Great pizza joint! Our group came in after hiking Mt. Langley, and we had a great experience. We got excellent service, and were given some extra breadsticks and wings.
After backpacking with friends up and down Surprise Canyon in Death Valley, me and some friends stopped here for some drinks and pizza and wow did they deliver. The beer was served in a frosty mug that was so delicious I was simply amazed, the pizza came later and was a colorful combination of delightful flavors that I savored till the last bite. 10/10 would recommend.
The lunch buffet and salad bar are great! They do an awesome job putting out fresh hot pizza and breadsticks during the buffet. Plenty of variety of pizzas and many toppings for your salad. I love that they participate in fundraising for alot of causes and you just have to mention the fundraiser with your purchase.
We mostly just order out but when we dine in its always a good experience. This place is family owned so you get that "personal" treatment, everybody is pleasant and the atmosphere is homey. They have little arcade for kids, big screen tv for those big games, cold beer and they have this HUGE pizza called the Sequoia! Yummy and did I mention huge, the box is 3x3!! They are very pleasant and helpful with phone orders and they have delivery!
The kids and I went in tonight and I left my keys and sunglasses on the table to let them knkw we are still there while playing games. They had salad and wings to finish but our table was cleaned. They offered to remake wings for us but I declined its was just a few. Not a big deal, but I believe a manager caught us out the door and gave us great coupons for next time. Great service and great food. They truly care about your experience.
Just recently moved to Ridgecrest and decided to take my kids here.. My husband and I loved how easy it was to get through the buffet line and the all you can eat time! The only downside is that it was VERY hard to find a table that didn't have drinks, food and trash all over it.
I went after a backpacking trip and had the best beer I ever had in my life. Frosty mug and pitcher so cold that it froze beer that spilled over the rim on contact. The pizza was amazing too. Couldn’t be more happy.
Great pizza, great employees, and a great place to grab lunch with their lunch buffet and $1.50 slices.
First atmosphere is ok. Yacht rock is amazing, sometimes smells like bathrooms are off gassing. Food is good but very very expensive
The pizza is good, but I come for the salad bar. I enjoy having a salad and a small pizza. It has a lot of inside seating and sports on the tvs along with arcade games. In the same space there is a coffee shop, never had the coffee there, but it's nice to have beverage options.
The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Cozy atmosphere, especially in the sun room where, in the winter, heat lamps keep it warm.
They have a buffet that has a variety of pizza's, salads, etc. But I had an Italian sandwich that was really good!
We went for the lunch buffet. There were breadsticks, potatoes, salad bar, potato salad, and plenty of pizzas. We were very satisfied with the size of the slice bc allowed me to try different ones
Delicious pizza. Recommend the spinach and cheese my favorite. Came for the lunch buffet.
All you can eat buffet from 11am-2pm. Clean restrooms. Large party room. Outdoor patio. The staff is very nice. Made us feel very welcome and it's veteran owned!
Pizzas are good. I’m happy with the food I ordered. A very American pizza place. It’s a good option as a lunch or dinner break for our road trip to the Death Valley 🏜️:)
I love this place such a great family vibe. I love the fact that if you take pictures of your meal they will donate a meal to someone in need. They are always busy if not in store with orders so pro tip call before you arrive to get your order in for dine-in.
Ordered there small pizza combo, for around $7 I highly recommend, great tasting pizza and breadsticks. Nice seating and friendly service as well…

