The swordfish are very good, but some of the bar food is bland or cold. The overall variety is very good. The music is great and the volume is just right for conversation. The bathroom is missing toilet paper and there was a piece of squid in the sink. Be careful with that. What I found excellent was the service from the hostess, the waiters, the bartender, and everyone in general. Thanks to Christian, who I personally thought provided excellent service.

The cuts of meat were awful—tough, burnt, and cold, like they were reheated... old. The food was bland. The kids' area wasn't nice either; there were only balls. The only thing I liked was the music. My husband and I went, and it cost $900. We ended up eating only salad from the cold bar.

It's a nice place to spend some time, but the skewer service isn't very frequent. At one point, the head waiter approached us to ask how we thought the service was, and we mentioned that the skewers were taking a long time to come around and that they were skipping over people who asked for them but weren't being served. They came around regularly for a few minutes, and then they simply stopped coming, even though several of us were still waiting. As for the place itself, it's nice, pleasant, and quiet, and they have valet parking. Prices are reasonable.

The food and service from the kitchen staff and the waitress were excellent. The only minor issue was that upon arrival, we were told a certain price for the buffet (so we decided to check it), so when we received the bill, we were surprised to find it was different. We asked why this was happening, and the woman in the black dress—I believe she was the manager—told us that the buffet price had changed (higher). Paying for it wasn't a problem for us, but we told her that it's important to mention these price changes, because, as I mentioned, the price we were told upon arrival was different. We truly understood the price change, but what bothered us a bit was the manager's attitude and her telling us that "the prices are already on social media." We emphasized again that the establishment should inform us of these changes. Ultimately, the experience was pleasant, thanks to the service provided by the woman who served us and by Pablo, who apologized and showed understanding and empathy. Thank you, Pablo.

The food at the bar is okay. The meat is brought approximately every 15 minutes; I was there for about an hour and it only came three times. The bathrooms were dirty, the floor hadn't been mopped, and honestly, the service was very slow overall.

The truth is, the experience left a lot to be desired. To begin with, four of the seven swordfish they offered us came raw, not "medium" as they claimed. The meat was only seared, even the chicken, which is VERY SERIOUS. My wife couldn't even eat properly because she's pregnant, and we were worried she might get sick. When we mentioned they would come back when the meat was more cooked, they never offered it to us again. As for service, as long as the waiter wasn't distracted by his cell phone, he served us kindly. I think $160 for a pitcher of "Tang" orange juice, which they pass off as "orangeade," is excessive, and to top it all off, they "suggested" a 15% tip. It's sad since I went a little over a year ago and everything was excellent, but it seems the quality has declined significantly.

This place is absolutely terrible, starting with the cleanliness of the place, the waiters' attention, and the overall service—it was AWFUL!!! One of the guys with the skewers answered us rudely and made faces when we asked him something. The bar was cold, empty, and had no food; it looked like last week's leftovers. The food actually looked awful. The few things that were supposed to be hot were cold and reheated. The service is incredibly slow. We were a "large" group, and they only came around with the skewers about five times. Some of the cuts they served were a joke, other meat was raw, and some of the skewers looked unsightly. The glasses and silverware weren't clean. The bathrooms were disgusting too. The place is really not worth it at all; for the quality and price, it leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps the only redeeming feature was the desserts.

The worst experience in terms of swords; we waited over 30 minutes for them to come out, and they only offered us food once. We had to beg them for more than what we'd already received. I'm never going back. The children's area was awful. It looked like they cut the food with their feet.

Horrible. Terrible service. They take forever to bring the meat to the table, and one pigeon has more meat than the skewers they're carrying. They suggest a tip, but when it comes to billing, the waiter's attitude and pressure make you feel like you owe them if you don't leave more than their 15%. Grillers reeking of marijuana? How is that possible? Save yourself the trouble.

The nightmare began the moment we walked in. The service was incredibly slow, even though they didn't have many tables. Next came the drinks: a couple of "lemonades" where the lemon was the sourest they could find. When I asked for a measly straw for my partner, they didn't have one, and the glass was filthy. The worst part of the entire visit was the meat. It took forever to arrive, and the meat was chewy, with a couple of cuts even raw. The hygiene was highly questionable. When I called the manager about the situation, the young man smelled more of alcohol than my Cuba Libre, so we decided to leave. But not before getting some ice cream and noticing tiny rat droppings in the cones. I would never recommend this place. I took pictures of everything, and they're already on social media.

I was really excited to go. Of all the buffets, I chose this one because of the pictures, and it never occurred to me to check the reviews. My husband and I went mainly for the seafood. I should mention that I called to ask if, even though there was still an hour before closing, they would still be able to provide full service. They said yes, and I arrived right at 7:25 pm. However, when they served me, I felt very distracted and rushed. They went around incredibly fast, one thing after another, and even I felt rushed. The bar wasn't that great; some things didn't look very nice, I suppose because of being in the heat for so long. They didn't offer us drinks; I had to ask for them. They offered us about seven skewers, but there was NO SEAFOOD, and as I said, that's why I went. They explained that they had temporarily removed it. I was already feeling a bit disappointed when I suddenly saw two cockroaches on the wall in front of me while I was eating. They explained that it was because they had just fumigated. The last waiter apologized and even mentioned giving me a second chance. I really don't think I could go back because This experience cost me over $600 and I felt it was completely worthless. The suggested tip was $100, but I didn't leave that amount; I only left $40 because of their apologies. This was my unfortunate experience, my fault for idealizing it so much.

Awful!! Even the fries were bad, dry, and reheated. The meat on the skewers was completely overcooked. While the staff was attentive, the person carving the meat clearly lacked experience. The food wasn't worth it. For me, it was a total disappointment. The cold bar options were very limited and unappealing. I would never recommend it. An excellent way to ruin a day.

My wife and I were frequent customers, but the last time we went it was terrible. We went for my wife's birthday in the afternoon. The swords were mostly dry, salty, and almost burnt, as if they had been recycled for days. In addition, they only offered us cold cuts and more cold cuts, and the few "cuts" were in the condition she mentioned above. We commented to the person serving us, and after a while they stopped bringing us swords. We were completely ignored as if we weren't there. We asked for the bill and left just 30 minutes after we arrived. Terrible service and terrible food, both at the bar and at the so-called "swords." I'd rather pay more and go to other similar restaurants but with much better service and quality. It's not the first time this has happened to us, but the first time we let it go. I'll never go back. Also, if you comment on their Facebook page, they block you, haha. Watch out for that.

The chicken on the skewers was terrible—raw, the wings were cold, the potato wedges were cold and dry, the glasses were dirty not only with water droplets but also with pink lipstick, but that's not the problem; When we asked if the orange soda was natural, they didn't assure us it was, and we asked twice because we're very allergic to artificial coloring. They brought us the pitchers of artificial juice, and we told the waiter, who kept insisting it was natural. Then he said it was a blend, to which we obviously replied that it was false—if you're allergic, you know—because of the risk of anaphylactic shock. We told him to exchange the pitcher for lemonade, and only if it was natural. They told us they would charge us for the pitcher because my daughter, who isn't allergic, drank half a glass. They had already replaced the dirty glasses with the lemonade. My mom went to talk to the manager, who's the same one from the videos promoting the restaurant, and he just stood there with his arms crossed, answering my mom repeatedly. He offered her another pitcher of water half an hour after we'd asked for a replacement. We even celebrated my daughter's pre-15th birthday party there. The food and service were disgusting.
