There was a line to sit inside but there was plenty of seating outside. We were greeted and ordered in short order. Our orders came out fairly quickly despite how crowded it was inside. The chocolate was delicious and we had excellent service.

So indulgent 😋. I love that they are open till late for people like me who like desserts till late in the night. Really good churros and chocolate. The place is very popular so prepare to wait for a ta le to get free.

We were serviced very rapidly and the waiter was very well mannered, and accommodating. Chocolate and drinks were good. Place was packed during the day. Only point i would fix is the bathroom. Lady’s toilet wasn’t flushing. Otherwise would definitely recommend!

I’m a fan of churros con chocolate, and these are the best I’ve ever tasted! The churros are perfectly smooth, light, flavorful, and not greasy at all. Chocolate has many options like vegan, without gluten etc. Very good,too!! It’s been my place to go every morning while visiting Valencia!

I was going to order hot chocolate and churros on menu. Then the waiter kindly told me in English that it may be too much churros, would be better two hot chocolate and share some churros. HE WAS RIGHT. Even i could have ordered small ones on the back menu… Very kind waiter and good hot chocolate and churros, 5 stars!

Such a lovely spot! The churros were absolutely delicious and great quality. I had them with a kind of thick hot chocolate and it was amazing for dipping. Definitely recommend ordering them together! On top of that, the service was wonderful: a super friendly gentleman who was quick, attentive, and made the experience even better. Really enjoyed it!

GREAT location looking out onto Valencia square! The 4 pancake stake was incredible and would definitely recommend. They did offer a lunch menu with sandwiches. Perfect spot to have a drink too, there were seats outside which offered shade or sun and seating inside.

Nice Churros, good service! They were really friendly even though we don’t speak the best Spanish. The Churros are crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The chocolate wasn’t too sweet, so we liked it better than any other places we tried the dipping Chocolate! Would come again! You can also sit outside in the sun or under an umbrella!

My visit here was enjoyable. A spacious, quiet place with air conditioning (especially needed in this weather). The staff was pleasant and friendly. Extensive menu with all kinds of chocolate, hot and cold drinks, churros, and bocadillos. I ordered hot chocolate without sugar and a portion of churros. Chocolate was dense and rich in taste. Churros were big, fresh, and hot. Everything was tasty. Good location. There are two floors with a nice view and a toilet upstairs. Definitely recommend!

I about died and went to heaven with these chocolates. I tried the small little chocolates that are like little balls where you can get a little box of 4. Wow! Oh my lord were they good. Mom totally agreed too. I also had a cafe con leche that was nothing but spectacular too. Service was good and I highly recommend.

Great place with local customers mostly. We ordered the churros with chocolate, really delicious. You need to add sugar to get the full flavour. Having a sweet tooth, I really don’t mind having this for breakfast 🤭 Service was efficient, some staff were very friendly to us and even explained us how to eat the churros. We came back another morning to try their bocadilla and it was nice too. Their special drinks were ok, I was not fond of the caramel one but matcha was ok.

Here everything is sweeeeet. Like sweeeeet sweeeeet. Really really sweet! Which is not necessarily a bad thing. Depending on what you're looking for in a chocolateria. I enjoyed my first churros dipped in chocolate and some horchata. Both good, and hella sweet! The bread with olive oil and tomatoes were a good addition, though I had to add some salt to it. The staff, thought it didn't know any English, it helped us and we managed to order. Nice place altogether!

Set aside the negative reviews. I really enjoyed the churros that were cooked perfectly and the Spanish hot chocolate was delicious. It gets pretty crowded due to its location but we had no issues and actually had attentive service from friendly English speaking waiters.

Desayuno rico por 3,30. Buena atención. Tienes parte de arriba o de abajo. Puedes pedir media o dos tostadas. Desde arriba tienes vista muy chula a la plaza de la reina. El camarero de ojos claros fue muy amable 🫶🏻

Un clásico de Valencia para tomar chocolate con churros. La ubicación inmejorable. El chocolate a la taza, buenísimo. Las tartas y la variedad de cafés, muy ricos. Empresa valenciana cuya historia arranca de 1881. Una petición/recomendación a sus responsables de parte de clientes con cierta edad: es fundamental un baño en la primera planta. El que ahora hay no es accesible para personas con difícil movilidad. Las escaleras que dan acceso al baño son insalvables para personas con problemas de movilidad. Gracias.

No es la primera vez que venimos a chocolatería valor, pero ayer fue todo un poco caos, no nos dieron todos los churros que ordenamos, de resto todo muy bien. Chocolate caliente estaba muy rico. Recomendado! PERO no en días de eventos en el ayuntamiento porque se colapsa.

