We ordered double-patty Rib Eye burgers, but what arrived was far from what was advertised: it only contained two thin strips of meat, with no flavor or seasoning. It was truly disappointing, especially considering the high expectations for a burger of this type. Furthermore, the box of fries arrived torn and completely crushed, which further detracted from the overall experience. We expect greater care in both preparation and packaging.

I used to love this brand's burgers. I was a huge fan. I always ordered from the El Dorado location, and everything arrived perfectly: hot, well-prepared burgers, fries loaded with paprika, and delicious. Plus, the service was always great. It was my favorite dinner, something I couldn't go without. The problem started when they opened this new location, and my orders are automatically assigned here because it's closer. Since then, the experience has been consistently terrible. Every time I bite into the burger, I find hard pieces, like bits of bone or cartilage. It's awful eating, constantly worried about biting into something hard. It's disgusting and completely ruins the experience. It seems like they don't clean or prepare the meat properly, like they just mix it carelessly. Also, the avocado at this location arrives in terrible condition: dark, overripe, and with a bad taste. Something that never happened to me at El Dorado. I have to take it off the burger because it doesn't taste good anymore, whereas before I ate it without any problem. The fries arrive cold and with very little paprika, nothing like the ones at El Dorado, where they were well-seasoned and delicious. They even have a strange, earthy taste, and I literally can't eat them. And this is what bothers me most: this branch is three minutes or even less from my house, and yet the food arrives cold, truly cold. Whereas when I ordered from El Dorado, which is farther away, everything arrived hot and at the perfect temperature. I've passed by this branch several times and even tried to eat there, and it's almost always empty or nearly empty. It's clear there isn't much activity or enough staff, which is also sad, because that probably affects the quality and care with which they prepare the food. Inside the branch, the staff is friendly, but the problem remains the same: the quality of the food. That issue of tough pieces of meat doesn't happen at El Dorado, only here. To make matters worse, I can't order from the branch that maintains the same quality because they always tell me I have to order from this one because it's closer. And when I try to order from El Dorado, they often stop delivering after a certain time. It's truly sad. They used to be my favorite burgers, my go-to food, and ever since this branch opened, everything has gone downhill. I hope they review the preparation, the quality, and the service, because the difference between the branches is enormous.

Nothing to do with the Amérix burguér in its beginnings, the chicken strips were burnt, the breading was terrible and tasteless, it seemed like they were doing me a favor by selling me the chicken strips, the hibiscus water tasted like it had gone bad, the only thing that tasted the same was the dressing.

I placed an order and it arrived a complete mess. The boxes were crushed, and all the food—the fries, the dressings—looked like garbage. I didn't return it because my son received it. Terrible service. Photos attached.

I bought a package and added a half order of fries, and the fries in the package were raw. They weren't crowded, and they weren't so busy that they wouldn't notice they were serving raw food.

Dirty, slow service, and the milkshakes cost 78 pesos and they don't even add ice cream as the menu says. They don't have lids for the cups. A huge disappointment.

The truth is they are delicious, but it's a shame they don't pay attention to the notes. I ask for fries without chili and they send them with chili. I ask for a hamburger without dressings and they send it with dressings! Terrible service for the third time.

Terrible food, especially the salads. The tomatoes were spoiled. The chicken and beef were incredibly tough. The lemons had no juice. Overall, very bad. It said it had cheese, but they didn't put any in. What a disappointment.
