NAYA and JENNIFER 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 you ladies are literally the BEST IN TOWN! I came here with my husband after a nice beach workout and was greeted as soon as we entered! The place was clean and so was their bathroom which I appreciate because that meant they were continuously doing their job of cleanliness throughout their shift. Food didn’t take long at all. I ordered the salmon plate and my husband ordered the lamb plate, BOTH COOKED to perfection. LITERALLY!!! Salmon was juicy with a nice small crisp at the top and lamb was medium rare which is should be. Hummus was so fresh and the rice along with the red sauce they have gave the perfect spicy kick to the deliciously made rice. Salad was also amazing and I say that as a tomato and cucumber lover for my salads. Honestly I went here about a year ago and wasn’t satisfied but my husband said he thinks that phase is over let’s go again and… I’m so happy I went in to eat here again. The service was 5 stars and Naya caring to bring the food to the table along with all the sauces helped elevate my experience. Jennifer you are an AMAZING COOK! Please both of you keep working here because from now on I can only accept food and service from this establishment to STAY this way. This is now one of my favorite food places to sit down and eat at so I along with my husband WILL definitely be back. Thank you guys so much for the beautiful mid day experience. P.S I don’t get a picture of the lamb plate but trust me it was beautiful and both are 2 servings unless your really hungry, lol 🥰

I really enjoyed Alibaba Mediterranean Cuisine in Long Beach! The kafta was very good, flavorful, and the portion sizes were generous. The seating area is nice and comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking which makes it super convenient. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered delivery from this restaurant for lunch while traveling in Long Beach. Everything was so GOOD. Food was flavorful and warm. I got the shrimp plate. Shrimp tasted fresh, was cooked well, and had great flavor. Rice was also plentiful and went well with the flavors of the shrimp. You also get a ton of food in the shrimp plate with a side of salad, hummus, and pita bread as well. The pita bread and hummus also had great flavors, so yeah had no complaints on the quality of the food and flavors. But overall the shrimp plate felt like a very balanced meal, so you get enough bang for your buck. Definitely will keep this place in mind if I ever visit Long Beach again in the future.

I had ordered for delivery through Uber Eats. The delivery was quick. The food was well organized packaged and it was hot and fresh. The chicken and steak was grilled seasoned to perfection. The portion size was good, enough to feed two people. The pita bread and hummus was delicious 😋 the dinner plate was about $20. It’s less expensive compared to other Mediterranean restaurants. **update** I had dined in this past weekend. The place is spotless. All the staff was so polite and friendly. Food is amazing!!! There’s free parking because it’s shared with Smart and Final. I love that they had cute little plants in the restaurant. Highly recommend to come dine in instead of ordering to go.

Combo Kabob. Kabob wrap. Fries. Outstanding customer service. Location was very clean and well kept. Food was good. Sauces were good. The prices were a bit high ($70.00) which I guess is just a sign of our horrible economic times. Parking is horrible.

I pretty much only write reviews when I am blown away. This place is beyond good. We come here about once a week and the food is always delicious. Every time I order, it tastes like the first time. I praise this restaurant for their consistent quality of their food. I’m a huge fan of the chicken kabob plate, but today I tried the salmon and I’m once again blown away! Keep up the hard work! Also, a big thank you to the guy behind the counter, he’s always very welcoming and informative if we have any questions (visited on 4/11 at 7:15 pm)

It's probably the best lunch deal in LBC, maybe LA! You get great tasting meat and rice with a super healthy salad for $10! I added some pita bread to mine and was still only $13 total. I was extremely full even tho it looks like a small box. Fast food is now $20 per visit, and the food is horribly bad for you. This place destroys all of them. Keep up the good work, Alibaba... Rubbing that magic lamp, put a genie in the kitchen!

