"Al chile, the best tacos" is a well-earned motto. The best taqueria in Aguascalientes. Beating Tacos La Gloria, Taquería San Ignacio, and any other. Excellent social media marketing, and it's one of the few businesses where what you see on social media actually happens in the business. The flavor of the meat and all the ingredients is delicious. The prices are excellent. And they have the famous Ke-Burrazo, which is truly enormous; four people can eat with just one. I had seen videos and pictures of the food my friend offered, from enormous tortas to burritos so big one person could hardly eat them all. This time, I decided to take my family. We decided to try the pastor burrito with steak, the ribs, and the machito, as well as their quesadillas. Unfortunately, not much is said about how delicious these tacos are. The ribs, even though they were pork (I personally prefer beef ribs), were tender and juicy. The pastor was delicious, and the steak was a little dry but very good. They use really flavorful cheese. The place is small, but the service is quite good and friendly. The prices are justified by the quality and great taste. Perhaps the guacamole could use a little more salt, something you can easily fix by adding some yourself, but it's still very, very tasty. The burrito easily feeds three people, and the tacos are generously portioned.

The donkey is very big and filling. The bad thing is that they let the alpastor burn and the flour tortilla takes on a different flavor. They should let it cook well because they give it to you as if it were raw.

I went to this place with high expectations, and without much hesitation, I ordered the large burro, as its size and portions had really caught my attention. Despite ordering to go, I was served immediately, with great warmth and good service. I'd like to say that everything was very good, but unfortunately, it wasn't. The burro tasted delicious, but inside it, there were four hairs, and it completely ruined the experience. I recommend you be more careful when processing and handling food. You have great flavor and good dishes, but neglecting hygiene and preventive measures to protect the integrity of the food completely ruins the goodness of it. I hope you can be more careful in the future.

Today I went to buy a steak sandwich and a chorizo ​​taco on one plate, and a steak sandwich and three suadero tacos on another plate. They took my order, and after about ten minutes I heard my name and they told me, "You ordered a steak sandwich and a chorizo ​​taco, but they made a mistake and put the chorizo ​​sandwich on. They're going to change it for you right now, but they're out of chorizo." I said, "Okay, just give me the steak sandwich on that plate." After about five minutes they gave me my order, charged me, and I went home. When we were about to eat, I saw that the sandwich and three tacos on the plate were all suadero; they had also switched the sandwich.

We were swayed by the advertising for their business. When we ordered one of the burritos advertised, it was indeed very large, which was true. The service was quick, but the flavor was bad (very salty). The meat was ground beef mixed with pork (it's worth noting that it's more expensive than it is at the market, which is the cheapest option). There was very little cheese crust, no avocado, and nothing else besides the meat. Each burrito cost us $260. We expected better quality meat, which was not the case.

We ordered a torta from Facebook that was supposed to be pastor with suadero, but they gave us just pastor and didn't charge us 290 pesos. Plus, they were out of guacamole. We're never buying from here again or following Facebook or TikTok videos. Update: It says order 84 there. It seems they didn't bother to analyze the review images 🤷