Salad bar was awesome fresh ingredients and tasted like a salad should. Calzone and chicken wings were delicious 😋. Definitely will be going there again and again
Love the pickel ,pastrami and mustard sauce pizza, deserts pizza, aswome salad bar! Keep up the good work..
So last month I ordered a Hawaiian pizza delivery. It wasn't very good. I called and spoke to manager who was apologetic and gave me a credit for it. This month I called again for pick up, ordered 2 pizzas, a combination and a chicken Alfredo. Got a chance to visit , see the atmosphere and view beer selection. Pizza was ready, took it home and let me tell you, they absolutely outdid themselves...both pizzas were exceptionally outstanding, delicious, well made. I was very impressed. This absolutely WILL be my choice for pizzas from now on. Even with the elevated price, still worth the taste! I'm new in Ridgecrest, glad my first local pizza experience was Pizza Factory. Thanks guys for honoring the credit and making it all way beyond satisfactory. Yummy 😋
Ngl i hated this place a long time ago.. and only came cuz my kids wamted to try it.. and i gotta say i was blown away. Food was amazing amd done pretty quick, staff was nice and most importantly they used REAL CHEESE. Kids loved it, me and the wife loved it. We'll definately be back

Did the buffet. Nice options at the salad bar. Pizza was fresh.
The pizza is delish, and the atmosphere is ok. Could use some wall decor and game upgrades. They are super pricy for a small town. Due to the pricing of specialty pizzas, it's rare that we order what we truly enjoy and can't visit as often as we like.
The pizza was really good but the prices are high. Especially for a ridgecrest place. Had a small pizza and salad...over $30
It's not the cheapest pizza but very delicious. My wife and I especially enjoy the "Burroughs Special". The lunch buffet is pretty good too. We experience good service and a friendly staff on our visits.
I was dining alone. Ordered a small pizza, dinner salad and a soda. I was shocked at the price (over $30). So, in my opinion - very expensive. That said, the salad and pizza were both really good. Nice crisp lettuce with good ranch dressing. The pizza crust was kind of light and the sauce very flavorful. I don't know if I'll go back because of the cost, but if you don't mind laying out the money or have a special occasion, then I recommend them.
I ordered pick up. The person at the register definitely gave me the vibe that she was not happy she was there. I was told it would be about 10 more min. And around that time the guy in the back came out with my pizza. He was upbeat and apologetic for the wait. The pizza was solid. NO skimping on toppings. And I was happy to get a pipping hot pizza (not always the case with take out) As for price … it is a little on the high end. I always am shocked these days. Not crazy more than what you would pay at a pizza place of the same caliber (better than Pizza Hut, not as good as Mozza). I do not live in the area so this is not a place I would regularly go to. But I would stop here for pizza if I find myself in the area again.

Great pizza but not worth the price.
Tried the spicy Hawaiian pizza because of a coupon. The pizza was alright. I was placed on hold three times before placing my order. I picked up the pizza at the designated time and still had to wait ten additional minutes. My order was hot, at least. It's overpriced for pizza. It was fine.
I got 2 personal pizzas for me and my friend. I had a coupon for them and got both free. The pizza itself was just okay. It was very heavy and greasy, but it was still decent. The environment was cute, and I would go again if I get more free coupons 😂
Frist time ordering. Ordered the fiesta pizza. I liked it. My husband did not. He did not like the flavor of the sauce. Also ordered buffalo wings. They were not good at all and barely any sauce on them. I also requested extra sour cream for the pizza and did not receive it. Will not order again.

A shame, because staff is awesome and food is good. But the games are financially predatory on Children. We've come here for a decade. Now they have new games that my children tried to play. But the games take 2 coins, and each coin costs $1! So every turn is two dollars. My children each got a dollar to play. And of course, since it requires two, they got stiffed unless I payed another dollar per kid. Do you guys really need $2 per play on games that have .25 cent prizes? We'll just go back to the other pizza place with games

