It's a place with great service and delicious food, nothing to envy from the Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises. Plus, they're very friendly and the prices are good. If you're in Agua Prieta and you're hungry or craving fried chicken, I highly recommend it. They're really, really good!

It was delicious, but it took them a long time to make and they didn't add gravy to my mashed potatoes.

It's a bit run-down, but the staff is very attentive, no complaints there. I didn't like the mashed potatoes or the vegetable salad, so I wouldn't recommend this place... It's not the best chicken I've ever had, but I'd give it a 7/10.

Tasteless chicken The mashed potatoes were colder than the salad, and I got hard, overcooked refried chicken. How awful.
It was really bad. Last week I bought breaded chicken and it was all spoiled. I didn't go back to return it because I was coming from another city and the gas would have been more expensive. I don't recommend it; we had to throw everything away.
The service and customer service were very good, but honestly, when I went to the restaurant this afternoon to celebrate my cousin's birthday and bought four boxes of chicken, the place had a very unpleasant smell that made me want to vomit. It didn't smell like chicken in good condition at all. Then, when I tasted the chicken when I got home, it had a strange and bad flavor, and after smelling it to confirm it was spoiled, it was unusable; it really smelled terrible. However, when I returned to the restaurant for a refund, they accepted it without any problem. I'm not trying to badmouth the restaurant, but simply sharing our experience to emphasize the hygiene the place needs, since it wouldn't be surprising if someone ate spoiled chicken and got food poisoning and related illnesses.
The food is more or less the place is not nice it needs to be decorated a little, I found that they were doing maintenance on the lights and to reach them the technician climbed on the tables without putting any protection, in the end a place X, I do not recommend it
