Love Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. I originally loved it for the convenience—close to work, has a drive-thru, and easy access. Unfortunately, I’ve stopped coming here due to the lack of consistency. I’ve had multiple wrong orders, unfriendly interactions with staff, and inconsistencies with pricing, promos, and offers. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but all feedback matters—and I hope this helps improve this location. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie

Went up there for a smoothie and a acai bowl. Service was great !! the smoothie was okay i got no added sugar which made it taste real light and I actually really appreciate when its just taste like fruit. The reason I give it 3 starts was because although the smoothie was okay and the service was great the acai bowl was really disappointing; the quality was not very good and it was quite tiny for almost $12 . The toppings were good, just the acai itself I don’t recommend maybe their yogurt bowls are better. Overall if you’re looking for something quick and on the healthier side I say go for it but as far as quality i would say look elsewhere.

The food was not fresh at all and was pretty drive as well :/ the service through the drive-thru was good but kind of pricey for 1 meal and a kiddy small smoothie. First time to a Tropical smoothie and I don't think I'll be back to one. The quality wasn't there.

First timer...I'll start with the good ...the watermelon mojito smoothie was quite delicious the jalapeno corn was good the kale slaw was just okay to me. It was lacking something I don't know what but it had to much of a salad dressing type of taste to it which I didn't care for. I got the caribbean jerk chicken wrap. It was okay... too much lettuce too much sauce it left a mess in the bag and some of the pieces of chicken were not edible. Seems that they use some type of chicken with added fillers or something so some peices were kinda hard/chewy. It was weird so I didn't finish that. I didn't finish the kale slaw either.

When your Patron comes up to your drive-thru speaker and says" I noticed your sign out front and want to order two of your $5 smoothies" and you say yes, that tells me that I'm giving them for $5. When I got around to the window she gave me the total which was not even close to the advertise press. She then stated that special was only till 10:00 a.m. and since it's 11:30 I would not get the special price. Your workers need to learn some basic communication skills.

I always get the smoothie bowls and they are so delicious but I started to noticed the serving amount of smoothie has started to get smaller and smaller. Why am I pay $8 for half of a serving size of a smoothie bowl? I’m not happy with portions being sold, At this point it’s just best to only buy smoothies in a cup!!

Unwelcoming. Watered down smoothies you can just tell this place had its employees penny pinching this location just needs some new management it’s insane that I spent twenty five dollars on two smoothies and a bowl and for it to be this underwhelming and not even hit bare minimum expectations

Bad customer service. The 3 women’s who were on the morning shift on 10/16/2025 handled my food very roughly, not to mention that they spoke to me very rudely, making me have a bad morning. I hope the managers take this into account when it comes to how their workers treat customers. I will not return to this location

Do not recommend tropical smoothie place in Hurst, TX. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my home and both time I have had to buy from the afternoon night shift the food is not prepared correctly and smoothie is tasteless. I first started purchasing at the TS by my workplace in Arlington, Texas. The service and the food was way different but now I find out it’s a different franchise that explains it. The luck I’ve had with the employees especially the second shift has zero customer service skills or I’m not sure if management just hires people With zero customer service I had to return a wrap that I purchased Because the taste was off, I went ahead and took my smoothie because it was possible and now the manager John tells me that they do not issue refunds, even though this rap is not made the way I’m used to getting it from another tropical smoothie place. The receipt does not specify anywhere that they will not give you a refund yet he fell to give me a refund. He said he is not allowed to unless the order was wrong, but that’s even worse because the product I ordered was not what I expected and comparison to the other tropical smoothies I’ve been to this one is trash.
