Absolutely excellent sandwiches and loaded fries! Menu has a good variety. Solid location. Prices and portions are largely fine but could be a tad better. A comfortable, albeit slightly chilly, interior.

Amazing place amazing food. The owner and staff are very friendly and nice. I don’t understand how this establishment has less stars than the one in Oakland, Oakland is the worst fire wings I’ve ever been to. The staff here are the best workers I’ve ever encountered I can’t recommend this place more than I already do.

This place is amazing and Delicious ! Tony Lin and the crew there were very professional and fast with my order. Very clean facility with excellent service ! It was my first time ever trying Fire wings ! I am usually a Wing stop guy but after yesterday , I am sorry Wing stop but Fire wings is my new best friend !

Came with a group of bonafide wing lovers and we agreed the wings were excellent. No idea how this place has such low reviews. Prices weren’t too bad. We got the 60pack along with fries and celery/carrots. Got a variety of sauces and they were all excellent. Next time I want wings in the Bay Area, I’ll definitely be returning

This was my first time trying Fire Wings this Sunday Night! The place was not crowded at all which was great because I came hungry! Lol I walked up to the counter where you order at , the menu was located on the back wall. So tonight I order a 10 wing combo all flats which they charge $1 more I got 2 flavors Garlic Parmesan/ Salt n Pepper my side order was Garlic fries . I actually enjoyed my food and thought it was very good, I will definitely go back here to eat again .

Peanut butter chicken strips were delicious. Pieces were large. The ranch was delicious, but I wish you got two portions of dipping sauce for a 5 piece.

Great wings and great garlic noodles. The portion is a bit small for the fries. All in all a good fast casual food choice.

Food: The Food overall was really good as this is my favorite Fast Food Items. I ordered Buffalo Wings and Seasoned Fries, my Daughter a Buffalo Sandwich and Garlic Fries. I thought the Wings were cooked properly but not enough sauce on them. I loved the Garlic Fries but were a little salty and the Seasoned Fries were good but wished I would’ve ordered the Garlic Fries. Customer Service: The Young Lady that serviced Us could stand to use some more training as she asked if we were picking up or placing an order, I wasn’t sure what she said so I asked her to repeat what she said and she did. But while trying to figure out what I wanted as a first timer, the Young Lady decided to ask the person behind us the same question as if we weren’t there first. It was a little bothersome as I’m a stickler for Good Customer Service. Told that the wait would be about 15 mins and came back in 12 and it was already ready and wondered how long it’s been sitting. Oh well, but we were satisfied but didn’t like that they put our Cold drinks in the bag with our hot food. Not so smart as we don’t want out drinks hot nor do we want our food cold. Atmosphere: Dead with No customers until I came in and felt a little cold like No one felt like working that day. Maybe it had to do with it being Sunny outside and having to work. Overall: I’d try it again now I know how they operate, I’ll order my food online because I was a little Hangry it being my first meal of the day in the Early Afternoon having to wait.

Wings are remarkably consistent. Super crispy, even leftover and drenched in sauce. Online/pickup orders are ready super fast. 5/5 stars for the wings in asian fusion flavors. Unfortunately their fries aren't my style, and their buffalo style flavors really aren't any good. But if you want sweet/savory wings, this is the place.

Not the best wings I have tried to be honest. I ordered 5 fire boneless and 5 mango habanero wings. Mango habanero wasn't the best. The fire boneless were solid. Overall decent quality for the price.

I ordered chilly cheese fries and they were pretty good. Probably not come back here unless I’m buying chili cheese fries. But definitely not going back for the wings.

Service was good and fast, crispy fresh celery with my side of ranch. The only issue I had was with the boneless wings I ordered which tasted horrible and like it's been sitting out for a while and was reheated. There's very little meat and it's surrounded by lard and a pool of grease...I feel like I'm having a heart attack just by looking at them.

Sadly, I will never return to this location. The food used to be quick, delicious and Fresh. I ordered a 20 pack wing for the Super Bowl. Every single wing was tiny, hard, old and cold. These wings are not fresh, they must have fried them in the morning because they knew there would be a lot of orders, and they had them sitting there since 9 AM. They were tiny this time also. I can't condone paying premium prices for inedible food. Had to throw away about fifteen wings because I couldn't chew them due to the meat being so dried out.The fries were also old and hard as bricks. The management is nice though.
