my how I advertise to the world my religious views. If you talk back to the tube it will say it is going to sneeze on your food tray in the back. I didn't see this, but it said that it has other ends of the tube around the restaurant and that is what they are for. I tried to ignore it and rise above, but the tube made comments about how immodestly my wife was dressed. She was wearing normal clothes and has no breasts to speak of. Whoever is on the other side of this tube has made me afraid to go anywhere with carl in the name.
