Friendly staff, tasty classic food, and cool coffee flavors. If you want pricey gourmet options, go to Better Bite. If you want a great burger made to order in front of you, go here! The line is out the door sometimes but if you call ahead they will have your food ready when you walk in. They are great about customizing for food needs or going off menu if I am just craving onion rings. Probably not recommended if you are gluten free or vegan.

Woah. Just had the Big L. Had to grab something quick before catching a bus so went in with no expectations. Service was great. They ran out of whatever bread they usually use for the sandwich and gave me ciabatta instead. Loved it. Broccoli rabe was a nice touch. Big W for the “Big L”

Absolutely the BEST place for lunch. They also own the restaurant in the education building over on hawk st. My husband and I go a couple of times of week. Monday is chicken and Cesar wrap day, Tuesday is quesadilla day and Wednesday is their signature burger day. They are busy during the lunch rush on weekdays but they move very quick.

This is primarily a takeout joint. But - the Buffalo Salad was delicious and fresh. And the staff were so friendly and warm to everyone that it's definitely worth 5 stars to me.

If MaryEllen is cooking - she is the best. I go there like twice a week. Better than Better Bite.

The Cafe 111 burger is the best cheeseburger in America. Could not recommend more.

It's a spacious room for a downtown lunch counter, with plenty of dine-in space and room to avoid tripping over each other while waiting. (I was there during a busy lunchtime.) Staff is very friendly.

Location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were very good. I got a sausage egg and cheese, which was good, but standard good. The only complaint is that when they toasted the bun they toasted both sides and it was way too hot to pick up.

Food is great!! Prices aren't bad. Coffee sucks though LOL but, its all that's in our building so its better than nothing. Tim is absolutely fantastic, as is Serena and Vinny.

The food is fairly good and service is usually outstanding. They aren't as good as the nearby Better Bite deli, but their prices aren't as high either.

they have favorite customer, never gave us a new lunch card i guess that was because the other store was killing them down the street. now there gone prices are back up. and when Christian doesn't answer and take your order. your order is completely wrong and the wait is so long after you called in 1 hour in advance. i used to love it here but prices got high and they don't care for customers like they use to so sad ill pass moving forward sincerely Danni.. The people who work here are really nice, but this place is just way too expensive for what you get. Almost $20 for a cobb salad with pretty mid-quality (at best) chicken and lettuce and bottle of water is just too much money.
