AMAZING!!! Fast service and DELICIOUS food, I had the Ahi Tuna Tacos and let me say I've never had better served tuna, it was seared beautifully and tender in the middle. I even wanted to change something on the order and it was done with ZERO problems. All orders were complete and correct. Very high end and trendy feel. Huge island bar in the middle of the bar section and open kitchen connected to the dinning are. Employees were very polite. The menu was a unexpected "world tour" type. Most things I could pronounce only because the items were from Japan or India. Everything sounded delicious so if you want to be a little adventurous in a fun atmosphere this place takes it.

Sort of boojie but our server, Thomas, made our experience fun and enjoyable. I ordered the Muther Clocker (just by its name) and my husband got a BLT while my son opted for buffalo wings. The wings were mild and the sandwich too sweet for my taste but overall good. Thomas, kept refilling my endless thirst for coffee and water and checking on us often even though he appeared very busy. I would totally visit again!

A wonderful New Year's Day brunch with family. Split up appetizers, enjoyed our drinks and meals, and enjoyed catching up. Went back for a second visit in early May for brunch with friends, cannoli French toast and my alcoholic coffee drink were both delicious. Pics are from this visit.

We had a wonderful experience here for brunch this weekend. I enjoyed the bottomless mimosas for $20 (great deal, one is priced at $10 so if you plan on having a few it’s worth it versus full price). I had the cannoli French toast, it was delicious. Priced fairly for the creative and unique food and drink menu they offer!

I had beet/arugula salad. Very nice and light. It looked like too much, but at the end it was just the right size. Reggie, my server was very helpful and quite nice. All in all, a very pleasant experience. You won't be disappointed.

Went for a later lunch. There was one or two other guests at all times we were there. Stayed for 2-2.5 hours. Had a couple drinks, French onion soup, and Tuscan chicken sandwich. The drinks were weird so I just enjoyed some lemon water instead. The French onion soup had more cheese than onion. The sandwich was AMAZING -- incredible flavor, made perfectly!! The waiter was kind. I think he understood we were a couple of friends catching up so he rarely checked in. I found thus kind, my friend found it rude. Bathrooms were clean. Overall a nice vibe and would go back again!! (Totally forgot to take a photo of the sandwich because I couldn't stop eating it. Haha sorry yall!!)

First time coming here. Very nice atmosphere. Wasn't that long of a wait. Pretty casual place. People of all ages were there... even children. Waiter was attentive and very knowledgeable. I didn't think they had a lot of different food options. But very decent prices and the amount of food given was exceptional. Food came out nice and hot. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese was phenomenal. Very cheesy spicy and a good heaping portion. I took majority home with me; it was very filling. Burger was cooked well and still came out juicy. S'mores brownie was decadent. Will definitely recommended to everyone. I will definitely come back to experience brunch!

Had a great meal at City Line recently!! Been a while since I've been there! What a great bar, too!! Would have loved to have sat on the deck, but they have a "slight bee problem" ummmmm. Slight?? Thousands of bees!! Looked like it was a blizzard, there were so many! They have a gorgeous deck/patio area, with a huge fireplace and flat-screen! Time to call someone to take care of that! Other than that, we love it there, and we will be back!

Came here because I wanted to try this place out. The waitress was super kind and made sure that we were happy. There was a mix up with my drink but was quickly taken care of without me telling them. Drinks and food were very good, everything came out all at once and still hot. I could tell that our waitress and other staff were very busy yet they managed to serve very efficiently and kindly. Definitely will come back!

This place was recommended to me and I'm super thankful. I've driven by here so many times and didn't think anything of it (it looks like a small space from the road). There's a lot of space inside, has a great atmosphere, and a really gorgeous patio with fireplace. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious, my favorite is the salmon zoodles and the strawberry swizzle drink is so delicious! I will update when I try the brunch one day.

Wanted a quick bite before heading to the airport to come home. City Line Bar & Grill is a cozy little local place. The service was awesome & the food was amazing, I read reviews before I went that some that it was too pricy, let me tell ya I'm from Iowa and the prices were spot on for a restaurant. It's probably better than most restaurants because the portions of the meals were bigger than most portions at most restaurants for the same price!

