June 2025: Found my favorite pizza 🍕. The sausage mushroom was very tasty 😋. Also ordered a Greek salad and it was delicious. Had fresh thyme which added a bump in flavor. Nice red wine dressing that I took home 🏡 😄. Got seated inside at a table overlooking the park. Great spot if you can score a window table. November 2024: Stopped by for dinner and ate at the bar. Had the pineapple 🍍 pizza with a beer 🍺 on tap. Excellent pizza. Crust was thin and tasty 😋. Would definitely come back again for more delicious food. October 2024: Stopped by for a slice of pepperoni pizza 🍕. We were trying to get a table inside but they were completely booked. So we went to the side window where they sell slices. Overall, pizza was delicious. Will try to come back and get seated inside.
Great place to stop for dinner with a group. They get pretty busy before Chase center events (as expected) but we managed to get seated within 30 minutes. Easy QR code ordering, and you get your food quickly. The food itself is great! We loved the pizza. I do think the vodka pizza was cooked slightly too long, and the crust wasn't as soft as the other pizza we got. Overall, pretty good, but definitely room to improve!! Get the suppli as well!!
Gorgeous space with amazing patio views of the bay just feet away from the entrance to the Chase Center! Staff was friendly & courteous. The QR code on the table links to the full menu and ordering is a breeze, but it really helps with closing out the tab when you gotta hurry for a game or a show. The chop, caesar, and heirloom tomato salads were worthy of the Che Fico name and more than enough for 3-4 adults. Wings came out super quick and the sauce is delicious without being too spicy. The 20" pepperoni pie was great & perfectly cooked, but the pineapple pizza is the absolute realest of deals. It's worth a trip even if you're not going into Chase, easily the best pregame bite at Thrive City!
Pizza, sandwiches, snacks, salads, gelato... they've got it all. It's the same great Che Fico pizza but re-tooled for a game day crowd - pizzas come in 14" and 20" sizes. Fun cocktail menu - "Feelin' Mai Self" is an especially great name for the Bay. Friendly staff, great bay views. The perfect pre-game to any Chase Center event!
Pizza was excellent. Probably wouldn't order the vodka again. Fun place for a date night but there are a lot of work group here
Delicious pizza and salad! Fun atmosphere! Request to sit by a window or outside. Pineapple pizza is a must!

Let’s start with the most important thing. Do they make a good pizza? YES! And to judge this let’s talk a simple cheese pizza. Served to me near closing time on a night when nothing was happening at Chase Center. And yet the pizza was perfection - probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in SF. The sauce was rich and flavored. The cheese was the right cheesiness. And the crust and undercrisp were amazing. They’ve got some special talent here in the crust department. Staff was super friendly. It’s a great spot to actually try when the Chase Center is otherwise quiet. I will be back…
How have I only visited this place recently? Big restaurant, great views, friendly service, and good music. This will now be on my list of spots for a Valkyries or Warriors pre-game! I’m sure also a great spot to watch the games.
Waited in line all day on Saturday to try and get tickets for a show at Chase Center. This place was the light at the end of the tunnel. By the time I looped around in the massive line they had just opened the quick service window. Selling pizza by the slice. I hadn’t ate since that morning. So it was truly a life saving moment. Got two hot slices super fast, which in a chilly day when you’ve been sitting out in the cold all day was incredible 🙌🏻 not only for the warmth but the hot meal overall. Slices were a decent size and fresh. Good flavor, I can’t complain. I think I paid $7 a slice. Which was fine, it is SF on the property of a massive arena. Definitely the smartest restaurant I’d say not only for event days like this where you have 600 trying to score last minute concert tickets. But I’d say any event day or just a nice day in the city. The quick serve window is genius 👍🏻

Amazing view. Amazing food. Easy to find parking and seats when there is no game. I am impressed by the quality of the food. The true punch for me is the pizza. It is gigantic and delicious! The new york style that you can fold and munch on the toppings and thin bread. The crust is at the right spot of crispiness and chewiness. The best part: it doesn't break your bank. The quality of high-end pizza in a fancy restaurant but the price of a hole-in-a-wall pizza shop! I will definitely come back and enjoy the pizza again!