I returned to Pizza factory to give them another chance because the last review I gave them wasn’t good. It does seem like they made some improvements since I last went there but it still wasn’t what it used to be. This time when I ordered the pizza the wait was still a descent amount of time but only about 20 half of what I waited for last time. The pizza was better than last time being warmer than last time although still not what I would expect. Also the crust on this pizza was much better and tasted like crust not cardboard. I gave the salad bar another chance and it didn’t improve much at all. The items were slightly more fresh but some still seemed like they have been out for too long. The main issue I had with Pizza Factory this time was the atmosphere. Don’t get me wrong the atmosphere is usually pretty cool with the arcade and everything but the second I walked in I regretted my decision to eat there. The WHOLE place smelled like sewage water. I wonder if the food would have been better if I hadn’t lost my appetite instantly. Also the arcade which used to be a highlight for me when I was a kid was terrible. Half of the machines were broken and the ones that did work were sticky and disgusting. I don’t know if they had a sewage or plumbing issue but if they did just close the restaurant until you get it fixed. I really wish that I could enjoy it as much as I used to but I don’t know if the quality will ever be able to be the same. And the last issue I had with it was that when I left the restaurant my shoes were sticky. I hope they can start too use all the feedback from low reviews to improve their restaurant. Even though I say I won’t I likely will return to try it again and I hope by that time they have things figured out.
prefer dominos. 40$ for one pizza is actually insane. it wasnt good enough for that price.
The pizza’s were fine but very overpriced, $80 for two medium pizza’s and a drink is insane
Pizza was heavy on the toppings which was good to see, other pizza places are light with their toppings, at best. We ordered cinnamon bread sticks which was Awful. It looked like a pizza but it was like rubber, had little cinnamon, heavy on butter, and very greasy. There is little cup of icing, only 1/8 of cup was full. It was like eating cardboard. We tossed it in the trash. Last but not least it was kinda expensive, $65.00. I won't return, it wasn't that good.

walked in and ordered at 1835, small pizza and a drink, one hour later, at 1945, a family of 3 arrives and orders 2 large pizzas and an order of breadsticks, some how they received their order in about 15 minutes while I still waited. From my experience in listening to everyone in the building at the time I conclude if you are friends or know the people working there you get preferential treatment. $30 dollars for a small pizza I never received. I do NOT recommend this establishment, and I for one will NEVER return to this place again, NEVER, I'd rather drive to Lancaster for a pizza than set foot in this poor excuse for a restaurant again. I left the place at 2005 told them to keep the DAMN pizza didnt even offer me a refund.
Ordered take out and didn’t get what we ordered, Never received what we ordered. Waited 1 hour for them to deliver what we asked for and they never followed up. I called and talked with the manager and he said he was short on staff and couldn’t resolve the issue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOT DRIVER)AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. My mother always tips them every time (20-25% for delivery) for years now, you would think they would appreciate someone that is loyal and tips well. Guess not! Good luck and do your research on returning customers.
The staff is nice and food is pretty decent but you'll never know unless you're nose deaf and you can get over the small issue of the fact that the entire place smells like the inside of a septic tank.
I understand why gluten free pizza isn't on the buffet. Cross contamination is real, GF ingredients are more expensive, and some people treat GF like it’s a fad. But for some of us, it’s a medical necessity/disability. The pricing here is indefensible. $13.99 gets everyone else unlimited pizza and salad. Gluten free customers are locked out of the pizza buffet entirely, then charged $13.25 for salad bar alone (with no one-trip option) or handed an $8 side salad that is too small to be a meal. The only other choice is a $30 GF pizza. That's not accommodation, it's punishment. You're charging nearly the same price for less food and calling it fair. It isn't. Easy fixes: add a one trip salad bar price, offer a GF personal pizza at a sane cost, or discount the salad bar for people who can't eat the buffet. Until then, this setup just feels hostile.

I just ordered from them. I simply said a vegetarian pizza and a spaghetti. I get a calzone with raw vegetables. They’re not fully cooked completely different. What I ordered on the phone so when I call back to explain the situation they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. This is what happens when you hire a bunch of young kids that show no dedication to the job because it’s not their business. They’re just waiting for their paychecks they don’t give Two cents about the customers order or their money as long as they’re there to get their paycheck at the end of the week.
Really needs to stop the sewer smell in the restaurant. Everybody in town hates to go there now. Pizza is excellent. Smell is horrible. I would suggest going somewhere else until the problems are fixed.
We tried this place when we were in town last time. The food was mediocre at best, but the place itself stinks like sewage or something. They need to get that fixed because it completely ruins the appetite.