Prompt and friendly service. The atmosphere exudes modern elegance. The poke bowl was served in a wonton bowl, very cool. My son enjoyed the salmon zoodles and ate the whole thing. Fig jam flatbread has (spicy) blackened chicken, avoid if you want to share with children.

Such a great menu! We had the avocado fries, the mozzarella planks w/ melba sauce, the birria pot stickers, and the burrata ravioli, and we had such a hard time deciding which was our favorite. Everything was super delicious! Great local beer selection as well, and the staff were amazing - so helpful! Love this place!

Pleasantly surprised, my Daughter chose this place when we visited her at college. It was easy to find, plenty of parking and has a fun and exciting atmosphere. I ordered the Bang bang shrimp tacos which were amazing. My husband got wings grilled instead of fried and WOW did they have great flavor. My Daughter got roasted cauliflower with her French onion soup and was very happy as well. Some notable menu items were crab cakes benedict which I saw pass by and looked delicious. I would definitely go back.

Had lunch this past Sunday with family and friends while visiting the area. Great ambiance, hostess was honest with recommendations for seating- outside v inside. Opted for inside, booth easily fit 6 adults. The ambiance is nice, easy songs playing, not loud- you can actually have a conversation without yelling!! The esthetics are solid across the board! The food was spectacular. The decision was hard. The menu is diverse and the food titles are entertaining. I had Quac My World ( hope my memory is good with the name). It was a wonderful variation of avocado toast- topped with a fried egg. The textures blended great, the tastes were devine( fresh and crunchy red onions, peppers, etc. I am considering a ride back up 2 hours just to repeat!! Others in my group ordered California Club, Beet & Arugula salad, Shrimp "Bahn Mi" Burger, and Mac & Cheese. Apologies, I was late taking pics- we all dug in as soon as the food was served😂 I don't have a pic of the shrimp dish Everyone was very pleased with the food preparation and exquisite tastes. We left fully satisfied and ready to face the day! There are so many great options, I suggest you review the menu first to ease your decision process 😉 Definitely would return!

The service was great, with the staff being both attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for a casual yet enjoyable night out. I decided to try the Buffalo Chicken Mac N' Cheese, and it did not disappoint. The dish was a perfect blend of creamy, cheesy goodness with just the right amount of buffalo kick. Each bite was more satisfying than the last, making it a standout on the menu. The portion size looked small, but halfway through, it was starting to fill me up. It turned out to be the perfect size. City Line Bar and Grill exceeded my expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the delectable food and vibrant ambiance, it's clear that they take pride in providing a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend City Line Bar and Grill to anyone looking for a great meal in a fantastic setting. Steak Frites will be my next meal when I return, which I hope will be soon!

Beyond happy with our overall experience! We sat on the patio (it’s beautiful and offered plenty of shad and sunny spots) Kennedy was our server and I’m blown away there is still someone in the industry as good and as seemly young as her. Attentive and friendly but not overbearing. Our drinks were never empty and they were the perfect mix (adult drinks) water was also kept full and iced in the heat. We ordered 3 apps between 2 people, left stuffed with left overs. Everything came out fast and hot. The portions are very large. 2 people can absolutely split one app. I’m overwhelmed with how great this spot is. Reminds me of downtown Saratoga. Inside was clean, the atmosphere very welcoming. If you haven’t tried I highly suggest! Bonus on the very chunky blue cheese.

Very good food! It was quite a busy night so we did wait an hour plus (they did tell us there was a 45 minute wait time) But the food came to us quickly, hot and it sure was delicious! Both appetizers (southwest egg rolls and Avocado fries) were very good!! Mixed drink and beer were Amazing. Mixed drink was perfect in level of alcohol. Both dinners were VERY good. One suggestion from the chicken sandwich is that we wished the piece of chicken was just a smidge bigger, but overall very well! Ravioli was delicious, I wish the sauce was a smidge bit thicker and had more vegetables but overall taste was very very good and no real complaints!! We did wish the patio was open, but they were having some wasp issues so totally understood! Overall would love to go back on hopefully a less busy night!

Great food and service. We sat outside on the deck. The food and drinks were all excellent. Very nice bar as well. I had the steak frite which was a generous portion and had good flavor. We had a kid with us and the kids meal came with a bowl of fruit which my neice loved. Other people with me had salads and burgers which looked good too. Excellent experience, we would definitely come back. Be aware that it can get busy, we had a short wait on a Saturday afternoon.