Pros: - really nice location - good crust - nice toppings - pizza counter and sit down restaurant Depends on taste: -Parmesan forward -thick crust Cons: - expensive ($9.12 for a slice of pepperoni before any tip) - toppings are sparse Overall pretty nice addition to the area. While pricey, it’s in line with the brand and location. The spot overlooking the water is great. I’d probably rank it in one of the top 10 pizzas in SF
Great view and vibe! The service team is also outstanding. Very pleasant. Food: The pizza is decent and has good ingredients. Comparing with a traditional Italian or Naples pizza, this is more close to a New York style pizza where the crust and dough are more oily and dead / heavy on the palate. With many exceptional Pizza places in SF, this wouldn’t be my go to for pizza. However, it’s a good visit if you are around Chase center.
Came here for dinner before the Warriors vs Heats game on Jan 7th. - The restaurant is really nice and clean - The 20 inch pizza was pretty big - The pizza was OK: the crust was a bit too cooked for my taste & the cheese and toppings slipped right off
I tried their margarita pizza. It was really good pizza but quite expensive. The pizza sauce was really good and but cheese was kinda okayish. They do have lot of options for pizzas, salads and cocktails. Do check them out when in town

Great food. Beautiful spot in the bay MIa seating service. I have 9’fractures and asked to sit at a low table with chairs. “All six tables were reserved” but empty except for one.
Decent pepperoni slice but nothing special, OVERPRICED 1 slice came out to $9.11 with taxes before they asked for a tip on the screen. This slice is worth $5-6 at most. You are laying for location and convenience/the rent of this location. Not worth it, but a decent option for the area u guess. The to go window is a nice option
“This is a personal perspective based on my experience there: the view is great! The current employees are very nice, but the food was not what I expected from a place built in that area. I was hoping for more unique or Italian flavors. The pizza was okay but not extraordinary or outstanding, and I couldn’t believe they were selling average baguettes. I also found it strange that they served wine in a small, unexpected glass—not a great experience. I really hope the business succeeds because the area is nice enough! SFO needs more investment, but they could definitely improve the menu to make me want to come back. I think the pizza I ordered might be the only one that stands out from the ‘average.’”

Completely bizarre seating process. Bar area is 75% empty and yet people are lined up outside, being told 30-40 minute wait at 5:10pm. It's like they're trying not to make money?! It's Superbowl weekend. Be open all day. Let people sit at the bar and order overpriced drinks. It's not rocket science. But no prob, we'll take our business elsewhere. ✌🏽
The quality of food has declined dramatically at Che Fico Thrive City. We have been huge fans of this restaurant and our families have come here for pizza at least a dozen times in the last 12-14 months. The pizzas were 2 stars - Pepperoni pizza had no more than 12 pepperonis on the entire pizza. I couldn’t believe it but I didn’t want to create a scene. The pizza had no flavor too which made it worse. The suppli was soggy unlike the usual crispy that we enjoy. The mozzarella sticks were good. Now let’s talk service - I wanted to not leave a tip because the service was terrible. Never has service been good at this restaurant no matter what day, or party size, busy or not, but today was really really bad. The servers don’t show up ever to ask how the food is, you have to wave your hand for 5-7 minutes even for water multiple times. None of the servers will ever come and ask if you need another drink or anything more to order. But you’re always charged a tip even if it’s shitty service and you’re ordering through an app. Horrible and I wouldn’t want to return. I hope Via Aurelia doesn’t go down this path too.
Scan our QR code for a $9 slice of pizza that you’re gonna be taking to-go. *eyeroll* Beautiful spot and view though. Pizza is nothing special.

I can’t believe how unpleasant the pizza was! Che Fico had previously been my favorite pizza in the city—I’ve had great experiences ordering from the Dvisadero restaurant and eating there. I work near Thrive City (Chase Center) so walked over to Che Fico to get some pizza by the slice for lunch. The regular cheese pizza was just not good. I ate one slice and threw the second one out, which is insane and unheard of for me. IMO, a regular cheese pizza is a consistent marker with which you can judge a pizza joint bc there are no distractions—it’s about letting their dough, sauce, cheese, and technique shine. And this pizza was really disappointing.
I would love to give this place more stars because the restaurant is nice and the owner seems nice, but I can’t get over our experience trying to dine in. We waited an hour in the non-reservation line, just for us to get to the front and be told they would put us on the waitlist for another hour. Mind you, they were seating people before us. I also witnessed them seat someone who was an hour late for their reservation. They also sat 2 people at a 6-person table (2 tables pushed together). We finally got seated after waiting two hours in the cold, just to be seated by the open door and still have to bear the cold. They honestly need a better system and should cap table times, especially during busy weekends such as all-star weekend. Also: as expensive as this restaurant is, they make you pay for ranch with your order of chicken wings. $70 for a 14” pizza, wings, and a beer. Insane. We just wanted food and to be able to watch some of the game. We ended up watching the whole game from outside and could’ve just ordered to go had they been transparent. The food also wasn’t anything special. Awful experience.
