Wow wow wow!! One of the best Mediterranean restaurants I’ve ever been to!! And I’m middle eastern myself, so that says a lot. The fermented hummus, Turkish version of Tabboule and the Mediterranean wraps were delicious!! I’m visiting San Francisco, and had to come here twice because the food was incredible!

We went here for brunch and had a great experience! The food looked amazing, and everything was fresh and delicious. The owner was very friendly—we had a lovely chat, and she even gave me some great recommendations. To top it off, she treated us to some free cookies. Highly recommend!

This is the best Turkish food ever I had in the city! I’ve been trying to find good meatballs like in Turkey and thought it was impossible but this is just perfect, can’t wait to try other items on the menu! And the ambience is so chill, not so many tables so super cozy, plates are well thought served. Come try the food here!

If you’re wondering why this place has a 5.0 rating and hasn’t dipped all these years, step inside and prepare to be amazed. Boochmania is bringing some of the most unique, home cooked Turkish food to SF at a very unique price, with huge portions. In short, this is a family run hidden gem serving exceptional food at an outstanding price. The mom, son and daughter are all cooking the food themselves. Everything is made in-house, the pillowy bread, vegetables, lamb, and it’s all seasoned so well without being salty at all. Every time is well thought out and executed to perfection and requires no modification. They serve lunch and breakfast all day, and a wide range of house made kombucha, fermented foods, and no matter how much you eat you leave feeling light due to its high quality ingredients. My favorite item is the pulled lamb burger. It’s a mountain of tandoori lamb, with a soft brioche bun, and a perfect light sauce, caramelized onions for sweetness and arugula to cut the richness. It’s truly one of the best bites you can have. They also serve authentic Turkish coffee and tea which will leave you energized and ready for the day. I’ve come here multiple times over the years and it’s been always the exact same and each dish is served with passion. They also have additional seating for larger parties upstairs as well so don’t let the charming front of house stop you from coming with a larger group. This is one of the places you will feel good about supporting when you see how much care has gone into every item. Super charming, great homey feel, with exceptional food and drink, can’t go wrong.

Such a great experience. Our host was incredibly warm. The food was above par (had the pulled lamb on a burger and the home fries). And delightful Turkish coffee served at the end (complimentary). The currant w clove kombucha was very yummy too… even though it’s not usually my thing.

Found this place while visiting San Fran. I had the breakfast wrap and it was very good. The staff here was super nice, as was the atmosphere. There appear to be lots of coffee and tea options, but I did not order any to comment on those.

Fantastic lunch spot! Healthy and tasty at the same time, with many different fresh veggies. They also have many interesting kombucha flavors which is a unique experience. Comfortable and nicely decorated interior. Service was nice and helpful too. Would come back.

WOW this place is delicious! It’s a bit expensive, but portions are large. For vegetarians / vegans, the fermented lentil wrap with vegetables is delicious. Love this place, wish they had longer hours.

Great kombucha, pickles, yogurt with best texture! Awesome food and friendly staff. I had the pulled lamb but there are also a ton of healthy vegan options. Will definitely come back

I ordered a Lentil miso patty burger and it was absolutely delicious. The patty tasted fresh and soft on the inside. It is a great alternative to impossible patty, that I always look for. Overall, it’s a great vegetarian option. The Ginger Sage Kombucha was also very refreshing.

High quality ingredients, simple design, unmatched deliciously! The chick pea salads is so so so tasty and the price is unbelievable. The other food hasn’t even arrived yet but I can tell it’s going to be delicious.

Such a great little gem. Had the lamb kebab plate. So filling and delicious. The owner was SO kind and generous, and provided a great experience The standout was the hand crafted currant and clove kombucha. I had two glasses and bought some to take home! Highly recommend!

Good: - The bowl was so good - I liked how there were all kinds of veggies and I added the meatballs that added so much - The place is super cute and clean - it's small so there isn't a ton of seating but at 2 pm on a Wednesday it wasn't too bad - Portion size is really good - felt like I got good bang for buck and was full Bad: - The wait time can be long when there isn't too much staff inside Overall this was super memorable and the food was so delicious, I'll be back!

Very nice, warm ambience, great music selection and super nice service. Most food was exceptional; i ordered the shakshuka and the lamb kebab, which came with bulgur, chickpeas and roasted peppers. The lamb wasn’t for me; the dish is named “kebab” but it’s not a shish kebab, it’s pulled lamb, and it was quite chewy, I struggled to finish it – a bit unexpected and disappointing. Portions are large.