My 1st time there was only recently. They have outdoor deck seating weather permitting or a spacious inside area to sit. I would suggest they might want to have more umbrellas for a few of the deck tables lacking them but overall a very pleasant time, and the food was excellent, with decent size portions. The only thing lacking were the fries which seemed kind of meh, but edible. The "Son of a Beef", thinly sliced top round sandwich was excellent though. Be prepared to commit to one hand holding it to be juicy. It's just the nature of the kind of cooked meat sandwich. Well worth it! My wife has been there a few times and I would certainly go again without hesitation.

Your average sports bar, they have a bunch of TV's for watching games, a big bar, and outdoor area. The food was average, I had shrimp tacos and we split wings. We sent my husband's Reuben back because it was too greasy.

We had dinner here on Friday. The atmosphere was fun and the hostess was very welcoming. Our server wasn't great... telling us how tired they were as an excuse for not going to the bar to ask a question, then when our beer came and was flat, he tried to convince us it wasn't. It was. Been here twice and had a good experience both times, both food and service. Pretty good selection of beer on tap. One minor thing: Didnt like that the kitchen over-handled the chicken breast for my salad - they cut it up into small chucks and spread it around on the salad, would be much better if the chicken breast is left whole or in strips, not those small chunks.

This is the second time I've been to Albany and told my coworkers we had to check out this spot again. This time the food was okay. It packed a bit of flavor compared to the last time. I got salmon each time.

Took a visiting friend to City Line because they have a variety for everyone, fun drinks and always a fun atmosphere. We shared the Birria potstickers and I got the steak frites. The Birria potstickers were very flavorful and generously filled. The steak and fries were very good. The chimichurri sauce was a little spicy for my taste so I would suggest getting it on the side if you’re not a spice fan.

Food was quality and unique. Atmosphere was a little loud but it was very crowded and a sports bar. Our waiter was very attentive and provided food suggestions. I would return.

City Line Bar and Grill in Guilderland, NY has a gorgeous ambience and delicious food to accompany it. Although the fries were cold, they were replaced and the fish could’ve been cooked better, it still had wet breading underneath, no bueno. Yet, magnificent customer service given by Kennedy and staff on duty. Thanks guys!! A definite must see when in Guilderland, NY. Thank you City Line Guilderland, NY for providing an excellent place when you want to be in a different space.

Nice sports bar with many TV monitors showing sports channels. Huge bar with about 40 beers on tap and a variety of liquors. Indoor booths and tables, bar seating, and outdoor tables (when its not raining like today). Food was good but with limited choices. Service has friendly but with a long wait time. Atmosphere is all sports bar and does this very well. Go to place to enjoy Giants, Bulls, or Jets (despite being 0 for 7 so far this season) games.

I’m new to the Capital region and been seeking out bar restaurants that remind me of living in NYC. So far this place comes closest as it was pretty busy on a Sat afternoon. Had lots of hockey and college basketball on the large screen TVs and kinda cool I guess pop music playing loud. I ordered the fish and chips which was a large piece of fish actually it seemed like maybe a whole tilapia because it wasn’t as tasteful as cod fish but for $20 with perhaps the bottom of the French fries bag because my fries were all the tiny pieces and not the actual long whole French fries but they served it choice of cocktail & tarter sauce and asked if I wanted malt vinegar which I did. My only real complaint was that they were totally out of non-alcoholic beer and so the seltzer with lemon they charged me $3.50 so next time I will get a glass of ice water and see if they charge for that. Otherwise the atmosphere and service and tall loft height ceilings was nice and they also have decent amount of off street parking

Not bad. I think I’ve ordered from City Line about 3 times and the food is hit or miss. Big Big miss on the French Onion Soup; or should I say Pizza Soup? It’s so heavy with oregano or whatever spices they add, that’s it’s COMPLETELY inedible and loses the French Onion flavor people enjoy! 🤢 However, the restaurant itself is very nice with very friendly staff. I also enjoyed the spicy Chicken Pasta.

