My title: I CAN'T BELIEVE I ATE THAT... Today a couple co-workers and I ordered food from Ichiban. Yesterday I ordered from Shotgun Sushi (great food all around btw, felt confident with every bite). What a different quality in presentation and color. I did not feel confident looking at my Sushi today... With every bite I got an adrenaline rush...I thought is this going to make me sick. The food is edible, but I give this advice to Ichiban you can be a hole in the wall and have the busiest restaurant, it is the quality and taste of the food that makes customers say, " I WANT MORE"... Not shutting their eyes with every bite. As for the Crab Rangoon I ordered they were great!! Nice crispy shell, but like a tear drop of stuffing in side. Most of them were stuck together and snapped in half. I would give them a 5 IF they had an adequate amount of stuffing. After all is the calories from what I am about to eat worth the bite....

Hmmmmm first 2 times I came the food was delicious the sweet & sour soup was on point. And the egg rolls were hot and crunchy. Last time I came the soup was tasteless and egg roll cold. I don't live in the area anymore but hopefully it got better

Ordered $70 worth of food for pick up. I requested green onions in my hot and sour soup. There was 2 slices. When I went in to confront the owner about it. She showed me a container full of MSG and sparse green onions. Stating that they do not charge extra. Couldn't find a container. I said forget it andedt. Got home to my daughter finding a gelly like substance in her chow mien. Photo attached. They do not care about customer satisfaction only about the money.

This restaurant is mediocre. The sushi was not tasty they made the crab rolls with Miracle Whip and not cream cheese! You could taste the difference! My friend ended up with a stomach bug after eating here. The waitress was not manner able and very impatient. I could have went to the corner store Chinese food take out and got better service with less expensive food!

I am giving this place 2 stars because I don't usually have trouble with delivery but for some reason tonight was the worst. Me and my co-worker ordered food and didn't get it until just under 2 hours later. I had to call several times to see where it was because I was told over and over again that it was on the way. When I got my food it wasn't cold but wasn't hot at all. I ordered Mai fun which I was hoping was worth the wait and it definitely wasn't! I did enjoy the spicy tuna and salmon tuna rolls I ordered but to be honest this may be the last time I order from this place. Good luck!

We also used to like and have a good impression about this restaurant, but not anymore. My husband called them to inquire about getting a separate room for my birthday, he mentioned that it is going to be only 4 members of my family so he wanted to know how much is going to be for the room, knowing rooms are typically for larger parties but willing to pay for it, they said it's free. We show up in time...but the waiter sat us down and told us in a rude manner that we can't have the room since it was only the 4 of us :( We got up and left ...not going there anymore.

Food came an hour late and was cold and soggy and missing items from the order. When I initially called to inform them of the food quality the lady rudely told me to contact GrubHub and hung up. When I called back and told them I was missing food they were magically able to adjust the charge. This is my last time dealing with bad business

The most uncooperative service I have ever encountered. I would give less than one star if I could. The people lie to you about delivering, about waiting outside and changing the time food will be delivered about 4 times for only 2 items. The place is located only about 3 miles from my house so this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Just order from Chowfun instead, great food and great service there, always on time and customer service is very helpful and nice.

Ordered food at 11:30 with specific directions. At 12:15 a driver with a bad attitude called asking, "where are you"? After trying to explain and he becoming more frustrated, he went to the front of the building I work in and put me in the phone with someone in a different company on the phone. At this point, I was literally standing outside of the building to help the guy find me but to no avail. He then handed the phone to someone else who yelled at me asking where I am. She tried to give him direction which he simply got into his car and drove in circles around my building while I asked him over and over to stop honking. I literally had to chase him and flag him down. When he finally saw me, he was rude, and had me on speaker phone the whole time, as I could start to hear my voice on his phone asking him to stop walking so I didn't have to chase him. He just about threw my food at me, which was, by that time, cold and yucky and departed from the building screeching tires like a lunatic! Totally unprofessional and totally ridiculous that he did all of this at my place of business!

My boyfriend and I order here all the time off of Grubhub and the food is average but that's not my problem with this place. My problem is with the delivery people they don't get out of the car and you have to go get the food. Last time I checked the whole point of delivery is to not have to leave your house. And then today took the cake, the driver again made me come to him and didn't get out of his car. And then the icing on the cake he had the balls to show me previous orders and how much I've tipped him. Yes I don't give good tips because he's only doing half his job. I think I'm done ordering from this place.