Buen chocolate con churros. Terraza agradable en la plaza de la Reina.el servicio es lento para pedir, pero normal para llevar a la mesa . Recomiendo probar el chocolate.

Stopped by to have churros before our trip and this place was recommended by a local. Chocolate was great, the churro was good but very greasy, nonetheless it was good. The service was really good and the atmosphere was very nice. Perfect to have a break for touring the city.

The churros are pretty greasy and don’t taste much. On the other hand the chocolate is good and you have many different varieties to choose from but I really came for a good churros which I didn’t find particularly appealing here unfortunately. The service is good and fast. The place is cozy and very nice. Wouldn’t try to churros here again but I would try something else from the menu.

Era la primera vez que íbamos y pedimos un café con leche y le pedimos por favor a la camarera que no lo trajese con un vaso con un hielo. Al traernos la cuenta la sorpresa fue que nos estaba cobrando 1.80€ cuando en la carta pone que el café con leche su precio es de 1.70€ como se puede observar. Ósea que si le llegó a pedir un café con 3 hielos también me cobraría 0.30 cent más? Vamos de risa, por lo demás todo correcto.

Si tienes prisa, ni se te ocurra venir a este local. Tienes que tener tiempo y paciencia. A ver, todo ha estado muy rico. El problema aquí es que han tardado más de 15 minutos en atendernos y luego 15 minutos más en servir lo pedido. No sé si hay escasez de personal pero al ser un local tan céntrico, no pueden darse el lujo de no preveer la afluencia de clientela y que luego dejen malos comentarios. Pero si te gusta el dulce, este es tu lugar, ya que todo es dulcísimo pero muy bueno.

Despropósito. Necesitan alguien que les organice el servicio porque son incapaces de atender la demanda que tienen, no solo por falta de personal sino por falta de actitud. 30 minutos en la calle haciendo cola cuando las mesas de la terraza estaban vacías, y nuestra intención era sentarnos para consumir fuera. El camarero que atiende la bienvenida (el únic que tira del carro) pide que aun asi esperemos de pie hasta que nos pueda atender. La pasividad y falta de interés es general. El chocolate y los churros exquisitos, a la altura de la gran marca que es VALOR. Han de conciliar producto y servicio en este local.

Churros are great, and the food in general is good. The spot is great too. The people working there are nice but not the brightest. We were standing outside in the cold even though there were seats available upstairs. Instead of letting us sit and place our orders, we had to stand outside for 30 minutes and wait for a seat (that was free upstairs). I went upstairs, saw the seats, and asked them why we couldn’t take them, but they said “they have a system.” Insane. Even my Spanish friends commented that it is stupid and that they are losing money because a lot of people gave up and left the queue. It’s sad, because overall their food is really good and the place is nice.

Buen sitio para tomar chocolate excepto si te toca en una mesa que alguna mente amante del beneficio maximo a decidido poner junto al cuarto donde esta ubicado el compresor del aire acondicionado y demas enseres que tienen ahi guardados. Lo se por que la puerta esta rota y se puede respirar el polvo acumulado en el compresor del aireacondicionado. Es un lugar maravilloso en un lugar increible por eso le pido a la persona que decide que ahi se puede atender al publico no lo haga ya que es un lugar insalubre No creo que sea la imagen que quiere dar Valor ni creo que sanidad lo vea correcto

El servicio es malísimo. Media hora esperando y cuando vino el camarero fue a tomar nota a otra mesa que acababan de llegar. Cuando nos quejamos el camarero se disculpó pero tardó otros quince minutos a tomarnos nota. Y nuestro pedido llegó otros 20 minutos después. No pensamos volver ni recomendar este sitio. Y es una lástima porque el chocolate y los churros son riquísimos aunque han reducido el tamaño.

Mal servicio. 21/11 a 11 horas. La mesa olia mal pedí limpiarla y no lo hicieron. A los 20 minutos me traen el café y los churros helados, lo devuelvo, me lo traen de nuevo pero los churros lacios como si fuesen los mismos recalentado en un microondas. Nadie pidió disculpas. Soy de Málaga. Recuerdo haber visitado cafeteria Valor en León y Albacete y muy bien, pero esta de Valencia, pésima.

De principio a fin muy mala experiencia, 15 minutos esperando a que alguien nos atienda, nos sirven con la mesa sucia del anterior servicio. El camarero bastante desagradable… con la cerveza me traen un vaso caliente, recien sacado del lavavajillas… otro tiempo de espera para la cuenta. El chocolate bueno, pero la experiencia no compensa.