The food is great and I would say more but I don't have time. I appreciate the kitchen saying open, but don't count on the bar; they close when they feel like it. If you're on the road and you're looking for a place who unwind, try a place that actually sticks to the hours that they advertise. Really tasty food. I'd come back for lunch but a place it closes early on a Friday night... Not a good sign in my book. I hate feeling hurried and if I had known they were going to close earlier than the advertised hours, I would have gone someplace else. Really put the damper on my tacos.

I have never in my life waited so long for appetizers.. They took so long to bring it out that it came with our food that took even longer. A whole middle row and the first booth got their food before us and they came after us. Make reservations in advance if you want to eat outside... On the plus side all the food we ordered was really really good thank god. Its a 90min seating time it took us 90mins to get our food smh

I went here for brunch yesterday. I got the wings, and the chicken fried steak Benedict. The wings were really good, the steak Benedict was alright, it lacked a little flavor and the eggs were poached in some sort of case or contraption to make them perfectly round, although they looked great they were lacking flavor due to not being exposed to a seasoned acidic water bath like poached eggs. People do this at busy places so they don't have to crack eggs on the line... That and the mediocre service is why I gave it 3 stars.. I'll try going again soon and leave an update.

It’s a cool place, it’s like an AppleBees but slightly better. The food options sounds very good on the menu, but doesn’t really stand up to the hype from the waitress. The brisket Mac and cheese is VERY sweet, which is a weird taste for a Mac and cheese and the brisket is barely there and almost seems like not real proper brisket. The spicy chicken rolls are good, but after eating one initial piece, you’re left not wanting to continue as the taste doesn’t urge you to want more. The drinks are not good either, could’ve been the one I got too. She told me to opt out of the mezcal for reg tequila and the drink was so bland, but it wasn’t just because of that. They fixed it and then the entire drink was salty, a very weird taste, it tasted like the salted rim got mixed into the drink x10. The waitress was the best part not gon lie. But if you want some decent food close to campus, I guess. Oh wait.. the chocolate cake was AMAZING!

Visited during happy hour as it was a friend's last day at work. It wasn't terribly busy but there was not enough staff for the crowd that present. There was a wait at the bar for a drink and it difficult to find some one to take an order for food. While we were finally able to place a order for appetizers it took so long to get them we decided to not order an entree. The 🍷 drinks while flavorful I felt were a little high during happy hour. Oh while it took a bit for us to get our appetizers they were good. Now the heat was a different thing, it was hot, they only had the large fans going, perhaps they cooled those who sat underneath them, but from our seats it was hot, we tried outside but it was hotter. We were sweating!!!

Ordered from here on UberEats. Definitely not doing that again. It took 70 minutes for my food to arrive after it was picked up at the restaurant itself (110 minutes from the time I ordered it). As one might imagine, the food was inedible when it arrived. I microwaved it and it just wasn't the same. I paid extra for ranch sauce, which had to be thrown away due to the massive risk of food poisoning (dairy left out for 70 minutes after prep and next to warm food). Ultimately, I think the restaurant has potential, but this was a bust.

Mixed Experience at City Line Bar and Grill 🍻 We were excited to try City Line Bar and Grill after seeing their appealing drink and food menu online and sports bar vibe, but our visit left us with mixed feelings. 🍺Drinks: I was looking forward to trying the Nine Pin Local Dry Cider (On Tap) listed on both their online and in-house drink menus. Unfortunately, the bartender informed me they "never" carried it. When I asked for a similar cider recommendation, she wasn’t sure. After sampling three options, I finally landed on the Hudson Cider, which was solid—but the process felt unnecessarily complicated. My wife requested a Blood Orange Margarita, which the server/bartender kindly agreed to make. What arrived, however, was more of a standard orange juice margarita. Later, she ordered another, and this time it came out as a plain margarita. We didn’t want to press the issue since the server was clearly busy with her 5 tables (out of 50 other empty tables), but it was a bit disappointing. 🥟 Appetizers: We started with the Birria Short Rib Potstickers. They were flavorful but extremely spicy—enough to catch you off guard. If you love heat, you might enjoy the mouth-numbing kick. The Corn Queso, on the other hand, lacked seasoning. It didn’t have the richness of a proper béchamel base, and we suspect the salt shakers (with holes too small for coarse salt, figured this out once we used it at the table and nothing came out..A sea salt, but not see salt failure! 😆 🤣) may be contributing to under-seasoned dishes. 🍗 Entrées: The highlight of the night was the Orange and Honey Sriracha Chicken Wing were absolutely delicious! Perfectly balanced heat and sweetness. Highly recommend. My wife ordered the Steak Frites. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned, but the steak, while cooked to temperature, was bland and lacked seasoning. (Another See 👀 Salt 🧂 Failure) The accompanying chimichurri was a dark green purée—bitter and overpowering 🤢🥵. A traditional chimichurri should be chopped, not blended, and include oil, vinegar, parsley, cilantro, garlic, and red pepper flakes for a fresh, vibrant flavor. 📸 Final Thoughts: We may give City Line another try down the road (if the small things are fixed and Nine Pin is added back), and next time we’ll snap some photos. But until the menu inconsistencies and seasoning issues are addressed, we’ll likely explore other local options. Lastly let your customer and staff feedback of the food help your restaurant grow and improve. It is a nice restaurant if its managed properly.