Been past this place hundreds of times, finally ordered out and I am glad I did! Compared to any other Mediterranean grill this is the best! Everything was seasoned to perfection, full of flavor, and filling. We got the Shwarma mix plate and the Kabob Mix plate, that way we were able to try the chicken and beef. The kabobs : amazing, the beef was perfectly grilled and seasoned. The chicken was garlicky and char grilled but not burnt. The beef shwarma was full of flavor as well as the chicken. I'm typically not the biggest hummus fan as I've had a lot that have been pasty or gritty, lacked flavor or too oily. This hummus was great! I tried it thinking meh I'll probably let my husband have it bit after the first bite I devoured it with the pita. Oh the rice! Wow! It was buttery and tasted like it was cooked in a broth. I went in not expecting to be so pleased with our meal and by the time we finished everything, we were satisfied and know know where to grab amazing Mediterranean food whenever we crave it. It was about $20 per plate per person but the quality of the food, the taste and the portion is well worth it!

Went for a Pasadena - Long Beach e-bike ride, got really exhausted, and were looking for shawarma. Alibaba popped up on Search. And we are super happy it did. The food, the service, the atmosphere - everything is beyond 5 Star. For Mediterranean food ingredients freshness is crucial, and here - it is all super fresh. We got 3 dishes - 2 shawarmas and lunch - all just Perfect! Highly recommended, and will come again!

Alibaba is a hidden gem in Long Beach off of Redondo. It’s one of my favorites when it comes to Mediterranean. Great flavors, great portions and kind staff! Also great for teams and large groups!

lemme tell you their kofta is up there with the best of the best in LA. Get the kofta plate you won't regret it, just biting into a burst of juice and flavor and omg. In fact get two plates for you and your mom and steal the kofta from her plate while you're at it.

First time eating here, I ordered the chicken shawarma plate, lentil soup, and a greek salad. Everything tasted great! I ordered online for pickup, but the atmosphere in the restaurant was pretty chill, and the interaction i did have with an employee was pleasant.

It wasn't moist, but wasn't dry. It was tasty and savory, but wasn't a flavor that will punch you in the face for remembrance. The rice was cooked well and was flavorful. The salad was amazing. It was light and fresh. It was dressed in a way that added to the rest if the meal. It had an abundance of vegetables that was complimentary as well, such as tomatoes and cucumbers. The hummus was so great. It was smooth and tart. It was so tasty. I hit all the flavor and textual points. The lamb was great as well. It was cooked well done. It wasn't bad though. The gyro was great. The only downfall was the pickel in it. I have never had pickle in it and never want that again.

However the taste was good. We also had a beef kabob which was delicate and good. Falefal plate my husband ordered was decent, but not the best. We were very hungry from a long day so we ended up finishing everything. Overall it was a good experience. I think its a good try. My experience might be one of the misses.

We had a dinner here few days ago and it was a good try. It's a prepay order type restaurant. Although there was a minimum service, it was good and staffs were welcoming and helpful. The reason for three starts is because my plate didn't feel very fresh. I ordered combo shawarma plate. Meat was overcooked and definitely didn't taste fresh. Rice was slightly undercooked. However the taste was good. We also had a beef kabob which was delicate and good. Falefal plate my husband ordered was decent, but not the best. We were very hungry from a long day so we ended up finishing everything. Overall it was a good experience. I think its a good try. My experience might be one of the misses.

I'll update my post to add a photo and give the owner kudos for actually responding to reviews. Wether it's unprofessional or not at least he looks at them. I say someone that works there because there's tons of professional taken photos posted by the same person. Looks no where near what I got . I am so disappointed. My fries look like the beef was boiled. And there wasn't a speck of sauce on it. They top it with canned pickled jalapenos. Tomato looks like it's been sitting room temp for days. I paid 1$ for the chili sauce. Its not your usually hand made chili sauce. Its straight up chili paste from the big jar. That's not a problem, but condiments like that should be free. Not 1$ for a tiny little half filled sauce cup. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged you for ketchup. I'll repost their photo and photos of what I received
