This is an Awesome spot for Sushi, Ramen, and Specially the fried rice! Finally stopped in after passing by many times while at the mall and always was tempted to look at the menu and once I seen that they had Gluten Free noodles, I was guaranteed to try it eventually. I got a spicy tuna roll and my fiancé got a shrimp tempura roll, both were So Good and very well made! Decent wasabi as well! Then we shared a shrimp fried rice and our Ramen bowls came out just after the rice. The shrimp fried rice was Absolutely the best! The smell, the taste just blew us away. Every bite was pure happiness! The ramen bowls were nice and big and presented beautifully! It was my fiancé’s first time trying ramen and she fell in love first sip of the broth. It Was Excellent! Ella our server did an outstanding job and the manager I believe gave us some great recommendations as well! We are excited to come back for me delicious food!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant, blending the best of BBQ, sushi, and ramen. My impromptu decision to bring my new wife here turned into a culinary delight. The Ramen was AMAZING! So far it was the best we have ever had. We tried another popular ramen restaurant in Albany prior, but Kazan was much better. Also, the sushi was delicious and well made. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our waiter was super patient and answered all of our questions. The food came out quickly. The steamed duck rolls were incredible. We had a fantastic experience and plan to return. The one and only thing I would change would be to add a kids menu. It is perfect without it of course, but would be a good addition for families :)

I had the pleasure of going to this fine establishment over the weekend. It was a pleasant dining experience and a clean place right off the bat. I was greeted by my waiter Timmy who was extremely kind and is a wonderful waiter. When running an establishment it's a huge benefit to have good customer service and that is what we received through Timmy and the wonderful cooks. I have been all across the world and have even traveled to China where I have had some of the best Asian foods and ramens possible. The Kazan BBQ, Ramen, & Bar was extremely good and I'm glad I chose to go here. The food was very reminiscent of my trips to Asia and was as good if not better then the true authentic food from Asia that I have tried. We decided to go with the Famous ramen and an appetizer. I chose the pork belly and my partner chose to go with the vegetable Ramen. For our appetizer we had some delicious shrimp tempura. This was a good choice because we didn't even need to get desert. The meal was provided to us with lightning speed and I was actually impressed. Food was great and I would highly recommend it.

A.m.a.z.i.n.g. cannot even find more words to describe! The food was delicious, the vibe was so calm and chill, our waitress was a super sweetheart. So welcoming, nice and great at her job. The food was so good. My boyfriend and I had been debating going here for months and im so sad we didn't go sooner. The Avocado roll was delish, coconut shrimp, and pork Goyza was amazing. Both our ramens were SO good (he built his own, I got beef) and the fried ice cream was Perfect. It was crunchy, but sweet and soft. It was honestly the best. We could go back everyday! The prices are great for quality of food. Were so excited to go back!

Coming here for 3 years now. Always great food and nice quiet atmosphere. Wait staff is always nice, even when busy. The grill part is the winner especially with the marinades/seasoning they use on the meats. A little pricey, but so is fast food these days.

Let me be clear. The food is fantastic… that’s how it stays open. The service is atrocious. I’ve been here several times only because the food is that good. There was no silverware on the table. We had to take it from another table. Then our soup was completely forgotten, and when we confronted the waiter he said “oh, soup comes after the meal because it’s hot.” (How ridiculous does that sound). Another time we had to get up and go to the bar to get our beers because the waitress forgot them entirely. Also, my father’s order was completely incorrect, so we had to walk out. There’s a simple sequence to running a restaurant and this place just doesn’t understand that. They didn’t provide water and they can’t even bring out each persons meal all at the same time. This is restaurant business 101. If they don’t fix basic service, I doubt it will last. Try the great food while you can, but beware of the experience

Went with my sister to do the Ayce bbq we were seated quickly but at our first table the grill wasn't working so we were moved to a new table we also weren't seated with any plates or forks at either table we had to ask for them. It took almost an hour for our first round of food, and after the first round we submitted two more but with very little food and that took another 30 minutes which is disappointing considering it's BBQ. We cook it ourselves so I don't understand what took so long to get to our table. Everything was also lacking in flavor the server also forgot our drinks and to top it all off when paying we noticed a roach on the wall when telling the waiter he had a bit of an attitude meanwhile we just wanted to make sure someone's aware so they can get that situation handled before it becomes a bigger problem for the restaurant.

My husband and I have been going there since they opened and the food has always been good. This past Saturday we went there before a movie and their ramen was extremely disappointing. I’m pretty sure they switched their home-made noodle with cheap frozen ones. I had one bite and didn’t touched the rest. The Hakata tonkatsu soup base was extremely weird. It used to be white and creamy and this time is just soy sauce. My husband said he didn’t plan to go back anymore and I agreed with him. Sad to see our favorite ramen restaurant chose cheap frozen materials over flavor after doing good all these years.

My son got beef ramen and his beef was chewy. He couldn't finish. My daughter got a beef and shrimp plate. There was no shrimp. My food was ok but the bacon tempura was greasy so I couldn't finish. My problem is when I went to the bathroom it was dirty. When I was washing my hands a Kazan worker came out of the next stall and just wet her fingers under the water. No soap. No rinse and walked out with dirty wet hands. She then went to the hostess stand and then directly to the bar where she started using their order system. I find that completely disgusting and now I feel more sick. I doubt I will go back. I spent $178.36 and I was at table D2. The lady in the bathroom had a bob hairdo with blond highlights. Our server was Aidan and he did an amazing job so we tipped him well. That is all.

We eat here a lot but today 12/13 and our chicken was raw. They comped my wife's bill and that was it. No one said sorry, no one came up and said anything. The place used to be good but the mall isnt the best place to have a restaurant
