I first had lamb skewers 20 years ago back in Turpan, China and it was a daily staple for my week there. I've only had them a few times since then but they have always been one of my favorite dishes. The skewers here did not disappoint. Bbq'd to perfection w delicious spices and the Dandan noodles were also incredible. Will def be back.

delicious food and decent prices. i paid less than $35 for a cucumber salad, lamb skewers, beer, and chongqing noodles, all of which were excellent lamb was nicely seasoned and tender. cucumber salad was aromatic with cilantro and plenty of garlic and sesame oil. chongqing noodles were spicy and numbing spicy, with bok choy to soak up the flavor.

Glad we found this place and it’s becoming my fav Sichuan style yakitori place in the Bay Area! Came here on a Saturday night around 5:30 and ordered their skewers, chives in hotpan, potstickers and their seasonal item, spicy pork knuckles (which is not on the official menu). Absolutely amazed by their portion, flavor and price. Everything was well marinated/seasoned — the chilis brought more flavor than simply spiciness. I particularly like their pork knuckles and potstickers — they were so perfectly crispy at the bottom that it’s taking Dumpling Home’s number one place in my mind. The restaurant was small yet very clean and cozy. Will definitely come again and try more things out here!

this place is such a hidden gem im obsessed. We went in because the line to naya is too long and devoured the place 🤣 we got beef tripe steampot, chicken noodle soup and choqing noodle 🤭 the owner gave us some chicken skewers for free too 😭😭❤️ we were talking about silly things over yummy food WHAT MORE CAN I ASK FOR

My chinese husband approved it. All skewers I ordered - lamb, beef, and chicken heart were so tender and juicy. Pig ear is also so fresh! Beef noodle soup is slightly (very mildly) sweet but I still loved it!

Definitely a newer restaurant, but it's honestly amazing. The dumplings were super tasty, the skewers were delicious, and I think the entire experience was very authentic. Also has a great atmosphere and reasonable prices. Be sure to check it out!

Decent Chinese skewer place with very reasonable price. I like that each skewer is smaller but there are 5 skewers in each order, so it’s easier to share and try many different things. We tried lamb, beef, chicken thigh, squid and tofu that are all good. Chicken wing could use more seasoning inside to get rid of the meat flavor. Highly recommend the bbq eggplant! Crispy and well seasoned with cumin, garlic and other spices. The noodle texture was really good too and felt very fresh.

A bit small space wise but pretty good skewers and service. Chili powder mix a bit flat tasting relative to spots in NYC but this is the best of the four Chinese skewer places I’ve been to in SF - would hope they keep tweaking the powder to improve it
