A true Mexico City vibe, living up to the name 😁. Excellent place, beautiful, rustic style. The menu is varied and delicious. The portions are more than enough, actually quite large 😃, with affordable and fair prices. Going early and having a quesadilla with a nice cup of coffee is just amazing. Good service, good food, beautiful place, good prices, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended, a place you'll definitely return to. 5 stars

What a surprising place, here in Aguascalientes! It boasts authentic Chilango cuisine, delicious food, excellent service, a spacious, fresh restaurant, and great prices. I highly recommend the "Gorditas Chilangas," a tremendous gordita filled with your favorite stew. Personally, the Sudadero is my favorite. If you're looking for delicious, affordable food in a great atmosphere, this will be one of your favorite places.

The stews are tasty, but the presentation of the quesadillas and gorditas is still too bulky. And train the waitress; she needs to know her product, how it's prepared, and what it tastes like so she can make recommendations. She also needs to be willing to ask the cooks questions. Remember that the waiter doesn't just deliver the menu; he's also the person in charge of the place and the salesperson. I still give them 4 out of 5 stars because the flavor isn't bad and the decor is very folkloric.