Seems the food here has gone downhill. Had lunch, a shrimp po boy sandwich, a chicken sandwich and French onion soup. One non-alcoholic drink. The soup was mediocre at best. My shrimp po boy came with two wooden skewers that were laid inside the roll in such a way that I only discovered them after biting into the roll-not good food prep! My wife's sandwich was rather tasteless when compared to the menu description of it. And what's with the French fry crumbs? Literally a basket full of the end pieces from the bag. All less than an inch long, mostly crumbs. For a $65 lunch you'd think they could give you something more than the last crumbs in the bag. On the bright side, our server was excellent and the non-alcoholic cocktail was great. But these alone are not enough to draw us back. Do better, City Line

Very little flavor. The sauce was cold and tasteless. The waitress was very nice. The beer was fine. Just don't get the bang bang shrimp. It was not bang bang.

I tried close to 5-6 appetisers .. I only liked 1-2 of them. All others were not made tasty. Liked the similar starters at cheesecake. Overall I felt this restaurant is over rated only because of outdoor ambience . But food is not given much priority . No proper AC too in summers. Felt very hot seating inside

This was my first time eating in this establishment, the service was great, the food was trash. It was so nasty, I got Fish and Chips. It tastes like salt it'sin the fries and the fish taste like pure. water the sauce and noodles we're just throwing together. No seasoning at all. And the chicken tenders were mushy, I would never recommend this place again.

Nice looking venue with sub par service that can’t seem to handle when they get more than a few tables. Foods a bit over priced along with the drinks. Paying more for the atmosphere than the actual experience. Brunch is from 11am - 2pm but refused to make chicken and waffles at 1:52pm because brunch ends at 1:50pm… even though everything says 2pm. I ordered a Truffle Brie Burger medium rare from City Line and the picture below is what I received. Completely raw. After contacting Grubhub for a refund, I contacted the restaurant directly to inform them of the situation and ensure that other burgers weren’t being prepared this way. They nonchalantly responded with “we’ll look into it”. It was pretty obvious that they weren’t very concerned. If this is how you handle food safety concerns from patrons, then you shouldn’t be in business.

Dined in last night and after waiting 40 mins just to get our food, I was served completely raw steak it was cold to the touch. I sent it back and then was brought back the same steak still undercooked, when I asked for it to be medium. now I have food poisoning. Completely unacceptable, whoever is in that kitchen does not care about food safety. And the worst part is it seems to be a reoccurring event after checking some other reviews.

I was so excited to try this restaurant for the first time, and the food itself was very good. Unfortunately, the overall experience was unacceptable. When I sat down and opened my napkin, there was a roach inside it. This was especially concerning given the restaurant’s open kitchen concept, where food and utensils are in close proximity to the dining area. The staff did comp my bill, which I appreciate. However, the response felt minimal for the seriousness of the issue. I was told pest control would be contacted, and that was the extent of the follow-up at the time. While the food was good, cleanliness and food safety are critical. I hope the situation is addressed thoroughly moving forward.

I order chips and fish and the only thing that was seasoned was the French fries. The wings we ordered was frozen wings not fresh. The Tabasco sauce was spoiled. The raspberry lemonade and Shirley temple was awesome.
